I was in there about 20 min and the women (so can't blame young age) could not be bothered to even say hi even as walked by them. They were non stop yapping. I was set to buy a few items but if they couldn't be bothered then I couldn't equally be bothered to hand over money. Even when I left no comment which I figured no goodbye would be said. Wow in this day and age when businesses are struggling to survive, you think they might be more customer focused.

After "replacement" the older woman handed me the watch back and I noted that neither the time or date had been set (usually done as this is a sign of professionalism) and further the second hand was oscillating back and forth. I inquired if the battery had been done correctly. She took it back and went to work on it and brought it back saying it appeared the watch was broken and offered to send it out for repair. I declined and took the watch back. I ordered a battery online and replaced it myself and it has been working just fine ever since. Wonder what they would have charged for that "repair"?
