Rhonda is the daughter of the original owner, and he was well known in the area, she stated. They have a nice photo to commemorate him with him having a big smile on his face . I loved the quaint, small mom-and-pop vibe of the place. Honestly, I appreciate places like these so much more because you can tell they are doing the cooking with love. As we sat and enjoyed our meal, we heard and saw what seemed to be regulars. You can tell you are treated like family here. I loved hearing the joking between customers and employees because it felt lighthearted.
