Now it's a sad looking meat pie shaped thing, barely looks cooked through, no discernible cheese, no ranchero sauce, and a half-cold clump of pre-cooked bacon bits inside. The dough used for the regular kolaches is good (a bit sweet), but the smoked sausage kolache has a sad, thin piece of sausage in it. They still have all of their classic sandwiches and bagel pizzas, and have even added a few new ones! The main ingredient is of course the authentic bagels. These are the best in Baton Rouge, and are made by a great local business. It's hard to beat that combination. If you want something different, they also have Reuben's and Muffulettas.
