The way it is currently setup, they should only be offering TO GO so that customers aren't upset with the lack of proper planning. Tips from an hospitality manager: 1 have your menu large so people can view it and not be looking for a menu, it will be understood. 2. Have a sign on the door with a disclaimer of seating so it's not AS frustrating. Consider having a host/ busser to be a point of contact to let people walking in to know what (whatever that may be, I can't make sense of it) the operation is. 3. Give people a number (or flower) to identify where the food is going instead of calling a name. Again, great food, just has zero efficiency and makes customers extremely frustrated. My mother and I just visited this place for the first time for a little birthday brunch and the experience was just delightful!! Restaurant is clean and smells good, and their sign says that the food is always made fresh so this was already a good sign! Their French toast is to die for, especially with syrup, and the scrambled eggs are so fluffy and soft! I had brunch here with my sister and old friend from school and we chose to go here after we heard there was a new breakfast spot right up the street from us. I believe everything is cooked to order which is fine you know your food will be fresh and hot. I was able to snag a seat and work while I waited. When I got my food at first I was like I should have ordered something else I don't think this will fill me up but shockingly I was wrong!
