It was first time for my dog to be attended by groomer. I only want my dog to have her nails trimmed and will make an appointment for bath later in the future because I want my dog to trust the groomer. But in overall, she did great job. But there is one of my concern is that it would be nice if they would text me to let me know that they are on their way because of my apartment have door code that required access. Also it would be nice if they inform that they would be little late because I had no idea if they arrived on time. But in overall, I would use their services again.
