We also tried the hot chicken and ordered medium and it was almost too hot to eat. This is compared to my crab meal which was ordered hot it was almost like they switched it around but i checked the receipt and it wasn't ordered that way. I would say if you want the chicken maybe go w mild. It wasn't super busy when we arrived but we got there when it opened. They play pretty good music but it's a little loud.
