I had to email 4 different customer service representatives to get a refund for the sweater that was never shipped to me, while never received a shipping notice on the other sweater. Finally, I have to spend 8 dollars to ship the sweater with the wrong size back to them, even though on the website it says return shipping is free, - which in fact is not free. This company has a dysfunctional inventory management and customer service department, and the price of their mistakes is on their customers.

Oh...the cashmere! Fabulous quality sweaters in silhouettes from tailored to slouchy to boxy to trim. Cardigans in traditional crew or v-neck or boyfriend or cropped and beyond. Or pullovers from v neck to round neck to scoop neck and some in short sleeve tee style. Color block options and some others embellished with sparkle. All in scrumptious colors that change seasonally. Weights change seasonally too, with some whisper light for summer wear and some more substantial for other months. YOUNGER ESTHETIC BUT SOME ITEMS SPAN AGE GROUPS The models, in print catalog and online, are beautiful English girls and I am simply too long in the tooth for some of the styling which leans to a younger vibe. For example, some of their shirts and tees, while beautifully made, turned out to be a tad too sheer for a woman of my, ummm...maturity. Peek-a-boo lingerie may be alluring in one's youth, but in one's not-youth it is simply silly...or disturbing. This is a young business, maybe a decade or so in existence, with the retail catalog in the US maybe only since 2011 and they still seem to be finding their footing for who is their market. I hope they'll trend a little more in my age demographic as they figure that out. But some of the cashmere sweaters are timeless enough to work across the age spectrum. (Still, I keep hoping that when I put one on there will be a 'poof' of magic and I will look like their models.) VALUE The quality of the product is so high that even at full price they are a fair value but I wait until they go on sale and then they are a great buy. ORDER FULFILLMENT & RETURNS Items are mailed promptly, although take a little longer to arrive than on shore retailers. Everything comes so beautifully packaged and wrapped with a lovely scent to boot. Returns must be within 30 days on regular priced items and 14 days for sale items as long as they are unworn and as carefully packaged for return. The short interval return windows are expected for a smaller company like this to help keep inventory and sales revenue flow in good order. No mail charge if you're exchanging an item, a nominal fee ($6?) otherwise. SIZING You may need to do an exchange or two until you learn how your sizing fits with this brand. I'm shorter and find many of the items run longer so it helps to call to talk with a customer service person (they really DO know the product line) as that can vary from style to style. Overall I've found most of the items run true to size for US sizes. THIS N THAT Although I've never seen men's wear items in the catalog I receive at home or on line, I learned today that PURE has done a few men's sweaters. Looking at the image of the guy wearing the sweater, I wonder if I order it for my husband might he look like that handsome PURE model guy?

Firstly, and most importantly for all of you, the clothing is totes adorable. As a 25 year old teacher, I need to dress modestly. As a 25 year old, I need to dress fabulously. I can achieve both of these shopping goals at Zoe & Co. The clothing is always interesting, and always varied. Not too expensive, either! Secondly, the owner Claudia is AMAZING. She knows most of her clients names and always quick to ask what they're up to or how is so-and-so. Sometimes I walk over on my lunch break just to chit chat and look through the new duds.
