They give you a straw to drink It's better drink from the sippy cup because you get to taste the cheese foam. There are no chairs or tables in the store, just fyi! You can order the drinks via app, kiosks or in person! Another thing I should mentioned because I witnessed a customer was not happy with their drink because of the sugar level, the customer talked to the staff, staff is willing to make another drink free of charge but customer insisting to pay. It was a miscommunication but their interaction is so wholesome. Understand standing staff and understand customer!

I tried the Red Bean Jelly Milk Tea, and it delivered, tea was prominent, drink was smooth, fragrant, balanced with the right sweetness. I liked being able to customize the sugar level and personally prefer mine without toppings. I'm excited to work my way through more of their menu. Wanpo might shine even more in a busier area, but for now it's a nice low key option if you're craving well made bubble tea without the usual lines and/or if you're feeling something more unique than your usual tea shop. There's no seating area inside, but there's a park right across from Jmart making a good spot to enjoy your drink.

The taro balls are soft and the tapiocas are nice and chewy. The plum green tea is pretty sweet even at 50% sugar but the flavor is good. They even put a plum inside. The girl at the register was helpful and patient at explaining. They also offer a happy hour deal -- 15% off purchase from 2-5pm.
