    Strawberry delight with Nutella
    Jessica C.

Very nice owners! They show their appreciation well and it's obvious they love what they're doing. The place has a cozy, home café type of vibe. Reasonably priced crêpes that are absolutely delicious. The crêpe itself melts in your mouth, so delicate and buttery with a mild egg taste. Strawberries on top were fresh and the amount of Nutella was perfect. I ordered to go, but they had a few people sitting inside. My only complaint was light smoke from the crêpe griddle filled the room. A little more ventilation could remedy that. Definitely will be back!

Another new gem to the Summerville area! The Crepe Lab has been around for about a month and a half, and it's definitely been buzzing. It's a small, quaint restaurant but does get busy fast! There's so many crepe options to choose from - sweet, savory, or build your own - which makes it easy to come back and try something different every time. The gluten-free crepe is also dairy and egg free! Everything is made fresh and you can tell they focus on quality. I ordered the StrawNana, Spanish Latte, and Gluten-free crepe to-go this time, but I already have a few more on my list to try next. It's a two man show, so if you're short on time, you can also order it through DoorDash or UberEats and have it brought straight to you.

Came here with my brother after seeing on social media. I love how welcoming it felt. The wait time on food is a minute but worth it. Clean place. Comfortable seats with free choice. I will be coming back again and recommended to friends .

This spot has been on my radar for a few weeks and I finally went to check it out. The inside has six tables available for seating. Due to understaffing after arrival, it took an hour for our food and drinks which took away from the experience. Despite this, the crepes were delicious! I ordered the cookies and cream crepe which I recommend for anyone who loves Oreo cookies. There were many sweet and savory crepe options to choose from. I can't wait to check this place out again soon and try a new tasteful crepe.

Such a cute cafe! I have been over five times and am well on my way to becoming a regular. The owners are incredibly nice and I love that they make most everything in house. The crepes are top tier and made fresh in front of you. There are so many different topping options and everything has been superb!

Turkey croissant with avocado. Small greens with a good balsamic (mustard based?) which was GREAT on the sammy, btw.

I learned a while back that little, "hole in the wall" type places often times become those little gems that you tell your close friends about, and The Crepe Factory will be one of them. We stopped by after church on Sunday, after my wife saw the sign while driving by earlier in the week. They have a very small, modest place - just a handful of tables, which is probably good, because it is a two-person team (husband/wife?) and wait times are a little longer than most places; between getting your menu, getting drink order, taking order, etc. The young lady taking care of us was obviously doing her best and was extremely pleasant, considering the fact that they seemed quite busy. Looks like he is the crepe chef up front and she takes care of customers (and makes sandwiches in back? - not sure about that as crepe cooking area is tiny, but maybe he was making them, too?). If you want a quick, in-and-out type of thing, that might be tough, but if you have just a little patience, a little time, it will be well worth the wait. Since they are brand spanking new (I'm the 2nd review I believe?), I have no doubt that they will get it all dialed in before too long, and it'll be even better. They have an extensive menu Sweet treats and crepes on one and Savory on the other (crepes and sandwiches). My wife and I tried a Croissant and split a lemon-curd crepe for our dessert. Everything was FANTASTIC. Fresh ingredients (the avocado on my croissant was PERFECT) and very nicely presented (see pics). Not pictured was a Pistachio latte, which was yummy. I watched a couple of the fancy dessert crepes come by our table and wow, that dude is an R-TEEST, lol. Oh, I believe they have a small ice creamery as well! Not sure what flavors as I didn't check it out, but pretty sure they do. (I called them and they'll get menus posted soon!) My biggest "gripe" is that they need a bit sturdier plastic ware (it was quite flimsy) and some napkin dispensers on the tables, instead of Kleenex boxes. Kleenex do not make good napkins, lol! Going back for sure. Give these two a chance!

Such a cute & comfy place. Our server was very nice, helpful & attentive. The crepes were so fresh, light & delicious! I had the passion fruit matcha latte and it was amazing!

A friendly but small crepe restaurant that has a wide variety of both sweet and savory styles. I had the 'Dubai Chocolate' one, which was superb. My wife had a chocolate-strawberry crepe, which she said was great. Nicely prepared and presented.

Tried this place for the first time today and loved the crepes! We had the lemon curd crepe and the banana/strawberry with Nutella drizzle. Both came out quickly and were excellent. Great small business tucked away on Trolley Rd.

    Pistachio

Went there this morning after reading about it. Husband and wife team. Small little shop with 6 tables. Wife had the pistachio and I had the nutella crepes. Wife also had Pistachio Latte. She loved both and said it was the best crepe she ever had. I've only had crepes 4 or 5 times but I must say it was awesome and better than I have had. We also picked up some desserts and can't wait to go back!!

This time we climbed to the second floor to find a table at what I would describe as the most inviting bar in the South due to the eclectic decor and the appearance of the bar itself with dozens of upside down bottles hanging from the ceiling that at first I thought they were there just to decorate the place but nooo! they actually poured the specialty bourbon we ordered which BTW was very good and was only 90 proof which was a very nice match to my Yingling, we spent about two hours there and not because the service was slow but because we were having a good time, at times was a little loud but my out of town friends truly enjoyed the kind of place, they said that next time they come to town they would like to come back to the very same table. The conversation and good times is what kept me from taking a picture of the dishes I ordered the Cajun Pasta, was absolutely delicious and will order again the next time I go back, wife ordered the Pecan pork chops and said it was made with her cravings in mind I won't be waiting for out of towners to come in order to go back, this has become my most trusted and preferred Southern restaurant in Chucktown/Summerville area, no questions and way better than any distant second best that we have been, make it 8 stars! Our server was Cameron and she is a charming young lady that makes every effort to comply with your most demanding requests same as previously served in the lower level by another extraordinary server by the name of Sophie, their smiles compliment the flavors and drinks

Waitress could have been better. She seemed a little over us and not the friendliest. Didn't stop us from enjoying our time. We sat outside and it was a hot day, but plenty of tables with umbrellas. Food came quickly (table of 6). One of the kids meals was forgotten and had to be re-fired but nbd- happens to the best of us. Chicken tenders were real chicken so loved that. The Caesar was delicious and added on blackened salmon which was also great. Will definitely visit again in the future!

My husband and I came in for dinner and sat at the bar. If you're a fan of Guinness, this is the place for you!! I've never seen such a (huge) menu of "layered" Guinness beers! They make their own corned beef so it's actual corned beef and not like sliced corn beef from a deli. We had fried pickles as an appetizer and they were good, just your basic fried pickles, we enjoyed them. My daughter got 6 mild buffalo wings & a prime rib sandwich. She said both were good. She said the wings were good but it's hard to mess up buffalo wings. She really enjoyed the prime rib sandwich and I took a bite of it and it was very good. The meat was tender and the roll was fresh. I had my Reuben and it was delicious!! I'm always willing to try a Reuben wherever I go. I've had theirs before and it didn't disappoint today. A lot of places don't grill the sandwich and that is sacrilegious in my book. It was melty and toasted with the right amount of corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut & 1000 island dressing. Their fries are also really good, even my daughter commented on how good they were. They're crispy yet soft inside & seasoned just right. Kiera was the bartender and the server and she was great!! She was on top of everything. She made a great Moscow mule & we liked how she checked on us just the right amount of times. My daughter is a server and she said she really liked how she knew when to come check to see if we needed anything but not so much that it was annoying. We had a nice chat with her and really enjoyed her attitude. She's an asset to the pub. I enjoy coming to the pub I just don't get over to that part of Summerville very often, I live on the 61 side of Summerville. But when I want a great Reuben again I'll be making the trip across town.

So we took an Uber there on our way to the airport, luggage and backpacks and all. The line was to the door. Most people get their food to go but there are a handful of tables in the dining room. We parked ourselves and our bags at one by the front wall and settled in for our fried porkchops and fried chicken, lima beans, cabbage, red rice, mac and cheese, and corn bread. And while we waited for our food, one of the kitchen staff walked around passing out free frozen punch. It was good! This was the perfect choice for our last meal in Charleston. We were in and out in 45 minutes, full and satisfied. The only thing is we are still confused about pricing. We think there was an error because somehow we paid $29 for one meal and $19 for the other. Can't be right...but we didn't have time to sort all that out. Pay it forward.

You order, they plate it, you pay and either take it to go or to sit in the small dining area. Service is very quick and efficient, and you can tell there are a lot of regulars who come here because the staff joked and laughed with them as they waited in line. Speaking of the line, it moved fast but while we were there a woman came around with a tray and offered little cups of brightly colored something. I chose red and was delighted to see it was a frozen punch, red is cherry. My friend got orange and he said it was like a mango or peach flavor. I ordered the fried chicken, with cabbage and red rice. The cabbage was absolute fire, it was so tender and delicious. The red rice was good, but a bit on the dry side. I feel like had I been there when a fresh pan was brought out it would have been a lot better. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and had a flaky crust but it needed salt and the tables did not provide any. I would come back, there are so many other things I would love to try and this place is busy for a reason.
