The exterior of this small but delightful Fro-Yo shop. Coffee and sandwiches also.

Four of us came in for some fro-yo. As you enter through the door you think at first that it is wallpaper, but the helpful and friendly lady serving us said that a designer did it with a Sharpie. You "gotta" come see the face designs on the walls and, while you are there, have some delights off of their menus. One flavor is non-dairy, but I am not into that, or the raspberry flavor for it. I had the small ($5) Cappuccino fro-yo in a spiral sugar cone that looks like it was made here. (Note to self: Ask about the cones next time, as I will be back.) You need to lick and eat the cone contents quickly, as the sugar cone begins to let drops of yogurt out of the bottom or even the side. Worth every heavenly drop, every taste. Yummy!

    Delicious frozen yogurt!

This is a wonderful local gem on Johns Island! The frozen yogurt is really rich and delicious. Flavors change a bit each week which is fun. I usually get a vanilla/chocolate swirl. They have coffee drinks and sandwiches too. Of course I go straight for the frozen yogurt every time - LOL! Very kind and helpful staff here and the interior is cozy with a few chairs and tables for dining in.

I have been curious about this spot since it opened and even more so when I heard they had gourmet sandwiches.. I walked in and the ambiance was cool, more than an ice cream shop, or coffee bar. Felt welcoming and new. The person at the register greeted me and waited patiently as I asked my questions and made a decision. The sandwich was phenomenal - prosciutto and butter on house made baguette.. all sandwiches are made fresh daily! And only $10! I'll be back to try the dairy-free froyo - they post weekly flavors on their Instagram! Great addition to Johns Island

I wish I knew about this place sooner! It's a fun place for a sweet treat after dinner on John's Island! Love how cute the interior was! There is some indoor and outdoor seating. It was delicious and they had tons of topping options. FYI: This is not a self-serve froyo place. You order at the counter and they make it for you! We ordered a medium and a small. They were both good serving sizes.

This is a MUST stop for frozen yogurt! We were traveling through and stumbled across this hidden gem. The prices compared to the portion you get is unbelievable. $7 for the amount we got in the pictures is definitely worth it. Thank you for the wonderful experience we had with our family!!!

First time. Great spot! Glad it's here so we don't have to drive to Tcby on James Island anymore.

It's a truly lovely, relaxed setting--perfect for sitting down, catching up, and enjoying a slower pace. While the service was kind, it felt a bit less attentive than expected, especially since the restaurant wasn't very busy. We found ourselves needing to ask for a few basics like place settings and salt and pepper, which took away slightly from the overall experience. As for the food, there were definitely some highlights. The scrambled eggs were impressively fluffy and generous in portion--closer to four eggs than two--and the peach jam was a standout touch. The sourdough could have been toasted a bit more, and the bacon was slightly undercooked for my preference. The avocado toast, while creative, had quite a few competing flavors on top that overpowered the simplicity I was expecting. Our cappuccinos were average, but still enjoyable. Overall, Heyday has a lot going for it with its beautiful atmosphere and laid-back charm. With a bit more attentiveness in service and small refinements in the food, it could easily become a favorite. I'd absolutely return, especially for the ambiance and a relaxed place to meet and chat.

I told him that I was from Pittsburgh and we talked about how great the hoagies are from Pennsylvania. I ordered the Italian Hoagie. All I can say is Wow! This is hands down the very best hoagie I have ever eaten and I am now spoiled for all other hoagies. The bun was a poppy seed bun, very fresh. And the meets and cheese were high quality and extremely flavorful. They were freshly cut. The lettuce was at the bottom so when you bit into the hoagie all the toppings didn't fall off. The onions were shaved nice and thin and the seasoning were perfection. This sandwich was BIG and loaded with meats, cheese and toppings. It was a little hard for me to find this place, but don't give up. It is totally worth it. Parking is limited. There is one table inside and two tables outside for dining. This is mostly a take out place. The menu has all kinds of hoagies sure to meet anyone's taste. They also have chips and drinks available. The hoagie was a but pricey, but for the high quality it was worth it. I will definitely be back for more. I highly recommend.
