I was visiting my sister and brother in-law in Myrtle Beach and they took us here for breakfast. There was a slight odor when I walked in and my silverware was dirty when I unwrapped it. I have ate at Crepe Creations throughout the years and found it to be a pleasant experience but what happened has left me and my 10 year old son very upset. I have been afraid for two weeks to write a review for retaliation as the manager was so aggressive and violent. But the patrons of Myrtle Beach and Market Common need to know. A friend and I took our three children to see the movie David. After the movie, we stood briefly behind the theater near Crepe Creations on the side of the restaurant near the parking lot on while talking and catching up for a few minutes. I had just returned from being away for over a month helping family and was also grieving the recent loss of my cousin, who was the same age as my son. The kids were sitting nearby quietly rolling a small pebble back and forth on the ground -- not throwing it or bothering anyone. Being kids. A server came outside and asked what was going on, but before I could ask if there was a problem she went back inside and went over to a patrons table. If we would've know that it was an issue I can assure you we would've made the kids stop and disciplined them however that wasn't the case and they were being children rolling a pebble for a few minutes and I needed the comfort of my friends before we said goodbye. That is when I the patron flipped us off a (picture is attached) then the chef walked out and I explained to him what I had just observed. He said well you will need to talk to the market comment office. I went over and told the Market Common office and they said that anything like that is a complaint that needs to be made with the restaurant. I walked my friend to the parking lot to her car and said goodbye. I turned around to walk back to my car and noticed a man in red who appeared to be dressed like he worked there flipping us off with both fingers. I couldn't believe it. I took a picture. It is attached. When I went inside to ask who the manager was and show him the pictures the same man in red who flipped us off through the window came up and forcefully grabbed my phone out of my hands and wrist, and threw my phone outside the building. Resulting in me having a sprained wrist. I grab the business license to get the info and show the police.Several employees then followed me into the parking lot behaving aggressively. . While waiting on the police with a witness another man approached me with his hands in his pockets and would not identify himself. I later learned he was the owner. He never identified himself or tried to console us or anything I attempted to contact the restaurant later that evening to report what happened and share the video I recorded with him, but my calls were disconnected twice and no one ever followed up. This experience left both me and my 10-year-old son extremely upset. I was hesitant to even write this review because of how aggressive the situation became, but I believe customers deserve to know. What should have been a normal family evening turned into a frightening and traumatic experience. I hope ownership takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff and management. I have read their other reviews and it seems they have an ongoing problem with rude staff. read more

First off, atmosphere is amazing! Gotta mention how beautiful it can be to especially sit outside and appreciate the ambience of Market Common. I truly hate saying this but if you're not getting Liz as your server here your time is gonna suck! LIZ IS GREAT TAKE CARE OF HER PLEASE! THIS IS NOT ABOUT HER! Two separate times the server we got has been rude and had bad energy, almost like they don't like you but only enough to make sure you tip them something good, because believe me they'll stand there and pressure you into giving them money! I love tipping, which is a crazy thing to say for some people, but giving can be such a beautiful thing. I don't want to tip someone who feels entitled to our money when she can't even reciprocate with basic levels of service, I mean I only leave good reviews on places but I hated this so much I had to say something! Our server sucked, Kari I don't know what we did but I wish we could've been better for you. We had to wait in increments of +25 minutes for anything, we felt like we bothered you just for asking for water that you had to get someone else to bring them out, you only asked for refills at the end of the meal after we had been sitting outside for what felt like forever, only to then be nowhere to be found when it was time to pay! I had to get up and ask to see if I could pay and get a box so we'd be out of your way. We felt very unwelcome, I couldn't care less that the food was terrible and that the tomatoes were mushy and old, the beautiful crepe desserts you guys make are okay, I truly hated feeling like I got ripped off like I wasn't worth your time. AND THE RESTAURANT WAS NEARLY EMPTY! What did we do to deserve such terrible service? There's a reason this place had a C rating. read more

Today, before going to the movie, he decided we would eat at Crepe Creation Cafe. I like this place but I think he likes it more. We were seated outside and our server appeared. We both got unsweetened tea. After ordering drinks, we put our order in for food. He started with the French onion soup and a chicken salad crossoint (sorry I don't know how to spell that.). I asked for the caprese salad. His soup came right away and he ate it slowly. It took forever for my salad to come out. I think they were waiting for him to finish his soup. The Crepe Creation Cafe was the most adorable little place in Market Commons. The waitress was so kind. The food was delectable and possibly the biggest crepes I've ever seen! I ordered two, but only needed one. The El Paso crepe was filled with chorizo, bacon, and onions. It came with a delicious dip. Wish I had more of it. My Nutella crepe I got bananas with and it was delicious. The whipped cream seemed homemade and tasted delicious as well. Next time I come down to Myrtle Beach, I would love to return. read more

Worst breakfast ever. My omelette seemed to be a a concoction of reheated ingredients including the eggs. Potatoes were also reheated. Disgusting, I barely ate any of it . Coffee was terrible too. Kitchen and bathrooms looked filthy . The Owner and bartender starred at me as I walked out . I was waiting for him to ask how it was but he probably knew not to and said nothing. My oldest daughter loves crepes so this is where her younger sister decided to eat at. (Well, they both argued over who picked it first lol) We didn't know anything about this side of Myrtle Beach, it was a total shocker for us. Crepe Creation is located at The Market Common and they have restaurants, shops, movie theater and more all within walking distance or you can drive around. This place was beautiful on the inside but we decided to eat outside because it was a nice day. Our waitress was really nice and she kept coming to check on us. We did have to wait a bit before she initially came to the table to greet us. The food was delicious however my oldest daughter didn't like her Nutella crepe because it was way too thick and hard to swallow with all the Nutella in it. She decided to go with a caesar salad to eat since she didn't want another crepe. I will admit they have the best caesar salads I have tasted. The Parmesan cheese was very fresh and the caesar dressing was really good too. I had the Smothered chicken and andouille because I wanted to step out of my comfort zone. I will have to say it was pretty good, the chicken was over cooked but the rest of it was good. The andouille sausage was hot since it is Cajun but so good. My mom had the 2 bratwurst with a baked potato and she loved it. My youngest had the ice cream crepe I am not sure how she ate it so quickly having ice cream in it but it must have been really good. My mom and daughters like the Arnold Palmers but it had too much sourness to it for me so I got a Coke instead. I called before traveling to this restaurant to confirm that they have gluten free crepes. When I got there, I saw that the menus specifically said, "not allergy or sensitivity." So, when the waitress came, I asked why this is on the menu. She stated that the crepes are all cooked on the same pans. I said, "Well, if the 'gluten-free' crepes are cooked on the same pans as those with gluten, that would make me sick, so we won't be eating here." And we left. It would have been so much more helpful if the person answering the phone had given me that information. read more

My MIL had been raving about this place ever since she visited and suggested we all go there for our breakfast one morning. She was NOT wrong. This place has some really good food! However, a bit slow. Only one other family was there and it took quite a bit of time to get our food. We stopped by on a weekday morning and it wasn't too busy but I imagine on a weekend morning it can be tough to get parking or a seat. I had a nutella waffle with stawberries... and man was it GOOD. Our only weird thing to come of the visit is they had some policy about where children can sit at the table and we had to move things around to accommodate their weird policy. Our visit to Myrtle Beach took us to a very nice Gluten Free/Celiac French Creation. Greeted at the entrance and promptly seated. Served by Cameron who made everything perfect. I chose the French Onion soup-to die for followed by the Mussels and a side of asparagus all which were quite delicious. My companions chose the Charcuterie tray which they enjoyed immensely followed by several more yummies and adult beverages. After we were very full we decided on a Blueberry crepe to go which was enjoyed later that evening. Located in the Market Commons with street parking. Our afternoon was complete. read more

Friends from out of town were visiting and thought we would try something new. We visited for lunch at around noon and 5 of us all agreed the food was excellent. Everyone had something a bit different one hade a cold crepe, another couple had a warm vegetable crepe and two of us had a standard breakfast plate. The crepes were a very generous in size as were the breakfast portions. I believe the prices were very reasonable given the location in Market Common. They offer inside and outside seating. It is a very simple atmosphere inside but clean. Our server was Liz and she did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions, making great suggestions, and a very warm and cheerful personality. She was the highlight of our afternoon and we could not thank her enough. We would absolutely return and eat here when walking through Market Common. read more

The mushroom and Brie crepes and the Lemon zest crepe with strawberries with whipped cream were delicious as well. Went for a bite before we go to the airport and it only 5 minutes away. The crepes looked very good so we ordered two Nutella crepes one with strawberries and the other just plain. They were very delicious. We also got the crepeadilla just because it sounded funny and delicious. I loved it, the seasoning was perfect and it was huge. The turkey sandwich was not the best and something didn't taste right either the cheese or mayo so I didn't eat it. The chicken salad croissant was okay. The chocolate dream was so good you have to try it. The older lady who helped us was rude and had racial jokes which I didn't like and she was rushing us because she said it was almost busy time. A lovely cafe with impeccable service and delicious crepes. The Market Common in Myrtle Beach is a beautiful mall with glorious landscaping, and once hungry from walking the hibiscus lined streets and visiting shops, this crepe cafe makes one feel very continental. The wait and bar staff are decked out in vibrant vintage attire and are a joy to interact with. The decor is contemporary yet Parisienne, and oh so clean and inviting. If not up to a cocktail, the lime and coconut cooler makes for a marvelous mocktail. The crepes are perfect! We went a bit on the weet side and tried a chocolate mousse crepe and a Nutella crepe, which were both heavenly. We live a two hour drive away but will be back for sure because this cafe is an enjoyable experience all of its own. read more

Incredible! Pro tip: there's a happy hour menu on the last page of the menu and it has a fantastic selection with sizable discounts. All the food was delicious! We got the crepesdilla, the chicken skewers, and the charcuterie board. The crepe was huge and was stuffed with chicken cheese and onions. The shrimp skewers were my favorite: perfectly seasoned and cooked and came with a skewer of veggies & pineapple. The charcuterie board was also very good, the star being the bread. The crepes have a gluten free option which is nice for anyone who has a sensitivity or intolerance. Definitely will be going back the next time Im in the area. Also it is conveniently located nearby a large parking lot and a lot of little shops you can check out after! Service did take a little while but we went on a nice day and sat outside and chatted while waiting. The table next to me looked like they were weren't pleased with the food either as they left half plates. I ordered the Western Morning. Simple, ham, eggs, bacon and cheese on a thin piece of bread. My family decided to eat here for breakfast the day after Christmas. They were not busy so we got to enjoy a quiet breakfast. Our waitress was great and the other staff was very nice. I wanted a coffee drink, but the machine was down so the waitress gave me some caramel syrup to add to my drip coffee, which was nice. I ordered the croissant French toast, with ham and eggs. The whole breakfast was delicious. The croissant French toast was tasty and different than normal French toast. The eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly. My son had also ordered the ham and we both really enjoyed it. We always try to visit when we come to the shopping center. Next time I will try another crêpe. read more

Crepe Creation Cafe is a great spot! We have been here 10 or 11 times and we always enjoy ourselves. We've come for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and a couple times just for drinks and the live music. We even stopped here on New Year's Eve one year. It's one of our favorites. In my opinion, the best crepe by far is the Reeses Rush: Nutella and peanut butter galore in a warmed up crepe. My wife always got a lemon crepe, but as I look at the menu to help with this review, I'm not seeing it. Maybe it's no longer available? The breakfast crepes are great, fresh and delicious. In addition to the crepes, they do have a pretty decent food menu including paninis and soups, so you don't have to have a crepe if that's not your preference. I've seen a few reviews complain about the service. We've never had a problem with that. They automatically add a 20% tip which seems to bother some people, but I always do 20% or more, so that doesn't concern me. Although I guess if I received poor service I might think otherwise. Thankfully, we've always had great service when visiting Crepe Creation Cafe. The ONE issue I had here was they would not let us enter with our California Pizza Kitchen box of leftover pizza. We had eaten dinner at CPK and wanted to come here for drinks and dessert. Did they really think we were going to open up the box and eat "outside food" in their establishment? I would think dinner at one of the other Market Common restaurants followed by coffee, drinks and/or dessert at Crepe Creation would be a common occurrence? The hostess was not very nice about it either. She told my wife to stick the box in her purse and then got mad at me when I told my wife not to do that, we would go elsewhere this time. Overall I give this place 4 stars. I've been 4 times and it's kinda gone downhill each time. We've had Cameron as our server the first 2 times we went and he's super sweet and offered great recommendations. I've noticed when we don't have him, we don't have as good an experience. They don't monitor their phone so I'm not sure how to make reservations or order Togo food unless you go up to the restaurant and order it. The servers outfits are cute with French beret hats. I love the atmosphere here and the decor. I think the woman's bathroom could use some updating, but that's me being picky. They have a sign saying they have won best bartender a few times. Their cocktails always look good, but I'm pregnant so I haven't tried any cocktails yet. Their cappuccinos are delicious and very foamy. My husband always gets the Nutella and strawberry crepe. The first 3 times were perfect, the last time we ordered Togo and the crepe was crunchy. He didn't like it as much last time, but he still ate it. I've had the gyro crepe twice and it's TO DIE FOR. Seriously try it. I was skeptical but it has amazing flavor, my husband and I both love it. Unfortunately the second time I had it (not with Cameron as my server), there was hard plastic in my crepe. I assumed it was from the grill. I told my server and they remade the crepe for me (bigger and stuffed with more meat), which was nice, but they said it was part of a dirty griddle not plastic. I'm 100% sure it was plastic because I almost broke a tooth on the hard plastic. A manager never came out to talk to me which was disappointing, but that hasn't deterred me from this place. I've also had the lemon ricotta blueberry crepe. I personally didn't like the texture of the ricotta in the crepe, but the flavor was yummy. My husband really loved that crepe. The blueberry filling was my favorite part of that crepe. Lastly, I had the steak and cheese sandwich, like a Philli cheesesteak sandwich. It was good, nothing special. If I was eating here and craving this type of sandwich, I'd get it again, but I wouldn't choose this restaurant to eat it. The size was HUGE so you get your monies worth. The bread was crispy l, there was tons of cheese, meat and veggies. The meat could have been more tender, but overall good. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. We love this place. I know I wrote a little bit of negative stuff in here, but every visit can't be perfect. We come almost weekly and plan to keep coming! I have been going to Crepe Creations since they were located in the tiny storefront across the other side of market Commons, and then he located to another area where he is now and expanded that area. It was owned by a gentleman and the wife and the gentleman. I don't know what happened to him, but then the wife took over she was lovely. She worked there every day and worked very very hard. She got her son to move from California to help around. He ran the bar and she unfortunately became sick and did pass away. We found out about it. We were very upset. The sun took it very very hard and he left the job. He was the bartender. I don't know if he's going back but someone else now was taking it over and it's not as good as it used to be. The food is basically the same some changes smaller portions, few different prices few different things on the menu or a cut of a cut off a few things on the menu, but he's the one cooking the crêpes there when you walk in and look across into the kitchen it's a shame because the place had had a very, very good reputation so good luck read more

We come here every time we are in the area! We have been here, I would say about 6x and each time everything is delicious! We have been here for brunch and dinner! So we have tried I'm sure almost everything in the menu! The staff is always pleasant and hostess as well! We were here Saturday night. We started off with their chicken vegetable soup for our daughter! Didn't take a picture because she was quick in eating it. We had some drinks and the charcuterie board! It was nice and big! RUDE HOSTESS. BEWARE OF UNEQUAL TREATMENT. My husband and I ate here in November 2024. The food and service were pretty good. I'd say a 7/10. We returned a few days ago (March 2, 2025) with our family because we had a decent experience in November. Unfortunately, this time we were extremely disappointed with the way that we were treated by the hostess (or perhaps a manager or someone else acting as hostess that day.) We walked in, she asked us how many people and we told her 4 people. She said that there would be a 25 minute wait. We told her that we would wait. She then repeated: "It will be at least a 25 minute wait." And then she added: "Are you sure you want to wait?" Bewildered, we responded that we would like to wait to be seated. She looked around and with an annoyed expression she said: "It will be after 11am before you are seated. We told her for the third time that we would wait. With an even more annoyed expression and very rude tone, she asked for my name, added it to the list and then said: "Well you can wait outside." It was about 45 degrees outside and there was another party of 2 people standing near the door who were clearly also waiting to be seated. Why in the world would she ask several times if we wanted to wait and then rudely tell us to wait outside in the cold?? It appeared that she wanted to turn us away and I have a theory about why that may be the case, but instead of expounding on that, I will say this: She was rude and we felt very disrespected. Ironically, there is a sign on the front door that reads: "Be nice or leave." This is clearly not a mantra that this woman applies to herself. My husband and I and several of our friends are relocating to Myrtle Beach in a few weeks. We really like the Market Common where this restaurant is located but needless to say, I will never return to this establishment to eat and I will be sure to share this unfortunate experience with my friends. read more

Great atmosphere and service. Nice modern vibe and lots of interesting menu options. Meal execution was not quite on point. Ordered chicken skillet - eggs were perfectly over medium and home fries were seasoned well and just crispy enough but chicken was really tough - barely chewable. They were kind enough to discount 1/2 my meal for the chicken fail. The crepes, breakfast bowl, and veggie omelet that my family had were fantastic. Our waitress, Lizeth, was beyond accommodating ensuring we received our food before our needed time to leave for our son's soccer game. Lizeth was honestly the best waitress we have seen in quite some time. She was pleasant, respectful, courteous, kind, and timely. The only negative thing I will mention is I can agree with a previous comment on yelp about the hostess. Hosting is not her gifting.
