I ordered the Professeur Steve, capers, mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach and brie, which arrived with smoked salmon arranged like a rose at opposing corners (keeps it cold). Oh man, this brie-gooing mushroomy sweet-caramelly onion spinach umami explosion goes perfectly taken in a bite with the salmon. Addiction sated; withdrawals saved off until next June's visit. Wife's crêpe was delicious--everything sweet-toothers love. Hot chocolate is real. Like not from a packet but from a chocco chunk and paid labor somewhere nearby.
