The staff remained attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything looked beautiful, tasted fresh, and was well worth the wait. There's only one young gentleman running the whole café, but he cooks everything perfectly -- from the savory crêpe with eggs to their signature German crêpe, which is wonderfully nutty with whipped cream that's not overly sweet. I'm not a coffee person, but their chai lattes are the best in the Springs! There's only one coffee truck that I think has a better one (good gracious). I will literally go just to grab a chai sometimes. The conventional crepes looked amazing, but I particularly appreciated the hearty (but not heavy!) alternative to the regular crepe. The parking was a little shady but the restaurant is super cute inside, the people were very friendly, and the food was delicious! We had the Deluxe crepe, the Mushroom crepe, Le Reve de la Femme Crepe, Blackberry Brown Sugar Latte, and the Toasted Marshmallow Dark Chocolate Latte. I'm not usually a fan of turkey bacon, but it was cooked perfectly and the rest of the deluxe crepe balanced out all the flavors and textures. The steak in the mushroom crepe was very tender and flavorful. The Le Reve de la Femme was fantastic, perfectly sweet and light! We try to come here whenever we are visiting. as we are rarely in the area. They moved locations. They are just 2 doors down but now in a larger space. Service was slow because it seemed there was only one person cooking and quite a few patrons. The other person was taking the orders, delivering food and making all the specialty coffees. Highly recommend! The latte art is also exquisite! Food wise it is really good too. My friend ordered a French pastry cream crepe and I snuck a bite. It was really tasty! I'm not much of a sweet breakfast person though so I enjoyed my bite. I ordered the Deluxe crepe and I'm happy I did. The fillings are tasty. Also I have to make a shout out to how nice they are because I didn't like the cheese they used in it (it just says cheese in the order) but it was too strong/pungent for my liking so they offered to remake it without the cheese. I love this place and have been coming here as often as I can. The food is amazing, the coffee is spot on and the people are heartwarming. I went back again recently while they are still moving buildings. I called the place half expecting being disappointed but the worker who I can only assume is the owner, assured me they are very open and are just in the building over. He even came out and waved me down. After traveling Europe and experiencing French culture, this crepe is spot on. I got a mocha cappuccino to top it all off and it was amazing. And it was delicious. I would love to go back and get a dessert, because what I saw on the menu looked great. One thing I didn't see mentioned is that these crepes are gluten-free. As a result, our crepes were not the paper-thin kind you might expect, but they were still very good, and definitely crepe-like. I really wanted to like this restaurant....I mean, who doesn't like yummy delishishness wrapped up in a crepe? Service was pleasant and very friendly. But my crepe was very dry with large chunks of over-cooked hard bacon and lack of any sauce. This, coupled with the fact that they have a fly problem, created one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've had in years. A UV fly light could go a long way to improve the restaurant and knowing they are fairly new, I'll return to give them another shot for their good dining concept. read more
