Not impressed. I've eaten here three times and have never been satisfied. Way too expensive for what you get. If i'm paying 10 dollars for a crepe I sure as heck expected quality chicken and not something out of a can.... (I saw you making it). That explains why the buffalo chicken tasted.... off. This was a terrible experience. We stopped by after dinner for cookies and a crepe. The two staff members took a few minutes to even acknowledge us and were busy talking to each other in the back, but eventually came to the counter. The lady who took our cookie order inside said that she could take my crepe order inside also (even though they normally don't do so), so I ordered my crepe with the cookies and waited outside to pick it up at the window. When 10 minutes passed I checked in to see how much longer the crepe would be and the same lady who checked us out initially denied taking an order inside (or from me at all) for a crepe. Upset with the lack of accountability by the staffers and terrible customer service, I left to join my family back at the condo. When I told my boyfriend what the staff members said about never taking our order (he was there with our kids while I placed the order) he returned to the store to make sure I wasn't charged for the crepe and to express how disappointed we were with the way they treated a customer. The staff member eventually admitted to taking my order, but that she failed to communicate it to the other staffer who was making the crepes. The lack of accountability of the staff member was outrageous and what was even more bothersome was the way she tried to pass it off as if I simply never ordered from them at all. The staff was incredibly rude and we definitely will not be back for any treats after this experience. It isn't worth it to for us support a business with employees that treat customers so poorly. read more

The crepe is alright but definitely not worth the wait standing in the freezing cold weather for 30+ min. I got the strawberry banana and it was pretty packed with fruits but really dry. Forgot to ask for some kind of sauce on it but I thought there would have been cuz usually they have like a strawberry drizzle? I want to give negative stars but Yelp does not allow it. My friend and I visited the crepe stand yesterday for an aprés ski snack before heading back to Denver. There were 2 girls in line ahead of us, and 3 people behind us, so safe to say they were quite busy. They took our orders and we waited, and waited. None of the crepes came out in the order that they were received, and the people that ordered after us received their crepes before us!!! Which was really frustrating since we were trying to leave to beat the awful i70 traffic. We were watching in the window as the staff was hanging out, texting, chatting away as all of the people stood outside in the cold awaiting our crepes. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch crepe, and it was COLD when I bit into it. The ranch was dripping out of it and the bacon and chicken tasted like they just came out of the fridge. I asked for a refund and I was told they can't do that but they can only heat it up. Now it was my friends crepe that sealed the deal on this review. We were watching in the window because we could see hers was next. The crepe was folded on the hot plate and left there for 2 minutes as the workers TEXTED and lounged in the back. We were standing by the window awaiting to pick it up when this happened: The young gentleman with long hair who was working picked up her crepe and leaned forward, getting his hair all over the crepe. WE COULD EVEN SEE RESIDUE FROM THE CHEESE IN HIS HAIR. SO DISGUSTING. When we confronted him he seemed to care less and said "what like do you want me to make you a new one or something". We both demanded refunds and were told we would. Both of us have checked our credit card statements and the charges still stand. I have contacted the local health department and filed a report about the hair, and will be trying to contact a higher level of management as well. DO NOT GO HERE. The workers are slobs and you might end up eating a crepe full of hair. read more

Omg. I spent my 5 days going to inxspot for breakfast- what a wast of time. I came here my last morning and wanted to kick myself for not trying this place sooner!! I wanted a banana, strawberry, and Nutella crepe, however they were out of bananas, so I got a strawberry, marshmallow, Nutella crepe on suggestion of the crepest, crepier, crepe maker, idk lol. Amazing crepes I had the turkey, bacon, spinach, and pesto sauce crepe and oh man was it delicious. The crepe itself had lots of flavor I could eat it by itself but when paired with the turkey, bacon, and spinach it was so good. I really hate to write a poor review because I do love their crepes, but the service is so bad. My last 4 visits in about 6 months have had horrible service. 3 were in the summer so I assumed it was due to being understaffed in the off season, but today it was also understaffed during peak season. I waited to place my order and assumed it was taking so long because the guy making crepes was finishing up some crepes. I think realized he was not going to take my order because really he was finishing up some crepes for friends of his and wanted to take his smoke break with them and didn't want to have to make a crepe for me. Talk about a shitty employee especially considering the only other person there was helping customers on the cookie side. I actually felt bad for the other employee since she was now having to do everything. How do you expect to stay in business if your employees won't take an order from someone patiently waiting for several minutes and instead makes some for friends and then takes a smoke break with them even though there is a customer waiting to place an order? read more

I love crepes and thought this would be a great place to stop. I ordered a "savory" crepe, and the girl that prepared it had just finished grabbing the butt of her coworker, although she did put on gloves. She then loaded the ice cold meat mixture into my hot crepe. Needless to say it was a bummer -steaming hot crepe with ice cold filling. I guess I expected her to heat it up first.
