Good food. Best part is you can make your own combinations both in sweet and savory crepes.

Crepe's are meh, barely any filling. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. The gentlemen up front did not bother to greet me. Basically just asked what I wanted and that was it. As I was eating my lunch I watched him berate a young lady employee in front of the customers. I felt absolutely awful for her. As a business owner myself and seeing this go on was unacceptable. Never belittle your employees in from of customers. I will not be returning to this establishment and will inform others to find other local places that take care of their employees. read more

My first impression of the Creperie was a cute little crepe shop in Helena. As a college student it is valuable to have the access to affordable and filling food. However, I also value my health. At the Creperie there is no concern for hygiene. Workers do not wear gloves or hair nets when handling the food. I have seen workers rub their nose with their bare hands then touch the food. This is absolutely disgusting and it turned me off to ever going to the Creperie again. Management is another issue. The people that work there, as well as the owner, are very disrespectful and unpleasant. Those that serve food slam the plates down on the table without even so much as a smile. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. Food preparer grabbed salad and dumped it on customer's plates WITH HIS BARE HANDS! Cooking area is littered with food debris from previous orders. All the coffee cups were chipped and/or dirty. Water glasses were wet and hot. And if that wasn't enough, one of our crepes was over-cooked and hard as a rock. We won't be back. read more

Great Creperie in the Great Northern Town Center. The staff and owner are always really friendly. If you work nearby, call ahead and save time. My favorite is the Broccoli, Cheddar and Cauliflower crepe. read more

I went there this past weekend. They assured me that they could accommodate my seafood allergies even though they serve salmon, which was very nice of them. However, as I was watching them prepare the food (no idea if it was mine or not - and don't care) I saw the worker touch her hair multiple times, and then go back to touching the food. She would also pull down her shirt, and go back to touching the food. She touched her face multiple times, and went on to touch the food as well. NOT ONCE, did she wash her hands! I finally asked to speak to the owner and because I am a respectful person and did not want to cause a scene, I took him outside so the other customers did not over hear what I said to him. Before I could even start speaking, he started irately telling me that they made sure my food did not come in contact with salmon. I told him that was not the issue I was having. I watched the women preparing the food and, He literally interrupted me and said "GOODBYE!!" and began to walk away. I told him I was calling the health department and he simply replied "You go right ahead". He was not even willing to listen! What a horrible owner of a restaurant. I walked out of there without ever eating anything, and without getting my money back. I hope everyone that reads this, chooses to not go to this place. What a potential health hazard. read more
