$20 to replace a watch battery! Ripoff! No wonder there is never anymore at this place.

Probably one of the nicest people and super helpful. It's hard to find a good watch repair and he is a great one.

It's a smaller store, but the lady working there that day was extremely friendly and helpful. She pointed out a few items, answered all of my questions, and was genuinely a pleasant person to talk to. The shop is well-kept, organized, and has a very nice selection of items. Of course, the price range varies depending on what you're looking for, but there seemed to be something for a variety of budgets. Like I said, I didn't find what I was looking for this time, but that doesn't mean you won't. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by and taking a look. You never know--you might find exactly what you're looking for. Again, sorry I didn't take any photos, I didn't wanna seem weird or creepy. Plus, I believe there's enough photos.

My family and I have gone here for years, and we have never had any issues at all with them. We've both bought jewelry from here and had our jewelry repaired. I can honestly say that there is no one else I trust more to repair my jewelry. I know that not only are they going to keep it safe, but it is going to be repaired in a manner that is true to its original design. They get the jewelry back quick, especially for the amount of work they put into each piece. As for buying jewelry, they have gorgeous jewelry. You know that you're getting jewelry that is high quality and well made. I've never had jewelry from here fall apart or have anything bad happen to it. I've also consistently bought watches, and I've never had any issues with the watches that I've bought from here either. For anyone saying they only have jewelry that is expensive, that is untrue. They have jewelry for every price range, not just high priced. Furthermore, even something as simple as a watch battery replacement they will do quickly and accurately. I come in here (and only into here) to have mine and my father's watch batteries replaced. I've never had a single issue with them replacing any batteries. Elaina and Lisa are both lovely. They're both so friendly and helpful. They both are truly knowledgeable about what they do, and I'd trust no one else to help me with all types of jewelry. This is definitely, without question, the best jewelry store in the area. The area around it (downtown Glendora) is lovely, so anyone and everyone should stop in!

My husband had a jeweler in downtown LA pre- Covid that he would get my rings dipped. That store closed unfortunately. I went to another jeweler in Glendora and was charged over a $100 to have it done. When I needed it done again after 8 months, I went with Piacere. I met Fabiola (Fabi) and was absolutely impressed by the knowledge and kindness. They took care of my rings at a much lower cost and they looked brand new. Victor goes above and beyond when it comes to your jewelry. He checks prongs and puts the rings thru a rigorous cleaning before he returns them. I was even given the opportunity to look at my rings thru a jewelers loop. They did that just in case i wanted to be sure my gemstone was mine before and after the cleaning. It took only one full day for the rings to be restored to brand new. Since that meeting over 2 years ago, they have been our go to store for all our jewelry needs. Victor does such amazing custom work! Bring him an idea and he will make you a beautiful custom piece. Fabi is constantly taking classes to improve her knowledge of gemstones and jewelry. They take such care and go above and beyond when you're looking for a specific stone or piece. Definitely our jewelers for all our needs.

Their listings mention carrying Citizen watches, so I hoped to browse in person and potentially make a purchase. I arrived around 10:40-10:45 AM, saw the doors wide open, and assumed they were open early (official hours start at 11 AM). I stepped inside politely and asked the gentleman behind the counter if they were open. He responded with a curt "yes," immediately followed by an abrupt and rude "What do you want?" I was surprised and confused I've never been greeted that way when entering a store intending to browse and spend money. His tone, stare, and overall demeanor felt dismissive and unwelcoming from the very first moment. I explained I just wanted to look around for watches, but he remained short and unfriendly throughout. I even pointed out directly that his behavior felt rude, hoping it might change the interaction, but there was no apology, no softening, and no effort to engage. I left without browsing further. There's a basic level of professionalism one expects from a jewelry store especially one dealing in higher-value items like watches where a welcoming, respectful attitude encourages customers to stay and spend. I rarely leave poor reviews (this is one of very few I've ever written), and I understand people can have off days, but this experience was so consistently off-putting that it stood out. A different approach starting with basic courtesy would make a huge difference. I understand security concerns in California, but treating potential customers with respect shouldn't be optional. This left me disappointed, and I won't be returning. Attaching photos of the gentleman and the store for context.
