And I mean asleep/out cold. when she wakes you up (gently of course), you have to get your bearings of where are you. I had about 3.5 weeks of the best sleep of my life ... I went to bed and was able to fall asleep within the first 5-10 minutes and stayed asleep (no 3-4am waking up with the mind racing) until 6-6:30am, fully refreshed and ready to start my day with energy. It was the greatest feeling to have and sustained for so long. I also had benefits as she worked the inflammation of my cheek, underarms and belly away. My skin was clear, hydrated and glow-y. I went back from my second session and due to food poisoning from a vacation, I had a lot of tension built throughout my body that she was able to work through and out during the 75 minutes session. I totally understand that, but I had submitted the form almost a week before my appointment, and they didn't tell me it required doctor approval until the day before my appointment. I had to make a doctor appointment to get them to approve it, which made me miss my original appointment. It ended up being fine and I rescheduled, but it was frustrating that I only had one day notice about all of this. On to the actual appointment... it was a great experience.
