What an amazing experience!! We had never been to this area before and it was a great find! Matt…read moreand his teammate were professional and worked so hard to help us come up with solutions! I highly recommend visiting this shop!

Beware this place charges extra to work on 'e-bikes'. It took 2+ weeks to surprise me with a $267…read morebill for installing two LED lights on a bike I bought from them. Expect to wait longer and pay more. Service here is amateur at best... They cut the steer tube on two brand new bikes before we even rode them. They removed a crank arm on my bike when installing LED lights and didn't use a torque wrench to replace it, so it fell off 12 miles later and left me stranded miles from home. They didn't use waterproof connectors when installing integrated LED lights so those stopped working after a couple weeks. They don't have a software license to service Bosch electric motors. So, to install my LED lights and enable the software feature, they had to bring it to their friends at the Pacer's Bike Share. Matt never replied to a single email I sent requesting quote for parts. I could go on, but I'd leave it at this, I've been riding bikes my entire life and I've never experienced this level of indolence, incompetence and bad faith at a bike shop. I honestly fear for people's safety that are getting their bikes serviced here, and getting ripped off for subpar service. After Bike People messed up my bike, I ended up going to Indy Cycle Specialist (ICS) to have them fix all the mistakes that were made by Bike People. After experiencing all the mistakes, being made to feel unwelcome because the bikes they sold us are such a hassle, the extended wait time, and the surprise 'e-bike' service fees; my wife went to ICS to get the same LED lights installed on her bike. ICS did the work in 1 day and there were no surprises in cost. 50+ miles later, her crank arm hasn't fallen off and the LED lights still work. Imagine that. Matt tried to contact my wife to get me to remove my initial 1 star comment less review because he thinks she bought the bikes and that somehow that makes any difference. You're not going to get me to remove a review by talking to her. It's pretty pathetic really, considering that I'm still a customer that bought two bikes, paid for accessories, and services. This place deserves less than 1 star and as far as I'm concerned Matt owes me at least $167 if not more for having to deal with all the nonsense.
