I got there promptly after our phone call and I saw they were already busy taking care of customers. They were quick and it was my turn for a bike repair. He took a look and pulled my bike on up. Told me what I really needed and pricing. Got me in an out for half of the original quote which wasn't much in the first place. He also checked other parts of my bike and tire pressure. Ive passed Bicycle Hospital many many times and they have been in business for years. I had a second wheel so I switched out and dropped my wheel off on a Wed with a gentleman with a beard. He was friendly and said no problem to fix. It was ready to pick up Friday but I didn't go till Saturday. Walked in and the female employee knew I was there for my wheel. Cost me 20$ to fix something I couldn't and would have cost me triple any other place. They must be doing something right to be in business so long. My bike will need a tune up this fall and I plan on taking it here.

As someone who hadn't ridden a bike in over 20 years, I was a little nervous -- but the electric bikes were incredibly easy to maneuver and so much fun to ride! Scot and Cathy, the wonderful owners, made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and memorable. Their kindness and passion for what they do really shines through. I'm new to Indy, so solving the clues and discovering local landmarks added an extra layer of excitement. Chatting with Scot and Cathy to see if we guessed correctly made our victories even sweeter! And of course, I can't forget the real stars of the show -- Hamilton and Schuyler, the adorable "employees of the month," who greeted us with wagging tails and made us feel right at home.
