Came here when I was home visiting my family over the holidays and loved it so much I went 3 days in a row. Signup was quick and easy online and what really drew me to this place was the variety of classes offered plus the fact that I can drop in for a single class without buying any class packages. Another bonus- first class is free! The studio is easy to find and located right next to Hand and Stone Massage in the Target plaza. Head up to the 2nd floor for check-in to spin class. If new to the studio, come about 15 minutes early so you can sign a waiver and get help setting up on your bike. There are lockers available for your belongings but be sure to bring your own lock if you have valuables. The restrooms are kept clean and include showers. The 1st class I attended here was the CycleCore TRX. Naglis was my spin instructor and he was extremely welcoming and very friendly. Since it was my first time there, he helped me set-up on the bike. The bikes are first come, first served- no reserving a specific bike beforehand. The bikes are strap in so you can wear your own sneakers. The opposite side of the pedals also have clip-in capability if you own spin shoes. What I liked most about this spin class was that each bike has a small console that monitors your stats during class- it will tell you rpm throughout class and how many miles you've done. Naglis was a great instructor and his class was fun and motivating and 30 minutes went by quickly. The 2nd part of the class included abs and TRX. Carly taught the abdominal exercise part which was done on a mat- definitely a great core workout! TRX worked out both upper body and core and is definitely challenging. Naglis was great at correcting our forms when we were out of place and he was very patient and informative (as it was my first TRX class). I loved the attention to detail he gave to each of us. I've also done CycleCore Barre taught by Carly and I loved it!! If you want a toned booty- definitely try barre! The 3rd class I went to here was Bootcamp- super challenging but I felt great (and accomplished) when the class was over. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this studio if you're looking for a total body workout. The instructors here are patient, motivational, and non-judgemental- a great studio to try for newbies!! I'm so glad I discovered this place! I've taken two classes so far with different instructors and they were both so nice and welcoming. The first class is free, so you can get a feel of the place. I take the class that's 30 minutes of cycling then 30 minutes of barre exercises. The facility is very clean and well kept. I like the music themes and cool lighting in the cycling room. You can register/buy classes online (recommended for securing your place) or drop-in. If you are a student and have a student ID, you can take classes for a few dollars less. Amazing studio! I have only taken classes with Carly however, everyone here is so friendly and super nice. The classes itself are challenging and reasonably priced, I frequent soul cycle in NYC however prefer this studio when I am home or working from home. I went there for the first time this week and I have to say I was greatly impressed, not only I was greeted as if I were a member already, the owner Naglis was the one teaching the class. His energy is contagious and trust me you do feel the burn at the same time the motivation to push yourself. They don't just throw you in there but they walk you through. I've been working out for a while to know when the place is valuable. We did a half class on the bike and the other on the TRX. He was patient and knowledgeable so I felt secure. This place is really great, it's like coming to work out with your friends. You feel right at home from day one! Seriously though, it's one thing paying to go to a class and that should get you to show up in itself, but some days you are just too tired and make excuses. Over here though, you want to go just because you want to see the instructors, the other "students" to catch up, talk, and work out together. It ends up feeling like you hung out with your friends but you got a great work out too. The instructors are super motivational, but also supportive. I have been to places where the instructors are essentially drill sergeants, or they are really "nice" and don't care to push you to get better. Here, they are perfectly in between. Nothing comes easy, but you feel like you have a coach whose got your back and wont let you fail. Finally, I get bored of things pretty quick, so the fact that they can split classes into two parts, like cycle/TRX or cycle and core work, is really great! Love this place! read more

I have been taking classes here for almost a year, and I have never felt better. The cycle studio in Clark has a variety of great high intensity exercise options and a set of great instructors. The classes always have great music, they mix it up frequently so that you have different workouts, but always you leave here feeling sore. My newest addiction. And I am as far from a fitness addict as one can get. I wanted to get back into spin when I found the flier for three free classes. I was hooked from the first one. And that was last year. The studio is clean and has amenities available (towels and cleansing towelettes) that I had to supply for myself at other locations. Everyone at the studio is friendly and welcoming to all members. I am addicted to Carly's spin and barre class. She is the greatest instructor EVER! She's funny, always picks great music to spin to and will push you without the pressure some other instructors apply. Her barre class is awesome, considering I have zero flexibility and rhythm. She makes you feel so welcome and is always willing to help with modifications. My lower back pain is gone and my core is super tight. People have even commented my posture has improved! My barre and spin combo is working. I see definition in my body (arms, shoulders, thighs) I never knew was possible. My legs are on fleek bc they're the slimmest they've been in a long, long time. I'm going to echo what all the other reviews say - Cycle Studio is just awesome!! The staff is so warm and welcoming, I'm new to this studio (six weeks in) and the owner is always sure to greet my mom and I by our names. It's so clean in here!! The classes are great; they are tough but we are there to challenge ourselves and as Nalis and Carly say, it's okay to be uncomfortable! The class I take is Cycle Core. I have never been a person that enjoyed exercise - I did it out of necessity. This studio has changed that. The classes are so much fun and the instructors are the best. I never thought I could have fun exercising while getting my butt kicked (in a good way). If you're hesitant because you are new to cycling, I would recommend making this your studio. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. Some other studios or gyms make you feel unwelcome, but this is surely not one of them. And if you aren't into cycling, they have plenty of other classes to choose from: boot camp, barre, and a Pilates mat class. The instructors are always trying out new routines so your body never gets used to the workout. I really can't recommend this place enough. So I intentionally waited to give my review until after I had been going to classes here for a month. When I started here, it truly seemed too good to be true. A passionate owner who cares about every single person who comes in, takes time to personally educate them on form and make sure they know how the classes work, and reassures you from day 1 that you can do this, you just have to give yourself a chance. I have to say, I love professionalism and I get the feeling, so do the owners and the trainers working here. From the moment you step in, you can see that you are in a well though out , well designed place with nothing out of place..and this is before you actually get on a bike. The staff is great, they have various instructors so you are bound to find one if not 2 that you like a lot. The bikes are state of the art the music system is state of the art so when you are working out you get immersed into your own world. I'm a 58 year old hiker and was looking for something to keep my legs & cardio conditioned for hiking season. I started about 6 weeks ago with just a free class and wondering if I'll ever come back. I'm now on my second unlimited monthly membership, going a minimum of 3 times a week. This a terrific place with great instructors and a friendly atmosphere with no intimidation. Been looking for a place like this for awhile. I love that you can buy one class or a package. Super clean and modern studio with knowledgeable and energetic instructors. Everyone is very friendly. I road bike in the nice weather, but this is great in the off season. Naglis, Loretta, and Carly rock for spin. But wait, there's more....they also offer barre, TRX, and yoga, which are all challenging and fun. Barre/yoga taught by a pilates instructor (Carly) who is amazing. Best workouts I've had in a while! Love it! The staff is super friendly, the equipment is in really good condition, and overall a great experience and worth your money. I have taken spin classes at the bigger gyms in the area and they do not compare to the level of quality you get from the cycle studio. The spin room is awesome in so many ways. The equipment works for one (which can be a pitfall of the bigger gyms), different lighting options in the room controlled by the instructor that allows you to really focus and push harder (i like that the light isn't bright and sometimes turned down during certain songs so its dark enough to really get into it), plenty of fans and circulation to keep you comfortable, and great music (a huge plus)!! Every class is slightly different so you're not listening to the same music every time or doing the same exact routine each time. Also, not sure if this the case for every class, but they also incorporate arms (light weights while you're still on the bike) for one song during the class which is an awesome add on! The cyclecore class is great since they also do some ab work at the end. Carly's spin classes on Saturday's are phenomenal. She is great at what she does! I've also tried the Barre classes at cycle studio (Carly also does this class). Great way to tone, build lean muscles, and really challenge yourself without a lot of equipment and weights. You use light weights, but mostly just your own body weight. However, don't let that fool you into thinking its easy and wont make a difference. The class is super challenging Parking is never an issue on the weekends. I am really happy my friend referred me to this place. Looking forward to many more classes. read more

I have been to many Cycle classes at the famous high-end studios in NYC to some smaller studios. I love cycling and I am really picky. The Cycle Studio met my expectations on multiple levels. It is a beautiful studio and impeccably clean - looks new and on the high end side. The owner checked my bike even though I was an experienced rider and adjusted it for me.. the instructor was SO NICE and MOTIVATING. Loved it. Here is what I think makes it 5 stars.. would love if they rented cycling shoes, i have my own but it's a nice perk, more days with 5:30AM classes, or a later class in the PM as well 7:30 (all days or 8PM M-Th), THE MUSIC could be a little more on trend. So venues like Soul and Flywheel kill it with their up-beat modern music.. playing the latest of the latest. That would make this 5 Stars.. I love this place and will be back! Great Job!! I started looking for a spin studio near my home the other day. I hadn't been spinning in a few years and wanted to get back into it. I stumbled across the Cycle Studio and signed up for a class this morning. It was easy to sign up and the first 3 classes are free...I had nothing to lose! I went to the class this morning and was immediately greeted by the owner (I think). He was so nice, and showed me around the studio (which is beautiful and clean). He walked me into the spin room and I was introduced to the instructor (Jessica). Jess helped me to set up my bike, and the owner grabbed me a towel and a bottle of water right before class began. The class was awesome! Jess did a wonderful job and I really worked up a sweat. Her class was perfect for beginner and advanced spinners, so I did not feel out of place. All in all, it was a great experience in a great facility with great people...that's all I need! I will definitely be coming back for more. Thanks to the Cycle Studio! read more

I've been going to classes at the cycle studio since May 2015 and I am now on my 2nd package of classes! This is a wonderful, clean, family-run studio with inspiring instructors! I love that I can pick classes based on my schedule for the week and know that whatever instructor I have is going to provide a motivating class.
