Convenient, great value for money. The rotating "Blak Plate Special" keeps things fresh.

Went to Wiltshire Bakery during Sunday brunch and it was pretty busy with a decent line but it…read moredidn't take too long to order. Food took a bit to come out though maybe 15 min. Got the lox on a sourdough bagel. The bagel itself is big and pretty doughy, which I liked. They load it up with sweet pickled onions.... honestly too much, it kind of buries the salmon. And there's not a ton of lox to begin with. This isn't a loaded NYC lox bagel, you get one slice a side. What's there was a bit not sure about how they cure the salmon here. Still good overall, just not balanced. $14 feels a bit high for what you get. Tried the ham and cheddar quiche too. Nice and creamy, good flavor, slight smokiness. Solid, but really small for $10. Like a tiny slice of pie. Comes with a small fruit bowl but come on. The spanakopita croissant was probably the best thing I had. Good size, flaky, buttery, nice spinach and cheese flavor. Definitely should be warmed up for max yum factor, but for $5.50 it's a great deal. Overall, ok spot. Brunch spots know they can just charge anything and people keep going.

Wiltshire Bakery, where have you been my whole liiiiife?!?! I lived in NYC for over a decade, and…read morethis rivals some of the best bagels I've ever had. The cortado was also strong, super hot, and perfectly balanced with steamed milk. The barista was super sweet, and made me feel incredibly welcome (not always a feature of NYC dining). While it's relatively small inside, it's quaint and actually has a decent amount of seating. There was a steady stream of customers flowing through during the handful of hours I was there, and everyone always had somewhere to sit. I was here on a random Thursday, but I could see this place being mobbed on the weekends so I'd get here early to get your pick of treats and seating. The pastries looked off the hook but I restrained myself from participating this visit due to the numerous carbs consumed in the giant fresh-baked everything bagel. But I shall return, and I SHALL eat the sweets.

It was so chill with plenty of fun decor and a nice collection of board games. A plethora of plants were for sale. My husband had a panini, and I couldn't believe the affordable pricing for that and my iced coffee. I would come here all the time if I was local. Ample seating and quick service make this an excellent stop for anyone looking for a coffee on-the-go or a relaxing coffee date spot with friends. Additionally, Historic Old Louisville is a great area to walk around for travelers who love looking at historic neighborhoods. I encourage tourists to grab a cup-to-go at Old Louisville Coffee Co-op and explore the neighborhood!

So keep that in mind and browse some of the local jewelry, plants and other handmade goods or hang outside on their patio. As far as coffee, they really do a great job creating balanced drinks. My go-to has become an iced americano with whole milk and raspberry. It's got a little sweet fruity kick, but a nice depths from the espresso. A super inclusive vibe, lots of opportunity to enjoy evening activities like open mics, poetry, etc. And a good playlist humming along in the background.
