I always come here when my friend is performing live with his cover band. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food they serve is decent and usually a huge serving. It's a nice small clean bar and they have enough tables and seats. Also plenty of parking. read more

Bar and grill with a heavy emphasis on the word bar. At 2:00 in the afternoon, bar stools were loaded with beer and chaser crowd of decidedly older men. Sad to witness people fritter away their time in a saloon on a nice sunny day. I was in the area and read a good review. Thought I'd check out the action. Barmaid/waitress didn't seem too interested in making this new person welcome. What was interesting is their lunch specials which are only $5.00. My hamburger was okay. What did get to me was being treated like I was an annoyance. No hello or thank you considering the 50% tip I left. Not my cup of tea. read more

This was a super fun spot, came on a whim and I'm glad I did but I can see why this wouldn't be the spot for everyone. There's a mixed crowd and frankly we enjoyed it lol. There's open mic night and it's loud there's the regulars you'd expect at a bar but everyone is super nice. Our bartender was a sweetheart, told us about the food and what was good and what everyone likes including herself. There's enough parking in the front so that great and the bar is decently sized considering it's not a very big spot. The food believe it our not is amazing. I found this local bar and grille in the Levittown shopping center. It had outdoor seating of round tables and plastic outdoor chairs. This is a hangout for the locals who came to the table next to us and all were on a first name basis. A bar, many ordered beer on a hot afternoon, though not my cup of tea. I ordered the appetizer mix of chicken wings, mozzarella sticks and quesadillas with sauces. All deep fried. The chicken not quite cooked inside, with spicy red breading, the cheese coming out of the sticks. It usually comes with jalapeno peppers though I opted not to get that. It was, ok for a snack, which was suggested by the man at the other table, but not a place I would be frequenting soon. read more

The Dawg crew of friendly and lovely lady bartenders, cater to my food and beer menu. The food it very good. I must have tasted almost everything on the menu. Their wings are pretty large and tasty in many sause toppings. I'm there with my work budde every Thursday night. The atmosphere isn't all that loud which is good for communication. Music is good, sports and game shows on depending on the season. The lunch specials are spot on delicious for $5 bucks. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant because they were open late and I really wanted a pickle. We ordered the GTO burger which was accompanied by French fries and a pickle . I also ordered the chicken noodle soup. Let me tell you, I am pleasantly surprised. That burger was sooooo good! It was really for my hubby but I had to have a couple of bites. The burger was juicy & flavorful. The soup was actually well seasoned and piping hot. We will be returning guests. Thank you so much for not forgetting my pickle. Awesome bar in Levittown!! Me and some friends discovered it on a Thursday night which happened to be wing night. I believe the deal was spend $10 and you get a portion of wings. In that case, I got a couple high noons and I also the garlic parm wings which were delicious! Their wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Apparently they also have open mic night on Tuesdays, and they do $2 beers! There is a pinball machine and a pool table in the back. It was such a chill vibe, we will definitely be back soon. read more

Started going here to meet up with friends and started making it a regular weekly place to be and really just specific days that Matt the bartender is working. My husband and I really only go to dawg pound when Matt is on. He's a great bartender always so kind and attentive and always making sure we are having a good time. I was extremely disappointed with the service today I went to pick up 2 orders for dinner and the waitress was horrible It took her over 10 minutes to see me and I had to say excuse my which she responded she's busy She passed me a few times and when I said I think that's my order she said I have to make a martini first After 10 minutes of making the martini she decides to go to the other side of the bar and serve other patrons If it wasn't that I was starving I would have walked out So finally she gets to me and I had to force her to take my credit card she goes to the register and picked up her cell phone and has back n forth texting with someone then finally gives me the bill to sign I signed the ticket and ran out of there Funny because the guy who was sitting at the bar watching her laughed a few times and said maybe I should have ordered breakfast instead Worst bartender ever!!!!! I would give this place zero stars if I could. To their credit, the female bartender and manager were very nice. However the male bartender named MATT was extremely rude to me. the evening was advertised to me as karaoke night- though there had been a misunderstanding and the manager said it was not happening, even though the karaoke DJ was all set up. I explained I came all this way for the karaoke so I asked the bartender if I could speak to the manager and after talking to her, she agreed that me and my friend could sing one song before karaoke would be packed up. I was literally mid-song when MATT came Up to my face, interrupted my singing, and said "this is what you asked me to talk to my manager for? Can you actually sing?" He stared me down like I was a piece of garbage. I was stunned and insulted. I've never been treated with so much disrespect at a bar EVER in my entire life. This man is a bully and a misogynist. I watched him shake the karaoke DJs hand as I was standing there and watched as he chatted with customers, deceiving them all about the sick person he truly is, having the audacity to yell out condescendingly "have a good night!" As we were leaving. Why treat me with so much disrespect? I did nothing to him. My friends and I bought food and drinks and were actually adding to the atmosphere- or trying to, by singing a few songs. Others seemed to like it. Any woman will not feel safe here. My boyfriend and I ordered a few things from here on UberEats around 12:30am after a long day of work. There isn't much available approaching 1am and we're sick of eating halal or diner food so we gave this a shot! We accidentally canceled our UberEats order on the app and called the app's support line promptly. After UberEats explaining that his card has been charged and there was nothing they could do, we decided to call the bar and see if they could possibly prepare the meal and have us just come pick it up instead of having it delivered. When the beautifully colored bartender told us the total of the check we explained that we were already charged through the app. As a restaurant manager, I do know that once an order is "closed out" to its third party delivery service, the card gets charged and there is no way to un-do this as a precaution for waste. Thankfully the staff at The Dawg Pound Bar & Grill accommodated us and took a showing of the canceled order on the app on my boyfriend's phone as enough to proof to trust that they've been paid for the food instead of requiring us to pay for a second time (this time in person). As a restauranteur I write this review to exemplify that a small gesture goes a long way. Thank you!! read more

Great place and atmosphere with a diverse age group from early 20's to mid 40's/50's. Food is top knotch for a bar/grille and the service is very good. This place is always clean and has a very unique decor with plenty of parking. They even have free shuttle service (aka: Drunk Bus LOL) on Friday & Saturday nights, just have to tip the driver. read more

I've enjoyed their Mon - Sat lunch specials a few times, (8-10 items @ only $5.00 + tax) IMHO, a good value! My favorites are the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich coming w/ fries and pickles and served on a hoagie roll, also really like the hot sliced turkey plate served along with gravy, mashed potatoes & a green vegetable. Low key crowd during the day w/ music at a comfortable level which actually allows conversation! Bar space decorated in a combination of rock music posters and '50's era automobile memorabilia. Five or six flat screen TV's showing either or both music videos or some variation of live sports. I'm actually planning to stop there today for lunch. read more
