What is home? Long have I searched for the answer to this…read morequestion. My thoughts fill my head as I make my daily walk back. Most of my life I have felt a constant restlessness, a yearning for more. The days have begun to blend together as I journey through life unsatisfied. I am a slave to my emptiness, an itch deep in my spine that I continue to reach for but never will. I wasn't always this way. There was a time before when we were all together there, before I was on my own here. My dreams now consist of fading memories of that place. The same loop plays that I refuse to change in fear of letting something new replace all I have left. I stop walking. I come back here each day to start over the way I began before. The sun is rising slowly, casting away the shadows of the day before. The morning is quiet as it waits for the new day to begin, prompting me to close my eyes and drift into the depths of my mind. Suddenly, a hand rests on my shoulder bringing me out of my solitude. I quickly look around searching for the source of the disturbance when something catches my eye. There is a path I had not noticed before. It looks familiar, but I have never seen it. A feeling of curiosity and purpose overcomes me as I make my way down the path and further from where I came. It it occurs to me after awhile that I cannot remember how to get back. Thoughts of the past flood back in an attempt cling to something, but I shut them out, focusing on the task at hand. I need to keep moving. Instead of fear, only calmness greets me like a patient friend. I am ready. My steps come to a halt as a door remains. It says something on it. "Silverado Apartments: a great neighborhood, nice luxury apartments, and has a homey feel to it." I pause and take a deep breath, pushing the door open as I walk through. This is home.

Management and maintenance are very sweet, helpful, and generally just great at what they do. Griselda regularly brings vendors to the complex and hosts events for the residents, which are both great at community building. If you have pets they're very accommodating, and you can't beat the variety of walking paths that branch from the apartments, I have atleast 15 different walks I can rotate. There's really nothing to complain about, my 3 years here had many great memories. And may as well mention rent was never drastically increased. Highly recommend.

Former tenant. (I have not been paid to write this or even asked to. If you jump over to my review…read moreof CarZone, then you will made well aware of my disgust with fake paid reviews.) It should be acknowledged that The View has a new manager. I actually went in today to speak with the new (and much friendlier) office staff who delightfully assisted me with a personal matter. Not only did they kindly help me without rushing or giving dirty looks, they treated me no less than a future resident. The fact that they did this, is a significant indicator and reflection of the type of people you are dealing with. This type of staff is rare. Kindness in leasing offices is RARE. I would not mind being a tenant of such awesome and genuinely nice women! Due to such an unexpectedly good treatment, I felt the need to come and write about my old residence since I remembered that I have yet to do one. I loved everything about The View when I lived there except for the old office staff. Good for you future tenants -- you don't have to worry about that! Apartment unit: *Three words: clean, upgraded and roomy. * full-size washer and dryer *stainless steel refrigerator *four burner stove *double sink *espresso finish cabinets *microwave *beautiful bathroom *balcony There is so much room and it felt GREAT to live in a modern apartment complex. Parking lot: Like any other apartment complex, parking can be a problem some times when people fail to park in their designated area; but it's nothing to complain about. This is multi-residential living, not single family housing living -- its to be expected. Swimming pool: My kids loved it. It's big enough for those who live there and is always clean. Gym: When I was there, there weren't any free weights or much at all but tread mills as well as a couple of other machines. Nonetheless, it worked for what I needed. Location: Located right off of Highway 395. Very close to many restaurants, banks, gyms, gas stations, schools, Winco and Ross. The instant access to all of these is a big time saver and gas saver! The View is great for families (nearby schools and family restaurants, short drives to grocery store , retail store and banks) and it's also great for single people (close proximity to downtown, hair salons, nail salons, bars, etc). Whoever you are, whatever you need, The View WILL satisfy, guarantee.

Thank you to The View for a great 3 years! We have lived at a few different apartment complexes…read moreover the years and this one is hands down the best! The staff is friendly, the area is quiet, maintenance is always quick and helpful, and they have community events like food trucks and a cornhole tournament!. We've truly enjoyed this place over the years and it's been a great place to live!

The gym, pool, and jacuzzi is nice and clean. There is night security that roams around property which is also a plus for safety. Trash pick up is everyday, leave outside in front of the garage between 8am-11am (this is what you pay in the contract along with utilities - sewer, trash, and water). The attached garage parking or detached covered garage parking is a plus, as many other competitors do not have that. There are no carports, you get a garage. The view is nice and they are expanding with additional buildings in the future. There are many competitors around the area and are opening new apartments, but I stuck with Homecoming At Kiley Ranch because of it's peacefulness and elite customer service. Collette and the team cares and do their best to accommodate your requests. It's not going to be always perfect, but very close to tailor your needs/wants. They also take feedback and criticism well, and the property manager may consider fun things in the future and ideas to make the property always safe. Work with them and they will work with you. In Summary, I enjoy the apartment complex as other properties are not up to par with the customer service and care. It is a new property and they are willing to adapt. Hopefully, prices do not go up is my concern! Thank you Homecoming At Kiley Ranch Team!

I pay $1700 a month for a one bedroom which I've been at for 6 months. "apartment 1318"…read more Before my rant i should say, I've been trying to move out for months but for the charge of $3000 to opt out of my contract that just isn't happening lol The staff is friendly and it's located in a decent area buuut the bad is insane!! I hear absolutely every step from my upstairs neighbor which includes the walls and ceilings squeaking, then there's 6 people living in the two bedroom next door that have music playing at least three times a week until 4AM or the barking dogs from another neighbor all day long keep me awake or away from this place. everything ive mentioned has been documented and reported. My gutters leak since the day I moved in so every time it rains or snows i Don't have a walk path to get to my vehicle. The ac/heater is so dated so you can't sleep at night with it running or it will probably wake you up from how loud it is. It turns on about every 15 minutes so now I just shut it off and hope for the best weather. Helps keep out the marijuana and smoking smell if you just leave it off. You are literally forced to pay for their WiFi and cable plan (no questions asked) for about "$100 a month" although there are much better deals out there. Plumbing and electrical issues are pretty constant but not too bad for the price I'm paying pretty stressful though. There's absolutely no security. No cameras or gates so anybody can just come in. I had a dog scratch the heck out of my truck and a neighbors buddy's vehicle was broken into and robbed. Neither of us had any luck finding out who or how. I'm not mad, it is what it is. I think/hope you get it. Just being 100% honest here. I have neighbors you can speak with and my number is 7753017864 if you have any questions or if you are adamant about moving in please take over my lease! :) Oh keep in mind no ceiling fan/light in your bedroom so that's always cool! lol I'm sure there's more im forgetting. Every single thing I've mentioned is the honest truth. I have documented all of this with photos and videos. $20,400 a year to live like this in a one bedroom in 2024 lol.
