This has been the best apartment complex I have lived at. For what you are getting, the rent is on point. Brand new apartments with stainless steel appliances and the newest updates to luxury living. We have a garage so parking is never an issue but everyone else has a parking spot under a carport assigned to them. The complex is always clean and whenever I need something the staff is always there to help. Paul and his team have the maintenance side of things squared away. Kristy and Myka are always there to accommodate all tenants. They are so helpful, nice, and professional. Jacquelyn always greets me when I come into the office. She is so friendly and kind. The complex allows pets and have lots of designated areas for them. They even have a park for kids and families. Their amenities are awesome. The gym has all brand new equipment and the pool is amazing. Overall we liked the apartment complex so much we renewed our lease. I love my neighbors and have met some amazing friends here. I recently moved out and I would highly recommend seeking somewhere else to live. Surprise fees when you move out, terrible customer service, I was charged for having "smart technology" in my apartment. Never had it installed by the way. And when I asked for a refund for it they basically said "too bad". Other posts mention, police are a constant in the complex so be prepared for that. Constant domestics and loud noise complaints on the weekend. read more

We've been at the Vineyards for 3 years. When we initially came in, they had outstanding management (shout out to Jacquelyn and her team). Also, shout out to the maintenance team as they were great. Since then, they've been under 2 changes in management. Their latest management is horrendous. My wife came in with a few questions and the lady at the front (blonde hair and glasses?) completely ignored my wife. When the lady finally engaged with her, she just responded that she didn't understand her (my wife has an accent.) So, I came in later to get those questions answered and also was ignored by this lady. She just sat there staring at her computer until a gentleman behind her engaged with me. After we left, I still had questions regarding deposits, move-out charges, etc. I called multiple times during several days and left voicemails. They weirdly replied via text and told me to communicate via email. So, I followed up immediately through email w/ no responses. It's now going on 4-5 weeks with no official responses, other than "apologies, but the manager is out, we will get back to you with information." ... then no response. Also, I haven't gotten them to pick up their phone once during this time. Whoever is in-charge of Vineyards is running a sinking ship. Non-responsive, incredibly rude, forget about your deposits or getting anything fixed in your apartment, or asking for Luxor mailing audits (as your mail gets mixed up in different Luxor boxes often and they have to check to see where it was accidentally delivered.) (Shout out to Jacquelyn again, as she voluntarily checked every locker and would find our misplaced packages immediately). When we used to have problems with our room, I would usually call the front desk and it was settled within 1-2 days. With the new management, my wife called to get something fixed. After the hassle of taking 1-2 days to even make contact with them, the front desk lazily gave her a number to call. (a number that took 2-3 additional days to even make contact with this other party, as they weren't picking up). Their management seems really green and sends out some weird messages (meaning the amount you pay for this place, you would expect some degree of commensurate professionalism/response) There was a semi that parked slightly over the curb to make room for other cars, in a polite manner (their tires were on rocks.) Management sent message after message threatening to evict this person for damaging the property.... I mean rocks, really?! damaging rocks. They could have acted half-professional and discretely found the person and settle the issue in a polite/professional manner. It was like the end of the world for the lady that runs this place, and she sent out message after message threatening to evict a person for damaging rocks. I've attached a photo of messages being sent every 3-4 minutes. Very strange behavior. I hope those rocks were okay. After our bad experiences with this new management, I had to look at recent reviews and unsurprisingly saw recent negative yelp, google (etc.) reviews that were experiencing the same thing. This lady/new management was a poor hiring decision. I would advise anyone thinking of renting here to think elsewhere. Their prices have also sky-rocketed with the housing market, but it seems they have really taken advantage of this situation. I would again advise to steer clear of this place. Wanted to rent an apartment here. I put my application in on 4/24, never heard anything. Went in person on 5/1 and was told to pay the admin fee of $150. I had to move out of my current apartment by 5/31 and told Ashley this. She said there was one more 2 bedroom available by then. She assured me that they would get started on my application. I tried to reach out multiple times over the next two weeks and was reassured that everything was fine. Finally on 5/13 I called again and was told Ashley was out sick and they just started my screening the day prior. Got no response after that. I called again on 5/15 and was told they no longer have any 2 bedrooms available for this month and they never had me down on the list for the original apartment I wanted. Wasted $250 here in stupid fees just to not even be able to live here. Terrible communication. read more

DONT MOVE HERE I could write a best selling novel about how awful the management and maintenance has been . When we first moved here the manager was awesome but the new manager could care less that we live here ! Like these are actually peoples homes and she should care atleast a little bit. It's taken months to get work done, sometimes they mark it off as done and then ask you to prove they didn't fix it ! They replace things just for them to break down a week later. The one pool for all residents has no limit and is constantly closed . Shocker. They text you constantly but not about anything you'd actually like to know . They'll take they're sweet time getting you your paperwork and when they mess it up they'll let you redo it all and you get to start over on their time ! I've had to complain of over flowing pet relief areas not to mention the smell that comes from the concentration of pets using the relief areas. The police are in this complex constantly due to violence and loud neighbors. In conclusion, if you have somewhere else to go, I suggest anything else over the Vineyards at galleria read more

I've been here since October 2016 and I am still LOVING IT! The staff are AMAZING and our apartment is absolutely stunning. Of course there are some things that I'd like to change. Some of the people who moved here aren't the greatest types of people. But the staff had no way of knowing these people would be as horrible as they are. I choose not to let that change my view on the apartments because I'm sure those people will not renew their leases. The parking situation isn't the greatest, but the complex is still undergoing some intense construction. I know once that is done and we all have our ONE assigned parking spot, everything will be amazing. Overall I am super impressed. This is the best apartment living experience I've ever had. And honestly I think it's because of Kristy. She has bent over backwards for my wife and I on some occasions and we couldn't thank her enough. Where do I begin? I'm absolutely blown away by everything that has to do with this place. The property it's self is beyond gorgeous, the apartments are so spacious and luxurious. I don't think I could've gotten a better rate especially for the location. So far the surrounding neighbors are great people and that makes living here so much better. But I'd like to give my upmost appreciation to the lovely lady miss Ashley because she made my move in process the easiest I've ever experienced. Normally moving into a place like this or any place is such a hassle and a head ache but Ashley made it her mission to avoid the headache and hassle. I definitely felt like I was a priority and that's not very common these days. Was really excited to move in and live in this "luxury" complex well it' was anything but that. No one seems to care about this place anymore. The grounds have dead trees and plants everywhere, garbages are always overflowing. The pet areas are no longer kept up and smell nasty. The hot tub works every now and then but was shut down for repairs for almost 2 months. Walkways and staircases are dirty and gross no one ever cleans them. People fly through the complex like it's a raceway and the investment company could care less. It's too bad that they don't keep this place up they certainly can afford it with the average price of the apartments being $1800/mo. They really need to do better. read more

My stay at this complex was fantastic didn't have a lot of issues except with my neighbors. Wish there was another gate to access community by car. Wish there was a gate for pedestrians closer to Costco. My biggest issue was the amount of dogs that residents would let off leash. Since living here, we have experienced our downstairs neighbor flying through our front door uninvited because he thought we were making too much noise at 8:30 pm. We had to call and make a police report for that. We gave the manager that police report. When management switched over, there was no report on our profile. The neighbor continued to live downstairs from us for about a year and a half, which scared me daily. We were also harassed by a woman living across the parking lot after she had been arrested. She would often scream at us from her patio after being released from jail. I think she thought we were involved in her arrest. The new management did not take our payment from our account online, or it had been returned, and we got a notice about it three months later. We were threatened with being evicted without knowing they never got their rent money. The assistant property manager in the office sent us nasty emails about how we should have known, and she needed the rent money they missed by tomorrow, or I'd be evicted. My ten-year-old stepson with autism could have been homeless or taken away by his mother because the accounting people here didn't catch this for three months. I didn't understand how their mistake could have caused me to get evicted. I also didn't have a spare $1800 to pay them the next day. The assistant manager Heidi forwarded emails to me of her and the accountant talking about how we should have known. It was sad and immature. The Manager, Koralynn, got involved and told us we wouldn't be evicted, but we needed to make a payment arrangement. We did make that arrangement and then STILL received an eviction notice on our door. When I asked Koralynn about it, she said we wouldn't be evicted. It was strange since the eviction letter stated we had 30 days to pay. It all felt like a trap, so we paid the money the day after getting the eviction notice on our door. We had our payment agreement in the email, but I didn't think that would save us. During the back-and-forth emails and phone calls with Koralynn, she informed me that the office staff does not get lease renewal bonuses. This tells me that the office staff does not care who they upset or why because if you leave, they can lease your apartment to someone new and make a new lease bonus. So to avoid having to move, we asked to renew our lease. We must give a 30-day notice to leave if we decide not to sign a lease. The office put lease renewal options on our door, and we called to have them sent to our patient portal. They have not put them on the portal, and today would be the last day to let them know if we were not taking a lease renewal. I called and asked them about it a few days ago. They reassured me it would be on the portal for us to sign before the end of the month. Today is the 1st, so no, it was not there before the end of the month. This feels like another strange trap. Who knows if the lease renewal rates will match the notice we got? Oh, but they called today. Not to tell me they uploaded the new lease but to ask for permission to enter to change something. The new lease options on the door included upgrades that they still need to install, which is not even what they want to enter for. Oh, and this place often sends out text messages to all residents saying things like "Do not speed or you'll be evicted" or "Park in someone else's space, and you'll be evicted." I understand they want people to follow the rules, but they're rude and unprofessional. People who park in their own space and almost get run over by those who don't abide by the speed limit shouldn't receive threatening text messages. Surprisingly, their customer service still needs improvement since they've closed the office multiple times for training. Anyways move here if you want to constantly be afraid of being evicted, if you want to feel like you're being scammed somewhere, or if you want to be blamed for someone not telling you rent was returned or was never taken from your account. Great apartment, awesome location, but since this is a new building new complex they got some kinks to work out, they only e mail when they need to get a hold of you they don't call, the ball was dropped on communication that workers we never met needed to come into our apartment until we walked passed the workers ourselves and they told us, we refused for them to come in due to the communication being dropped and us not making arrangements for our pet or with work, and they called saying it was in our lease that they can come into our building with 24hr notice even though we didn't approve due to us not knowing 30min prior. Worked it out but they are a long ways from being 5 stars just yet. read more

I've been living here for four months now and I wouldn't recommend living here. I had a problem with my refrigerator and all my food went bad. I reported the problem and they said they were going to fix it but never did my ice machine doesn't work it's constantly dipping water on my floor. Over $300 dollars worth of food gone and never got one cent back. Don't be fooled on how good and luxury it looks it's actually really cheap. My closet constantly falls off and my bathroom hooks fall of the wall all the time. The floor is really cheap one step after taking a shower and floor will be wet for hours. I honestly think it is over priced. I can go live in a different apartment and have better quality rugs, shower hangers, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Also some of the people working at Vineyards at Galleria have a nasty attitude and aren't professional. They yelled at me after addressing them about a problem that we had. I'm not renewing my lease. read more
