This is a DIVE bar! If you don't want dive, don't come here! There's about 5 things on the menu. We had crunchy beef tacos, which were similar to the way Taco Bell used to be. We liked them! Then we had original wings- very good, though the sauce could have more flavor. They had Bingo while we there - awesome, though we didn't win! What I hated was all the cigarette smoking, even inside. what is going on with the wings? They used to be the best around. Why change up the way you do them? I come here 40 weeks out of the year and never had them this bad. We went to the DEL bar for happy hour 1-3. Beers were $2. It was a beautiful day so we grabbed a couple seats at the bar. A local patron gave up his seat so the two of us could sit down. ( so nice). We ordered a bucket of beer. We got 2 cold beers- mich ultra bottle & Busch lite 16 oz can and 3 beer coins ( for future beers). We reviewed the menu and since it was Wednesday--. We got wings and I ordered a cheeseburger and hand cut fries. The cheeseburger was amazing!!!Deliciously hot with fresh vegetables. Melted in my mouth. Yum. The hand cut fries were so delicious I had to eat a couple between each bite. Our bartender was polite and attentive. Prices super reasonable. Ate too much but would do it again. Too much of a dive bar. Unless you are limited to bottled beer and shots not much else. I tried a margarita which was the worst I have tasted. Probably overcharged. read more

This place stinks.. literally and figuratively. We went with our 22 and 19 year old kids for wing night. We walked in to some haggard waitresses telling us to sit anywhere and demanding IDs. When we said one wasn't 21, could we sit outside the bar, we were told we needed to be 21to be on the premises, several times and then given names of other places we could go. I've never in my life heard of a place where you had to be 21 to even stand in the parking lot and then essentially ushered out. So if you're a retired, motorcycle riding, grey haired smoker who appreciates rude service, this is your place. Everyone else, look elsewhere. read more

A great neighborhood dive bar! Live music, drink specials and cheap food. This is not a place to take a date if you want to impress them, but f your going casual and just want to stop after a movie for a quick drink, here's the place. There are both outside and inside bars, with the band playing inside. There's not much room to dance, but that doesn't stop people.we just stopped by for happy hours ant the fries were so black, they just tasted like burnt. Yes it's called a dive bar. It's eclectic and so are the customers. But this visit was HORRIBLE, regardless of what they call themselves. I took my 84 year old mother there on Sunday after church (yes there is breakfast) and again on Tuesday for tacos. It's casual, has outdoor seating and is dog friendly. We were encouraged to come back on Thursday for a "giveaway" night. Unfortunately, we did. All was well until a very loud and extremely rude announcement was made at 6:00 pm about a dog in a car. The dog was my mom's that I had put there two minutes before so I could use the restroom and pay my tab. The same dog that had been in the restaurant with me, under my table, with a bowl of water given to us by our waiter. The same dog that half the restaurant talked to as they went by....the same dog that played with another dog in the restaurant and was fed treats by other customers. Several Men jokingly guessed his name as "killer" because he is only 14 pounds. The announcement was disgusting as this woman said "get the fucking dog out of the car in three seconds or I'll call the police". Even as my mom scrambled to tell her that I had just took him there, she continued to spew her poison over the microphone. As my mom went to the car another customer followed and banged on her window to threaten her. What kind of establishment is this? Who allows employees to act like this? What type of place allows customers to remain and drink after assaulting another customer? It is appalling. Dive bars are fun, this place is a NIGHTMARE! Don't go if your ID has ANY imperfections, they will refuse service and make you leave. My group and I visited the establishment on Sunday and everyone was served. The SAME group went tonight (Wednesday) and 2 of our IDs were not accepted. The group raged in ages from 65-22. Timmy, I believe was his name, told us that did not happen as he is there every night. When we told him we were served earlier this week he told us he may not have been there on that night. I understand laws need to be followed, however the attitude and rudeness from Timmy was unnecessary. The inconstancy and disrespect by Timmy will ensure none of us will ever be back! read more

After the way my elderly grandmother was treated by an employee and a patron of the restaurant, I would NEVER recommend this place. Drunkenly screaming on a microphone that a dog is being left in a car when the dog had been in the car for less than a minute while my mother paid the bill. And THEN when my grandmother went to the car after being publicly humiliated by the drunk employee on the microphone, allowing a patron at the bar to go out to the parking lot and bang on my grandmother's car door trying to get her to come out of the car. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. What a classless establishment. read more

I have never felt so unwelcome in a bar. we arrived at 7:10 pm . they close at 8 pm. did not get to order drinks for 10 minutes and food 10 minutes after that. At 8:05 pm the bouncer came over and told us to either chug our remaining beer or leave it. really bad customer service. On top of that we ordered taco baskets. Was never asked if we wanted sour cream - they just served it with the tacis. The bill came and we were charged .75 each (they gave us two which we did not even use). A customer should be informed if there is to be an up charge for something but to not even ask and then charge is just not right. read more

We had a group of 20 persons meeting up. So I called ahead to see if they could accommodate our group. I was told yes, we don't take reservations but if you come early shouldn't be a problem. I showed up 45 minutes early to secure a section only to find out they wouldn't nor could they seat our group. Was treated rudely as I explained what I was told. They didn't care. This place was a fun bar packed with locals. Bonus was that we went on a Friday night and got to play bingo from 7-9. The bartenders were also our servers and they were attentive and friendly and hilarious (they did a shift change and the night bartenders were no where near as good). The pizza was delicious and crispy. The drinks were priced really well and actually cheap in comparison to other places in the area. Very few staff wore masks and when four 20-somethings came in, the locals heckled and harassed them. Fortunately, there was an outdoor patio with ceiling fans and a good breeze, and we sat at a table as far away from the bar and other people as we could. read more

Was there and had a few drinks had two bartenders serving us only had 5 drinks if im not mistaking the norm i s a $1 tip per drink so i tiped 5 and the bar tender made a comotion about my tip next time i wont tip crap so if you dont want to be called out in front of other patrons tip high thats all that bartender was working for she could care less about service read more

Great food and atmosphere. Service is solid with the bartenders; sometimes it's busy but they always take care of you. For those morons who say "oh my gosh it's not classy or good decor inside," guess what? You're in a dive bar. As far as dive bars go, it's a solid place; you'll meet great people from all over. read more

we have been to The Dek many times. After experience tonight we won't be back! We had a party of 4 that all ordered meals and drinks. The bill came to $65.00. When we were ready to leave one in our party had 4 wings left he wrapped up. I assume it was the manager that came out and grabbed it from the table and said "You can't take them because they are on special eat in only! He acted like we were stealing something! We love this place. We make a point to come here anytime we're in the area. My husband and I are very much "live and let live" people. We were so excited to bring friends here, one of which chooses to wear a mask for personal reasons. Was so disappointed today when we arrived and our friend was shouted at "take off the mask" and some guy waved a Trump cutout in his face. Well, This is a red neck bar trying to be a eatery. I went there on a sunday for the 5.99 breakfast buffet. Real butter, not too shabby biscuits, bacon, sausage patties, sliced beef links, gravy and oh yeah scrambled eggs.. To be honest for a cheap breakfast not so bad OH the potatoes really suck. This is a redneck bar. 2 tables inside each that seat 6 people. and the bar itself. OH YEAH BEWARE SMOKING IS ALLLLOWED********. There is a fresh outdoor bar. the main room is air condition with 4 fans and 4 window a/c units. Perusing the menu they had a Hot wing challenge. Eat 6 of the Atomic wings and they are free. On Thursday 18 oz. porterhouse for 11.99 a great deal IF its any good. Mon-Fri each day a 25 cent item taco pizza slice wing ,etc.. So if you want to dress down in cowboy boots or flip flops chew or smoke tobacco. They are on the edge of Cape Coral entertainment district give them a try. read more
