Despite the fact that my hair looked absurd from how horrible of a barber I am, I walked out of The Den with the best haircut I've had, maybe ever. I've been going to get my haircut here since they opened and I have never been disappointed or had a bad haircut. Their team does an awesome job cutting hair, the online booking system is easy and it's got the very relaxed barbershop vibe I like. I can't say enough about The Den, or its owner, Chris. The place is spacious and clean, with an atmosphere that you want to kick back and relax in. Aside from the cut, I genuinely could've spent another hour in there just relaxing and watching TV. The Den is the sort of place that offers a break from the hustle of life, where you can take it easy and enjoy yourself with good company. The prices are more than fair and, if we're being honest, cheap considering the quality of cut and experience. Chris shows that you can offer clients a positive experience without leaving too much of a dent in their wallets. Dan cuts my hair here. He takes his time to really figure out what it is I'm looking for, I couldn't have been happier with my classy doo. Everything seemed really nice and fresh when I walked in. They offered me a beer and I waited for the previous appointment to finish before taking my turn. I showed the girl a couple photos and she said she understand what I wanted. She proceeded to cut my hair and was nice to talk to. During the hair cut itself everything was nice except she didn't really allow breaks for me to enjoy my drink which led to me basically having to down it as I left. Initially I was happy with the cut and the way she styled my hair on the way out. After showering however I found it extremely difficult to find the part she made on my head which makes it look pretty dumb most days. I also realized that my sideburns weren't even and one side of my head is faded way more than the other. If I didn't live an hour away I would have gone back the next day to get it fixed.
