WOW!!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!! Staff Need Retraining and Video Recording!!!!! No matter if a customer is a guest or local, such behavior is unacceptable. The only staff member who understands and applies appropriate customer service is shift manager Jennifer. Also, the store has bad wi-fi connection, so I couldn't access my TJMaxx Synchrony credit card, when staff asked me to scan the QR code present at each cashier's station.
