Some things I have not seen anywhere else, and I love that! The prices are right on, too. Cheaper than most discount stores, I would say, and when something goes on Clearance, it's basically a steal! Today the check wasn't good enough for them as I have "an out of state id, an out of state bank, and a in state address." Quite frankly I should've lied and just left my address as the incorrect address on the check--but I figured I would be a Good Samaritan and write my correct address on them for verification purposes. If the manager would've been polite I wouldn't be writing a review, however I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of home projects AND products at this store before via a check and it has never been an issue. When I asked her why it didn't work today but it had worked two weeks ago when I was last in, her response was "idk it doesn't work today" and when I asked if I could write a check for a portion and a card of the other she said "nope-when you get an in state is it'll work." I get it it's a stressful season, but it was 1030 on a Monday and it's far from busy in the store. I honestly won't be coming back into this store unless my employer asks me to pick some decorations up for our store.

The credit card Capital One refused to refund it because Kohl's wouldn't. I gave both the tracking number which showed the shipment was returned to sender. I ended up with over $400 in fees and interest. Lately, the issues have been just with Kohl's and Kohl's cash. I'm not getting the emails and the cash isn't being uploaded to my app account. Today I was told I have to return everything to get my $25 Kohl's cash back. But the purchase is how I earned it so I won't get it back. I'm at the point of ending my relationship with Kohl's and telling others to stay away. It's too much hassle!!!

I don't know if they were trying to pull off the Bass Pro Shops idea or what but it really didn't work. We went in looking for hockey equipment and the selection here was incredibly limited, which is surprising considering the area. My husband was looking for higher end stuff, and of course they didn't really have very many options for what little they carried. I guess this place would get the job done if you have to gear up a little kid, but to be honest spending the kind of money they were asking for the level of equipment they have seems pretty silly to me. The employee that we had to hunt down for help was not very useful at all, and it was obvious he didn't know much about the equipment that was in the section he worked in. You could tell he knew enough to retail sale, but not really recommend. In any case, Play It Again Sports is a better option close by.
