One egg breakfast
Rosalyn L.

I was in the bank and the guy standing in front of me raved about this place so I decided to check it out. The restaurant has a down home Mom/Pop feel to it. I was greeted immediately and asked if I was dining in or ordering to go. I told her I was dining in and she told me to sit anywhere. I ordered the one egg breakfast with cheese grits, pork sausage and raisin toast. The breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, but it wasn't very filling at all. I felt like I ordered a kids plate. Of course, I was still hungry after eating so I ordered a cheesecake with added strawberries and a pizza to go because I heard their pizza is good. Cheesecake was really good and I loved that they gave me plenty of strawberries. The pizza (meat lovers) came out burnt around the edges but it was still good. They do have daily specials and I didn't realize that until after I had already ordered. I will definitely order something more hearty the next time I come. I can say the service was exceptional! A guy named Bill came around periodically to make sure I was taken care of.

This is one of those situations where I'm in fear to blow my coveted secret. I love this restaurant. Food outstanding, service A+++++, value and affordability phenomenal. We are so lucky to have a restaurant like this in our neighborhood. This morning I came for breakfast, the special was $8.95 for two humongous eggs (your style), two buttermilk pancakes as big as my huge plate and choice of bacon or sausage. The coffee was strong the way I like it, and the sweetest servers standing by to keep your cup full. Please support this wonderful spot!

Woo-hoo I found Terrance (formerly a server at Sam's on Main in Grayson)! Love him! Best server ever! Also, excited to finally try Main Street at their new location by Ollie's in Snellville! The shift took quite some time and I hope all the regulars come back because the food is still slammin'! This time I had the 2 PC catfish with 2 sides. Mashed potatoes and green beans for me and everything was delicious! Plus fish dishes were on special with a $1 discount. My buddy had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and black eyes peas with cornbread. He didn't leave a crumb lol! Love the new place cozy yet open and I bet on Saturday and Sunday morning it's hopping! Though they do serve breakfast all day. Portions and prices are great! Can't wait for my next time bc the pizza is calling my name hmmm but so is the Liver and onions....

I found this restaurant on Yelp and since it's in my neighborhood I decided to stop in and check out the menu offerings. The restaurant was extremely clean inside and outside where there are tables and chairs for dining when the weather is nice like today. Inside is nicely decorated with charming nostalgic items. Their menu has something for everyone as there's a lot of good breakfast, lunch and dinner meal choices to choose from. What caught my attention is that they had my favorite sandwich listed. I absolutely had to order their Rueben. Man.......was I pleasantly surprised. The sandwich made with lightly grilled rye bread had just the right amount of tender corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese, and topped with thousand island dressing. My order came with a side of plump crinkle fries and dill chips. Prices are very reasonable and affordable for family dining. They have an "A" rating and warm and friendly staff (kudos to Cindy, manager). With weekly specials Main Street Restaurant hours are 7am-2pm Monday - Tuesday and 7am-8pm Wednesday - Sunday. I'm looking forward to a return visit to try my first calzone.

Steak, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese

Me and my boyfriend decided to try this place out. I ordered the Steak - which was really good and cooked how I requested, seasoned perfectly so I didn't need to add anything to it. The Mashed potatoes and Mac and Cheese were okay after adding salt and pepper. ( I am a stickler when it comes to mac and cheese this wasn't my favorite) the mashed potatoes would have been hotter (in temperature) the sweet tea was great. My bf had the catfish breakfast- the catfish was really good. The staff was friendly . We will be back to try more, I hear the pizza is really really good.

It was OK. Nothing special. The eggs were cooked correctly. Grits were not that tasty, and the country ham was so salty, it was not edible.

We came in right after the place had opened and the table was still wet. Not a huge deal but I rather sit at a ~dry~ table. When I opened my menu (on the wet table) there was a hair stuck to it, gross (this is pictured.) Overall the place did not feel clean. Second, I ordered a cup of chili to go along with my meal and it came out incredibly spicy. I was expecting mild and it was more so... burn your mouth off style. I hate spicy food so that item had to be returned back to the kitchen. I almost never do that, but the menu did not state this item was supposed to be spicy and I wasn't going to waste money on something I couldn't eat - nor my friend. Third, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came with no bacon. When I told the waiter he adjusted the price to fix it. He apologized and said that the cooks hadn't finished preparing the bacon yet for the day and just started sending out the bacon burgers without any on them. I'm sure it must be hard to be a waiter who is trying your best and then your cooks and bussers mess up the customer's experience. Our waiter was friendly and stopped by frequently, so we made sure to still tip him well. My burger was the most boring burger I've ever had. It left a lot to be desired. The Texas Roadhouse bread is good of course and so are their burger buns, but everything else about the burger was unsatisfactory. Fries were boring as well, tasted like nothing. The strawberry lemonade tasted watered down. Surprisingly my friend did enjoy their salmon and said it was good. All in all, the service and one of our food items- good. Everything else was poor quality. So if you're going to come here, fill up on bread and get the salmon. And maybe bring hand sanitizer. I have no advice other than that.

The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. At the time we went it was not a lot of people there but they slowly started coming in. Ordered some wings and fries and a 5 pc tender dinner. They both were good. I did like the fact that they sell whole wings. Even though they were small they were enjoyable. There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. If I am in the area and in the mood for some chicken I might stop by.

I told her it's freezing and she agreed but didn't say why there was no heat, I proceeded to place the order bc I was on limited time. As I stated earlier I ordered the grilled chicken spinach sandwich with fries. It was delicious as always. It comes with spinach, cheese, smoked bacon, and tomatoes. Bread is fresh. We sat down and were not impressed. The place just seemed dirty. (Mostly my impression because of the entrance). We also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was just ok. The service was ok as well. Apparently, there were a lot of "regulars" there because everyone knew each other and knew the staff.
