A party of maybe 8 did come into dine though and more people as time went on. However, I think it's safe to say we all had a blast. I can't remember the exact theme of the show but it involved cartoon characters and was just hilarious and so much fun. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into their performances and they definitely made the birthday girl feel special as well. I ordered the Sassy Brunch Burger with fries and I had no complaints there. However, the food is pretty average which if you're more or less just focused on having a good time, then you'll enjoy or accept it. Do note that there used to be two locations, the other that's now permanently closed was near the water (some pictures of that location still show up in past reviews). The only location now is located downtown Toledo where I believe the only option is street parking. Also, I did not go on the second floor so I don't know what that all might entail. Overall, the service was quick and friendly. The show was a 10/10. The aesthetic and atmosphere is so cute and lively. They also have a full bar fyi. Thank you for a great time, HBM!

I don't get hung up on dirty bathrooms. Bartenders with attitude are overlooked. We'll party in small bars, even, if the band is good. We all work hard and are willing to spend good money to line up wild times. Hotels, designated-drivers, lots of booze and rock-n roll. But, there is one thing you can do as a club owner that will guarantee me and my group won't blow a large of wad of cash in your establishment. Turn your bouncers into oppressive pricks. The award for the worst experience in all my years of rocking at clubs and venues goes to The Omni in Toledo, Ohio. The place should be a sitdown dinner theater NOT a club hosting metal tribute bands. We'll NEVER be back and not only that, every single person I know that rocks WILL be encouraged to never visit this garbage club. If you like to rock hard, dance hard, and drink hard look elsewhere.

My husband and I were *literally* pushed around by the owner and two of his lackies. I didn't know who I was supposed to give the tickets to when we entered (as there were no signs, directions, lines, identifiable t-shirts on the staff, etc.), so I asked the first guy sitting at the door. He just said he needed my ID, so I gave that to him and walked a few feet forward. I asked another guy standing up if I was supposed to give him our tickets. He said in a completely dick-ish tone, "What are you--will call??" I said, "No," and started to take a step forward to the next meathead. He and two other guys LITERALLY jumped in front of me, put their hands in my face as if I were going to storm the place or something! (I am a 5'2", professional-looking, young female; in fact, I had just gotten off of work, which is in an office, and was still in my business casual attire. In short, I am the furthest thing from a trouble maker.) So when my husband, who was behind me, saw that I was getting hassled, he said, "All you had to do was ask us for the tickets." He didn't yell or act like a jerk; he just stated that. The owner got in my face and yelled that he was "the owner of this place," and meanwhile, the two meathead bouncers backed my husband almost to the wall and started yelling at him. The owner jumped over to him, as did I, and that's when I put my hand on the owner's chest to try to back him off. We were just like, "Okay, we're leaving. This is complete BS." I am still in shock. Never in my life (or my husband's, for that matter), have we ever been treated so poorly. We go to a lot of shows, but we will never visit this hole EVER again. We wholeheartedly believe in supporting local businesses, but this guy deserves to have the place shut down. Currently, there are several complaints against this place, and I read online that the city is trying to revoke their liquor license. BEWARE, and BOYCOTT!

The owner came and spoke to us before the food came out, and he was very genuine and funny. The party pants cocktail was great and the food was pretty good. We had Italian wedding soup, bread, salad, parmesan butter noodles, Italian sausage, Italian seasoned chicken (which was a little dry), potatoes, Italian steak, and green beans. Everything was served family style. Ironically my favorite was the wedding soup and bread. And the made-in-house cannolis were exceptional ! After we ate and laughed for hours, we attended their Christmas show in the theater! It runs for about an hour but it didn't even seem like it. It was fun, cheesey, cute, and interactive. I would definitely recommend this venue for events and gatherings! We had a blast!

The person working the front desk was friendly and looked like she was doing 3 jobs at once. The bartender was fast efficient and made great cocktails. Some of our concerns go to more managerial issues. As an example, the heat in our room did not work and our room was as cold as the outside. Being middle of January we were literally sitting in our rooms in hats, gloves and coats. The staff did bring up some space heaters to help raise the temperature, which eventually worked. The wine pairing dinner we attended was just ok, but at 70 dollars a person I would expect more than using small plastic cups for the pairings. The food itself was really good, so my compliments to the chef. If the room price was more reasonable and not 450 per night I would be less critical. The cost just didn't match the expectation
