I brought in a brand-new Kryo Beaker Bong that was clearly defective straight out of the box -- the twist in the glass caused a total airflow blockage. I wasn't looking for a fight, just a bit of understanding and help with an exchange or warranty process. Instead, the manager pretended to "call her boss", came back moments later, and coldly said, "Sorry, nothing we can do." When I calmly asked her to show a little empathy for the situation, she snatched the box from my hands aggressively and started guilt-tripping me -- as if I was the problem for expecting basic customer service. That interaction told me everything I needed to know about how Cloud9 values their customers: they don't. I will never shop at Cloud9 again and I'll make sure others know to avoid this place if they care about quality products or respectful service. There are too many great smoke shops out there to waste your time or money where empathy and accountability are missing.
