Friendly staff quick service and good products not too long of a line I am a daily customer for many years

Been coming to this dispensary for years. Employees are always cool. I will say the deals lately have been not that great, it use to be, you spend $100 and now you gotta spend $120 to get a deal. A lot of overpriced items. You also gotta wait a whole month to redeem a deal. Nowadays you can get an oz for $80-$90 in other dispensaries. Oz here are $99 or up. Also The way they have things set up, they make you spend more money than you need to. Hope the people who put pricing/deals step it up because I'm getting way better deal in the dispensaries around them.( for the same products). Also i find It weird that they never have full ounces. Just 14grams. Personally i view thc as medicine, and it helps me eat in this depressing world. My last experience I attempted to buy 3 half ounces. I was Trying to get the 2 for $99. And use my vip discount for the 3rd one. And i also Had earn last month(June) $30 off in July if i spend $120. I was Not able to stack so i just Bought 1 14g with my vip and called it a day. In conclusion the $30 off that i earned Last month went to waste and they only give 5 days until it expires. See attachments on how much money and time i put Into in this place. I visited this Reno dispensary expecting safe, regulated cannabis. Instead, I encountered products that felt weak, chemically "off," and physically harmful, including gummies that caused fatigue and nausea and vapes that felt even worse. The budtenders showed scripted enthusiasm for products they clearly don't use or understand, leaving me with the impression that the store was run by people who know marketing, not cannabis. After 57 years of growing and smoking real marijuana, I immediately recognized that the legal items were nothing like the plant itself -- degraded, industrial, and untrustworthy. Morons. read more

Poor ass excuse of a dispensary. I have been a loyal customer for years. Their new checkout system that links to your bank account is a scam. They will take your money, return the order and never refund you. The manager tried to lie and make up a story that I picked it up on a day that I was never there. Very poor customer service and poorly trained employees that don't communicate with each other when it comes to fixing their own mistakes. The service at curbside was incredibly rude. All the curbside parking stalls were full so I parked in a spot right next to the last curbside stall and put a note mentioning my location in the check in. The attendant passed me multiple times to help others that arrived after I did. I flagged her down and she told me I had to move my car before she would help me. A second attendant brought the order out to me - handed me the order and my change without making eye contact or saying a word. No "thanks for your business" or "come again"...nothing. Just walked away. There are a lot of great dispensaries in the Reno/Sparks area that are far less expensive and are appreciative of your business. The manager wouldn't answer my question on the phone even tried to talk over me. She was trying to tell me that it was important to mention I might have a pick up order by asking me and I instead went in so that I could use my points instead and I asked if there was a difference in price between that and pick up order and they wouldn't tell me this until I went in to talk to her, and they told me that there is and that it does cost less to go in, so I dont know why they were rude to me for doing that. She put a note on my account about the conversation and said I was rude and that I was going to be banned but then I asked and she said I can still basically just shop there, and then her and the security guard watched every purchase I was making and then asked me to leave for the day, and that I needed to buy what I was purchasing and leave and not come back, just because I was using cash and also debit, so I actually was buying these items and she said sorry she didnt know but that I needed to buy what I was getting and leave and she didnt know why I was in line talking to the budtender. This was extremely rude of her to do akd I told her I would buy that or maybe something else and she still asked that I do that or leave and so I left and she wrote that under my account. Very rude of athe manager and also the staff wasnt nice about picking anything for me that I was getting, for either the eights or my cartridge or also with products that I didnt get to buy before I left. DO NOT SHOP HERE. probably the worst bud in Reno. Everything is dry and over priced. I paid $60 for an eighth of garbage bud that is as dry as it gets. This isn't just 1x. This has happened multiple times here. My fault for still shopping with them. read more

Among the better dispensaries is this in downtown. It has a lot of interesting products beyond stuff like blunts and edibles. Mynt is a modern looking place. Clean inside. They are serious about security so it can get annoying but people there are cool for the most part it seems. It has a lot to choose from. Place isn't big but it looks more spacious inside. They have a pretty secure process to enter the building which takes a few minutes. Kind of annoying but of course they need to be secure and keep out the tweakers around here. Prices are okay. It's about $12 for a prerolled blunt. They also have lots of products like chocolates and oils. Cool establishment and less sketchy than the general area. It even has a nice fire pit outside. They have a few overpriced items but mostly products are high quality. read more

Went for curbside pickup of 4/$60 special got home and found that one of the vapes Rocky Road .5g were shattered inside the sealed plastic tube. I called and spoke to someone who didn't say their name but they wouldn't deliver a replacement. I have no way of getting back there to get a replacement. I can't drive myself. I spend $80 and they can't deliver a replacement on their way to another client?!!! I'll go elsewhere next time. I love the Cann Drinks!! if you like to get over or skipping a liquor sessions Drink a Cann and just Chill . So much Better and safe! I used to be into dabs ! all kinds of concentrates , and they have a lot of great options!! But I have transition over to the gummies which is alto edibles but they have some great choices my favorite are the Camillio's!! They are so Good no After taste , great flavor and no more than 30 min or so it hits . I only get medicated at night it helps my Insomnia. The State and City taxes do not justify the cost being so high, the problem is companies like Mynt being ran by greedy folks who do not have the spirit and ethos that marijuana culture tends to have. Never again. We come to Reno all the time and for the first time forgot to bring our cannabis with us so we decided to go get some from here. Long story short, we left without buying anything because the lady that works at nighttime has the worst attitude I have ever experienced. We were a group of six and all wanted to get CBD and pre rolls and she gave us attitude for entering as a group. Then the door wouldn't open even though I was pushing it and with her face expressions and attitude called us dumb. She needs to go smoke some weed herself so she can chill. I have boiled up points and been saving them and without announcement they changed their policy!!!!! 350 points used to get you $15 off now 1500 points gets you $15 off. This is not ok and the fact you didn't announce such change so we could use our points is ROBBERY. I've been to this location while on vacation in Reno. The staff sucks. Ricky was rude and unhelpful. Maybe he was too high to do his job. Customer service has gone down a lot since they first opened.
