Been coming to this dispensary for years. Employees are always cool. I will say the deals lately have been not that great, it use to be, you spend $100 and now you gotta spend $120 to get a deal. A lot of overpriced items. You also gotta wait a whole month to redeem a deal. Nowadays you can get an oz for $80-$90 in other dispensaries. Oz here are $99 or up. Also The way they have things set up, they make you spend more money than you need to. Hope the people who put pricing/deals step it up because I'm getting way better deal in the dispensaries around them.( for the same products). Also i find It weird that they never have full ounces. Just 14grams. Personally i view thc as medicine, and it helps me eat in this depressing world. My last experience I attempted to buy 3 half ounces. I was Trying to get the 2 for $99. She was trying to tell me that it was important to mention I might have a pick up order by asking me and I instead went in so that I could use my points instead and I asked if there was a difference in price between that and pick up order and they wouldn't tell me this until I went in to talk to her, and they told me that there is and that it does cost less to go in, so I dont know why they were rude to me for doing that. She put a note on my account about the conversation and said I was rude and that I was going to be banned but then I asked and she said I can still basically just shop there, and then her and the security guard watched every purchase I was making and then asked me to leave for the day, and that I needed to buy what I was purchasing and leave and not come back, just because I was using cash and also debit, so I actually was buying these items and she said sorry she didnt know but that I needed to buy what I was getting and leave and she didnt know why I was in line talking to the budtender. This was extremely rude of her to do akd I told her I would buy that or maybe something else and she still asked that I do that or leave and so I left and she wrote that under my account. Very rude of athe manager and also the staff wasnt nice about picking anything for me that I was getting, for either the eights or my cartridge or also with products that I didnt get to buy before I left. The service at curbside was incredibly rude. All the curbside parking stalls were full so I parked in a spot right next to the last curbside stall and put a note mentioning my location in the check in. The attendant passed me multiple times to help others that arrived after I did. I flagged her down and she told me I had to move my car before she would help me. A second attendant brought the order out to me - handed me the order and my change without making eye contact or saying a word. No "thanks for your business" or "come again"...nothing. Just walked away. There are a lot of great dispensaries in the Reno/Sparks area that are far less expensive and are appreciative of your business. Among the better dispensaries is this in downtown. It has a lot of interesting products beyond stuff like blunts and edibles. Mynt is a modern looking place. Clean inside. They are serious about security so it can get annoying but people there are cool for the most part it seems. It has a lot to choose from. Place isn't big but it looks more spacious inside. They have a pretty secure process to enter the building which takes a few minutes. Kind of annoying but of course they need to be secure and keep out the tweakers around here. Prices are okay. It's about $12 for a prerolled blunt. They also have lots of products like chocolates and oils. Cool establishment and less sketchy than the general area. It even has a nice fire pit outside.
