Edited: they reached out to me immediately to clear up the delivery issue and refunded me the delivery fee. I'm not changing my review because they refunded me $11, I'm changing it because they reached out wanting to improve their services and actually thanking me for bringing the delivery issue to their attention. Anyone who runs their business in a manner where they care about their clients and their experience is worth patronizing. Original review: I'm conflicted. I love their floral arrangements, but I've had two pretty bad experiences with delivery the last two times I've ordered from them. I've ordered from them many times, and delivery has never been a problem. I don't know if it's their delivery person who has changed, but I've always had The Dizzy Daisy deliver flowers to our bosses on their birthdays or Boss's Day. I've used them for bouquets for friends and coworkers in the same building, and for years they've always delivered beautiful bouquets - they're stunning, truly - and we've never had any issues and I love patronizing a small business. Now, we work in a courthouse, so I know it could be confusing, but considering the track record of deliveries that have made it, I don't know what has happened the last two times. The last two deliveries (one the beginning of September and the other was this afternoon) were just left outside. I wrote the suite number of our office - and the flowers - both times - were just dumped outside...THE WRONG SUITE. When we got a delivery notification - we wandered around looking for the bouquets. Today, like last month, they were abandoned in front of the wrong door. At least it was the same floor, but we put our suite number on the delivery form and before these last two fails, they've always been delivered to our reception people to bring back. Now I'm conflicted - I figured last time was a fluke, so I continued to order from them - but I don't want to have to keep being worried about whether or not flowers I order will make it to its destination or just be abandoned elsewhere. So...I'm not sure I'll continue to use them. They do have beautiful bouquets - and I love their bloom snaps, and I usually order their designer's choice I've never been disappointed by them. But our last two delivery fails make me question whether I'd use them again for our office. read more

I could not be happier with the service I received from this lovely local business I had an emergency need for a very special arrangement for an important person in my life who experienced a sudden loss. I ordered the "Designer's Choice" bouquet to be delivered yesterday for a birthday and specifically asked for peonies, ranunculus, hydrangea, cymbidium orchids and roses in a pink and white arrangement. At first the photo they sent me prior to delivery looked kind of sparse, but the birthday recipient replied with astonishment at how beautiful the arrangement was from every angle, with favorite colors and type of flowers she loved. Absolutely incredible!! If there was a 10 star selection it would be too little. 24 hours before my father's memorial service The guy who was supposed to do the flowers called and canceled. Not a good event to cancel on especially with zero notice. I randomly picked this place because it was the first 5 star review near me and now I know why. I was frantic and they were so great on the phone she was very patient and holy crap the product she turned out was just absolutely amazing. Five stars to this place!! There's two young people working. They were so cool and efficient. I was the only person in the shop. I walked in with my toddler. I was in and out. I love small owned flower shops. First time here by the way. This is the shop my husband recommended. I guess this is the place where all my flowers come from. Sometimes you're in a rush and you need to get a grocery store arrangement and that's fine. It happens. When you need to pull out the big guns, go here. Period. Seriously, if you want everyone to stop in their tracks and ask "who brought those?" This is where you go. You can break the bank, but you don't have to, and the times I've spent over what I thought I wanted to, it was always well worth it. You're welcome. read more

ordering flowers when you live away is always a guessing game - not so with Dizzy Daisy. they immediately acknowledge my order, confirm that it will be shipped when requested, send me a picture of the arrangement, advise when it is on its way, let me follow the driver, then announce when it is there, I love great customer service and I especially love Dizzy Daisy. thank you! read more

I called them to create and deliver a bouquet to my cousin who lives in Orange and just had a surgical procedure. The saleswoman discussed my selection with me as well as the "little bit more" option. I love their policy of sending the buyer a "Bloomsnap", or photo of your bouquet before it goes out, so you know exactly what you paid for and what your recipient is getting. I wish all florists did this. I was extremely pleased with the beauty of the bouquet, and my cousin told me she had never received such a beautiful bouquet in her entire life. It doesn't get better than that! I'm so happy I found The Dizzy Daisy! And the woman I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been nicer. I walked in for a last minute Mother's Day gift today to see if they had tulips, fortunately they did - Jennifer at the counter did a great job putting together a beautifully arranged bouquet. Back in 2019 a local church I was helping out - who rented across the street - purchased a large last minute Mother's Day order from Dizzy Daisy, they did a great job back then as well. We got married 2/23/19. We went to Dizzy Daisy based on all the great reviews! They were our first and last stop. Once we met Dana, I didn't want to go anywhere else! I did not have much of a vision - more colors than anything else and some Pinterest pictures and Dana turned my small vision and my Pinterest pictures into a perfect wedding day! The flowers were Gorgeous and she provided ways that we could SAVE money! She sent me pictures the night before of all the flowers which made me realize I forgot to include a boutonnière which she made last minute and didn't even charge me. Holy cow! I just found my Southern California floral delivery go to. This was my first ever order with these folks and certainly will not be my last. I was sick all week and completely zonked on my cousin's 70th Birthday today. I ordered from these fine folks first thing this morning and it was delivered shortly ago. The entire process from start to finish was super easy (I'm the Queen of online purchases). I was most impressed with their expedited services AND complete follow through. I received an immediate email confirmation of my order, an email with a PHOTO of my order and text messages letting me the order was out for delivery AND a confirmation that my order was delivered. This company saved my wedding. I think it was about 3, maybe even 2 weeks out from the wedding I first contacted them. We couldn't do our big wedding because of COVID so we made last minute changes which meant no more florist. I searched through friends and yelp and landed here and a couple other places. The woman that helped me, Dana, was so so kind. On the little info I gave, the minuscule amount of creativity I had, and the sheer lack of time I gave her made me happy to just have flowers. But the final product took my breath away. Gorgeous, beautiful, healthy flowers that gave my wedding the "wedding" feels. I owe you so much more than I paid. I drive by this place every day and never knew until recently that it even existed. Went in to get a bouquet for my gf's mom when she had to get a surgery and was blown away. Their pricing is much better than the grocery stores and the quality is drastically better. They have a frequent buyer card and I'm working my way to a free bouquet. I just can't get over the pricing. For the same amount i would spend on a dozen roses at stater.. in a plastic bag, no vase and not arranged... i can get a dozen roses, vase and the flowers are already arranged beautifully. The girls in this shop are very knowledgeable and super sweet. The also have assorted succulents and hand made soaps. I bought a pine tar hand soap that i was very happy with. Bottom line.. check this place out for your flower needs.. spend less money and get more for your dollar. read more

What can I say!? Dana of Dizzy Daisy joined us on our journey to planning a wedding during a global pandemic, military travel restrictions for groom, couple living 3000 miles away from local venue, floral shortage and 3 wedding date changes! She was so patient and pivoted with us gracefully until we finally had the wedding and reception yesterday. She helped us work within our budget to fill a huge venue by incorporating lots of fresh eucalyptus and letting us use some wooden flowers within not only our decor but in boutonnières and bouquets. She was so creative and helpful and made planning a wedding during Covid doable, beautiful snd tasteful, but budget friendly as well. read more

I cannot rave enough about this flower shop and the type of quality work they do. I wanted to make a bouquet for my daughters wedding. I went into the shop and spoke with Dana who helped my pick the type and color of flowers. She offered to make the bouquet but when I expressed my desire to make it for my daughter she offered to walk me through the process step by step. She very patiently and kindly did just that. The final product is more than I could have ever hoped for! My husband and I will continue supporting such businesses like Dizzy Daisy who go above and beyond customer service. I live in Philly but my mom and her husband live in OC and I wanted to send them an anniversary gift. Dizzy Daisy was so much less expensive than going through one of the national brands (e.g. 1800flowers.com, bouqs.com). And the customer service has been stellar. They even sent me a picture of the completed order! It looked exactly like it was supposed to. Will definitely be relying on them for all my remote floral needs from now on. read more

I can't say enough about the beautiful flowers we were able to get here for my nephews funeral. I wanted something "different" and meaningful to honor my nephew. We took in one of his skateboards and they made the loveliest display which was unique and different plus matched a colorful vase of flowers to add some color to sit by his casket. Exactly what we asked for. We also bought flowers earlier in the month for my nephews memorial. They had just we wanted. Was looking for a bouquet for my niece's wedding at the Honda Center (times of Covid) so I searched for flower shops and The Dizzy Daisy came up. The reviews were positive and the pictures were great. I walked in on a Saturday and spoke to two very nice people. I showed them some pictures and explained what I wanted. They totally delivered. The bouquet was beautiful! They added all the flowers we talked about and it was perfect. I even got a preview to give it the final thumbs up. My niece loved it and as soon as she got to the booth the lady told her how beautiful her bouquet was. She was one happy bride! read more

They did a beautiful job! They looked even better in person. They sent a picture before the drop off which I really appreciated since these were a gift for someone who had recently lost their loved one. I would use this company again in the future! The Dizzy Daisy was founded in 2011 by Dana Rice and her husband Daniel. Both Southern California natives, Dana has over 20 years experience as a floral designer.

An Orange County native, I discovered my passion for design at an after school florist job at age 18. I have worked my way up from washing buckets, cleaning flowers to owning and running my own flower shop! I had shown a picture of a much fuller arrangement they had online called the 'You're Precious Bouquet' but what I received didn't quite match up. I ended up going to Vons afterward to buy more flowers to make the bouquet more full. Vons bouquets were much fuller for the same price with a vase as well. While the flowers themselves were nice, I expected more for the cost.

They worked with my husband to create a bouquet and boutonnière for our special day and not only did they create something beautiful for us, they went above and beyond and delivered the arrangements to our hotel in Anaheim. Everything was packaged beautifully and delivered with such care- even included directions and sheers to cut down the stems on the bouquet to our liking. We truly cannot thank the Royal Blooms team enough. They were a delight to work with and are worth every penny! Plus the flowers traveled well back to Seattle with us!

The florals she provided was not quite what I had envisioned - it would have been helpful if she provided images of what flowers were available and what arrangements she was planning closer to my wedding date in case I wanted to make adjustments. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).
