The owner, Shannon, was very responsive at first. When I told her where I lived, she started backtracking and listing reasons why her employees wouldn't be able to reach my apartment. She then told me she couldn't even refer another sitting service. I've had cat sitters before. Interacting with Shannon was the strangest, most frustrating conversation I've ever had. She clearly did not want to take me or my cats on as a client for reasons unbeknownst to me. I was able to find a cat sitter through another service, thankfully. I cannot recommend C-Pup.

When I met Dale on Sunday, my pets immediately warmed up to her (good sign)! She was ready to start walking my dog every day starting Monday. I went thru no hassle, she made my life SOOOOO EASY. Dale started coming every day, and would leave me with long notes (A REPORT CARD ON MY DOG & CAT) telling me all about my pets and what the visit entailed. She took photos of my dog everyday, and printed it on the report card itself... IT WAS SOOOOO CUTE. Dale is amazing. One time she had an accident which caused her face to swell up and she needed stitches. I told Dale that she should rest and not come but she insisted to come and walk my dog. Dale loves what she does and treats my dog like her own. She barely ever cancels, and if she does, she makes arrangements. Dale, the pet nanny is awesome!

It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

I had ask that they only provide me with one one of their walkers that I had for the first 18 months, at least twice a week if possible. After numerous attempts to remedy this, they decided (Customer Service Agent Becca) to cut me and my dogs loose. I contacted them to give them "NOTICE"; that I would be looking for another service. I am a senior citizen wtih Dystolic Heart Failure. What a way to treat a senior citizen.. Terrible service... And the owner, did nothing, even though on her web page she states "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will correct it right away and offer a money-back guarantee".
