Needless to say I never went back. 5 minutes after leaving the review I get a call from the owner Joe telling me this is a false review. I was not happy here and that is why I have a $1000 unused package Joe! False review not! Since you claim you have video and she didn't say shut up I edited the review but it sure sounded like that to me. How about you worry about how your employees are rather than calling people who leave a bad review. I haven't brought her back since October and I have $1000 unused there. I bring her somewhere else now because of my experience there. I am not one to write a review but I understand other people are feeling the way I do so thought I better speak up.

There's inherently a certain artifice to the detailed communication, the (high-quality!) photos of gamboling cats, and the kind observations. But boy, I ate it up, and I imagine most other people with pets would too. It's incredibly comforting to know that your animals are in good hands.

We wouldn't hire anyone else for dog walks or daytime care. They're excellent and reliable.

I observed soon after that when I would drop her off, I definitely saw her licking her lips and not look 100% comfortable. Coupled with a staff that seemed inattentive to customers waiting, and would not quite pay attention at drop off, we only went a handful of times. I just started Daisy here at Camp Crockett and she cannot get enough. When we pull up, she starts screaming in the car. When I drop her off, she doesn't even glance back at me! Her wiggly body language to the staff says "HURRY UP, open that door, let me go see my friends!" Daisy is a veteran of multiple different daycares across state lines, so the experience at the other day care came as a surprise--she never disliked any other daycare before. Now that she's at Camp Crockett, I'm comfortable that she's having a blast and feels safe to enjoy herself.

Sookie is a 5 yr old high energy terrier I adopted and she shares a small 600 sq ft apartment in Belltown with me. I have an office job that leaves poor Sookie on her own most days and without daily long walks or off active off leash play, Sookie would have destroyed our little home a long time ago. But thanks to Robin's park visits, Sookie's gets lots off frisky dog pack action under Robin's watchful supervision. I like how she interviews any perspective dog and owner before letting them into her congenial dog pack. Sookie has never come home hurt, frightened or even muddy after a park walk with Robin and her pack. Moreover, Robin is reliable and trustworthy. I gave her a key to my apartment and we've never had a problem. She also gives me notice when she won't be available so I can have a friend pitch hit for her. I also board Sookie with Robin several times a year and found Robin to be very diligent about special diets and medication. But please don't expect to just dump your puppy on her the same day you ask. She's a normal person with a life like the rest of us. Anyone thinking of using AXtion K9 should know that Robin prefers payment in advance. I pay her one month in advance and have never had an issue over an overpayment.
