Carol (the owner) is a horrible person! DO. NOT USE THEM/HER, whatever it is she has going on. I didn't realize it was actually her that came to do the grooming. I had texted her that morning to PLEASE do not ring the doorbell as my husband worked extremely late the night before and to just text me when she arrives. She showed up and rang the doorbell! When I told her I texted her please don't do that because the dogs bark, she wasn't apologetic in the least. Her words were, "I just get in the van and drive. I don't look at texts", and just shrugged it off like it was nothing. She did groom them nicely, but her rudeness and not giving a flip was off putting. When I was in the process of making the payment, I said hold on and went into the living room. She heard me say "hey babe" to my husband. I went back to the front room - SHE LEFT!! She realized he was awake BECAUSE OF HER. And she bailed! My husband had already paid her on Zelle and she left and peeled out of our driveway! So, I called again but asked for another groomer and she told me they weren't available on the day I was asking about, she told me they only have one groomer right now (it was her and another person when she came before since we have two dogs), and she told me I will need to find another groomer. Didn't try to work out another day, SHE TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER GROOMER. Unbelievable. I don't know how she has so many positive reviews. She also looks like she fell right off the street. Try being presentable when meeting people for the first time. It's embarrassing. I don't ever judge. I have no issues with anyone inked up, but you really need to look more presentable. And to any other complaints by people, she's accusingm of lying - they're not lying. She just won't own up to anything. And yes, for the person that complained about your driving someone experienced with you on the road? Why on earth would you say you don't own a van and thank them for their false review?? YOU'RE. A. Excellent groomer! Dana communicates via text to let me know she was on her way and was very punctual. It was our first time using mobile dog grooming. It won't be our last. Dana did an awesome job togrooming our dog who has a minor skin issue. I had also informed her of his arthritis , but neither issue deterred her. By far the worst experience I've had with a groomer in my 10+ years in Vegas, and my dog didn't even get groomed! The owner is rude, brash, and flaky and does not respect your time or money. Right from the beginning, she was anything but friendly or professional in the way she communicated, with no niceties or punctuation, but plenty of spelling errors. I had a feeling I should have switched to another groomer right then and there, but my pup was already overdue and since I'm very chronically ill, I really needed a mobile groomer asap. She was very pushy asking for my address before I had even received any potential available dates (this is weird, most ppl don't want to give their address out for no reason, to any random "business" that might not be trustworthy). When it was the appointment day, she texted an HOUR early that she was on the way. Didn't ask if that was okay or offer any pleasantries, but I was understanding and just said 'ok'. About 25 minutes later she starts asking for the address (that I had already given her a week ago, WITH cross streets), long after she should have been on her way to me I send the address again (a total of 3 times) along with an actual pin of my dropped location, and more details to help her locate the house. Every spot that's blacked out in the photos of the messages is where I was giving details about my address... She is adamant that I gave her the address to a post office half an hour away from me, as if I don't know where I live?? So she's going to "move on" because "there are no houses" Are you serious?? I helped her by pointing out that the post office had the same street as my house address but different numbers, (and once again is NOWHERE near the cross streets or zip code I already gave her). She's still doubling down trying to claim that I'm lying and is cancelling my appointment (35 minutes before it was even due to start). At this point I agree to cancel it because I don't trust this lady with my dog if she can't even handle an address correctly, to which she has the nerve to call ME the rude one lol. Mistakes happen, if you accidentally put in the wrong address to your gps then you need to own that and correct it by still driving to the proper location instead of being too lazy and blaming the customer. Even still, her abundant lack of professionalism and common courtesy would have kept me from coming back. I wasted that whole day waiting for someone who never showed up, in addition to the 2 and a half weeks that my dog had to wait until I could get her into a proper groomer. When there's only a few reviews and they're somehow all 5 stars, they're coming from friends/family, Trust your gut and do NOT book with this scammer. Also note the THIRTY FIVE 1star reviews that she got removed and I hadn't noticed!! Edit: since I'm being threatened, the ONLY thing blocked out is my address for obvious privacy reasons. I even went through and added captions of the text order since I know you struggle with numbers. So go ahead and post them unblocked, I'd be more than happy to get you shut down for exposing private information Your response tells every potential customer exactly what they need to know Edit x2: I get emails every time you edit your reply honey A factual review warning others to stay away doesn't mean I'm angry.
