I went inside to take a picture of the tap list so that I could complete my online order. My point of reference is Mammoth Brewing. Their online ordering platform doesn't require an account sign up, but keeps your session open for your entire meal, making it trivial to add stuff as you go, without re-entering your card info. It's low-friction and encourages me to buy more food/drink.

Mediocre food. Terrible service. I've been there several times and I'm NEVER going back. I came in with my friends a few months ago and the people working practically ignored us for the first ten minutes we were there. After we finally got to ordering, we asked them if they could refill their water jug. The lady working the cash-register said she couldn't. I asked her why and I won't forget what she said: "We just had a bunch of drunk people come from the Cudi concert and they drank all of our water.You guys are just going to do the same.".... uhh yes, you put water for your customers so that they can drink it! We were sober--even though that's completely irrelevant. Because it literally takes ten fucking seconds to put the jug under the faucet and fill it up. Another time, my friend and I were waiting for some cookies we ordered. I saw that their water jug was empty (again) so I decided to buy a pint of milk. I asked the lady working there if she could keep my pint in the fridge until my cookies came out--you know, so my milk stays cold--but she said she couldn't. I told her that I'll just buy the milk when my cookies come out. She said no again. I asked her what difference does it make if I decide to buy the pint after and she told me that "It's now or never for the milk."....Yeah, like the fridge is on some sort of nuclear time bomb and the milk won't be there when my damn cookies come out. As soon as I got done arguing with her, some guy and his trashy girlfriend came out of the bathroom together. I went in there after them to wash my hands and it was apparent that they had also purchased milk. Unfortunately, they spilled some on the toilet seat. A bunch of lazy slackers that don't want to do what they're getting paid for. Hopefully they've hired some decent human beings by now. read more

Turns out Dough Co is a small restaurant and also gets very busy. When people complain about our phone not working, what really is happening is the phones are in use with other customers. They literally ting as soon as we hang them up. So for Laylahs review, it's unfortunate that she felt how she did, but employees cant just sit around and chat on the phone and be 100% perkilcious for every call. Also, dough co employees work harder than almost any young people at any job I have ever seen and I have worked in many places. Its difficult to the point adults cant handle it on their bodies and the late/long hours are too much. Also young people connect more with other people their age who happen to be our largest clientel. There are many assumptions about restaurants, especially one that is particularly unique in how and what they do so if you want answers. Message us on FB. They'll respond. Even if somebody says they respond later than you would like, but wouldn't you rather people be working on food and the restaurant than constantly checking FB for messages? :) Also, the food is worth it and if you go earlier and avoid home football games and drinking holidays you won't have any issues. read more

This place used to be the goat. This place was the best spot ever. A calzone was like $9 because you get the tiny can of soda. But now they're almost double that, and there's no way to get it unless you overpay some driver to deliver it. No drive thru, or anything. Not even a place to go get a drink. They make enough off of football game days to afford more than a single oven, so why is my food taking 45 minutes when a drive thru is less than 3 minutes away? Are you able to put meat into a piece of dough while you shower? You should learn today. read more

I immediately canceled the order and left. I was truly baffled and blown away by the whole interaction. Last night (4/28/2026), I decided to give it another try, and unfortunately had another negative experience with a different employee. My husband ordered a pizza and was quoted a 20-minute wait. After about 50 minutes, while it was getting late and our kid was getting tired, I went to check on the order. I was the only person waiting and stood there quietly, but after being ignored, I finally said "Hi." The employee snapped back, " CAN'T YOU SEE I HAVE MY FACE IN A HOT OVEN?! I CAN'T TALK RIGHT NOW." I waited patiently, and when I was finally acknowledged, I was told the pizza had just been put in. That part was fine, but when I mentioned that we had been quoted 20 minutes, her response was unnecessarily aggressive and totally rude. I've worked in restaurants and customer service for 25 years, and I understand how stressful it can be. That said, there's no excuse for repeatedly treating customers this way. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others. No one deserves to be spoken to so disrespectfully.

Back to the pizza we got today from the food truck on Friendly Street. They were out of ricotta and basil, there's a store across the street... just saying... so we changed our order from the Bianca All White pizza, my personal favorite to Bruschetta pizza and a pepperoni. We walked across the street to get ricotta so I could add my own if wanted at home. I have some basil plants at home so that's covered also. We get our pizzas and take them home. I look when we get home and apparently they for some ricotta and put it on the substitute pizza... okay, fine. That's not the issue. The issue is the pizza crust looks undercooked and the other cheeses, mozzarella and ? look plastic like they have started to cut corners and are using cheap cheese.
