They fixed it a month earlier and the same part failed again. Waited over 2 weeks no phone call or nothing. When I called them they said the tech closed the ticket because the dryer was hooked up. Called the shop the manager was very rude and told me they do not get paid to install dryers. Even after we asked them if it needed hooked up and their own tech told us no!

Here we are a couple of months later and still no part ir repairman after the initial visit. I called inquiring about it and I was to get a call back from the parts department. The woman answering the phone stated the part was still not in and the parts person who does the ordering and such would return my call. Since calling, it has been almost a week and I am yet to get a return call. My warranty runs out in November so I am assuming they are putting it off so that I will have to pay out of pocket. My washer, now, is sounding worse and worse with each passing day.

Sent text messages, made phone calls and left messages, drove to the address on the website and found a vacant house. Out $135 with no hope of getting a response or refund.

After returning, and delaying by an additional day, advised he could not complete the job because he would have to unstack the dryer to access the washer. Did not even try. Did not want to complete job even when I offered to have staff help take down or scoot the stack out for access. The online videos for the unit show it does not need to be unstacked to fix the boot but even if it did... he should have known that when he assessed the repair weeks ago and required payment up front. Another concern with this company is he wanted full payment up front. Most companies collect only partial until after the repair is complete. Overall, he should have shown up with help to do the job or asked me to have it unstacked when he arrived. Instead, he immediately said he would issue a refund. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to let others know how unpleasant this experience was! We can provide copies of documentation should anyone need it!
