Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.

Since I was going to have to hire a plumber I decided to have them install my new sink and dishwasher as well just so I knew it would be done correctly. I called them and set up a time to have them give me an estimate and possibly do the work same day but they needed to get some parts so they came back first thing the next day. Everything was done quickly and he cleaned up after. Final cost was the same as the quote but there wasn't much left as a surprise since we had the wall demo'd out. Since it was originally a diy project I did have a lot of the parts bought already. So my only note would be let him get the parts you need so they are under his warranty. But he was upfront that any parts he used that were purchased by me wouldn't be covered and I was ok with that as they were smaller parts. Not sure how his prices compare to others because I needed the job done quickly but from the estimate it seemed fair with the labor involved. I would definitely hire and recommend them in the future!

The plumber did not have a mask but was willing to put one on. The original diagnosis had been defective or clogged cartridges in the leaking faucets. The plumber replaced the parts, but the faucets are still leaking. Now he says the entire faucet must be defective. So they misdiagnosed the problem and still charged for the failed repair. Still charged what seems like a LOT of money $500/hour, for one plumber, and this was an alleged discounted price. The plumber blamed the make of the faucets (Moen, usually considered a good brand, we got them at costco), and offered to expensively, but with an alleged discount, replace them with Delta faucets. overall, a disappointing and expensive mistake. Added a star for masking and showing up. Will look elsewhere in future.

He was clearly a respectable person in his area of specialty which is not the same that can be said of others whom we've worked with for our general maintenance needs over the years. It's often hit or miss but not with Dino. I'm going to give him a ring later today to line up a few additional plumbing jobs at our place and can't wait to get the jobs done. Not impressed since it took 4 days for them to respond in the first place, quote request was sent Friday, response came Monday, he blamed it on the Yelp notifications not coming through, yet another contractor did not have that same issue. And to make matters worse, once this review was posted I got yet another dismissive email from the contractor.
