This was the first time I've ever been to the drip room just out of curiosity I went in to see what it was all about. What was very frightening was the fact that the nurse has probably never started an IV in her life and couldn't tell whether it was a vein or a tendon. I lost all Confidence from that point on. Unclear as to how much they pay these "nurses" but I'm assuming it's not much. The nurse also told me that the oxygen bar does in fact deliver pure oxygen which I do believe you are not allowed to prescribe oxygen since it is considered a medication. I didn't see a ventilation Hood in the back where they mix the IV drips which is a huge health risk and violation. After having my IV drip I felt horrible and ended up having a massive migraine headache for the rest of the day. I have worked in critical care ICU for over 16 years and I can tell you the nurses in here are horrible. I think you would have to be out of your mind to get botox at this place since they can't even start a simple IV. read more

Have been wanting to check this place out for quite some time. Located in old town Scottsdale this is a cute and relaxing place to unwind and rehydrate. They have many different drips to choose from, all of which finish in about 30-40 minutes. Their entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable about each drip and their ingredients. With it's modern/retro vibe and pristine environment, this place is truly a fun place to be while receiving one of the most effective, natural treatments out there. And not only that, I've found the team to be extremely knowledgeable regarding their services, and they are always willing to answer my questions (and I ask a lot- believe me lol). And the doctor- let's just say he knows his stuff, and on top of that, he's quite the looker ;) Some nurses/doctors would say I am a "difficult stick" when it comes to blood draws and getting IVs, as my veins are hard to see. I have never had a problem with the staff at The Drip Room- they get it right the first time every time!!! Completely competent, I wish the doctor would follow me around to LabCorp/SonoroQuest for when I need blood draws! Other than a little pinch in the beginning, getting the IV is completely painless! I'm a huge advocate of Nutrient IVs and have had them done before. Any time I'm sick and get an immune boosting IV- the next day I'm 75% better, almost guaranteed. Also- before or after any celebrations where alcohol is involved, it makes a huge difference in how you feel the next day. A group of us came into The Drip Room the second week it was open. I have to say it's a beautiful place. The most important thing though were the staff. Shirley, the owner was completely attentive to me and all of my questions. I really appreciated that she took her time to answer all of our questions. And boy we had many! There were 4 of us all together. I don't know how anyone could say anything other than good things because this place has it's stuff together. The oxygen bar was also incredible. We all got that plus various drips. I had the mega vitamin drip which I could really tell the next day was awesome. My friend got the detox and felt very energetic for days after. She had gone thru chemo about a year prior so this was incredible for her. She's gone a few times since and has loved every drip! The other important thing I want to mention is that I have gone to naturopaths in the past for IV drips that were outrageously cost prohibitive if I wanted to do them a couple of times per month. The Drip Room has made this health practice affordable for me. The Drip Room is bringing to Scottsdale a pretty innovative service that I have not seen elsewhere. It's about time because it solves a problem many of us have when we go to a naturopath. The cost and the ease of use. It's really affordable. I am so thankful for the Drip Room and the natural health options they offer! I sustained serious health issues after an accident, and have been coming to the Drip Room weekly for several types of injections (vit b, NAD, CoQ10, natural anti-inflammatory, and several others -- their selection is awesome) as well as using the oxygen bar. All have been a tremendous help in my recovery, and I have a reduction in my symptoms after each visit. The staff was professional and experienced....Recently the service has been absolutely terrible!!They Have unqualified nurses who take multiple attempts to start an IV on someone who has excellent veins! This place is pretty awesome. I was given individual attention and a drip that was perfect for me. The massage chairs are awesome, watch out for the foot massagers ( they will get ya!). I feel great and I think the color of my skin improved. I suggest this service to any and everyone. They are very through with the intake, blood pressure,oxygen,heart rate... At no point did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. The Drip Room is also very clean,the bathrooms down to the floors. Shirley, the owner I'm guessing, is pretty awesome and very informative as well as the other staff. I also love that they are open on the weekends 10 to 4 pm. I looked into other options for the same service, they, for one were not open weekends and two did not offer as extensive services. I must not forget to mention the oxygen bar. The flavors are awesome and it's a very enjoyable experience. Oxygen is VERY important, to come and not inhale some pure oxygen for a while would be foolish. I can for-see this becoming an addiction much cheaper than drugs! I overheard that it is ideal to come once a week or a few to three times a month. Great service, great prices, quick and easy. The staff are knowledgeable, the facility is clean and comfortable. There are quite a few nice little touches as well. I went in with a headache, nauseous and feeling awful and left an hour later with enough energy to do what i had to do. I went to the drip room for the first time earlier this month. I had heard positive things about this but was still a little bit skeptic. I had the peak performance with a boost of biotin (great for hair and skin) with a relaxation boost. Everything worked the way it was suppose to and I was very surprised how well it worked. You can seriously even notice a difference in just your appearance afterwards I went back a second time but this time a little worn out after/sick after a long weekend. I was also a little stressed as well so the needle insertion made me very nautious/dizzy for a minute but the staff was extremely well trained /professional and took the necessary steps to make me feel better asap. I will be coming again. My advice though for other people though would be if you are planning on being hungover, I stand corrected, but it's probably a better idea to get an IV before the fact to bring your body health up rather than trying to do it after. Also, drink as much water first and eat a healthy meal before going in if possible. I saw some other comments as well talking about the price being high which it is but at the same time you do get what you pay for. Hope this helps everyone. read more

This was my first visit to the Drip room, I was referred by a friend that recommended this place. Super nice inside and the staff is friendly and they explained everything to me (the newbie!). I took the energy drip and whatever else they recommended. It took about 30 minutes for the drip to complete but it was an awesome 30 minutes while you sit in a massage chair! It is almost worth the visit for that alone, ha ha. It takes about the 20 minutes for your first visit and while they mix your drip. It has been 24 hours and I could tell the difference, I even slept better last night. Super excited about coming here since the supplement lasts about 8-10 days. Parking can be a little tough in this area but well worth the trip. Also they were very careful not to make the needle uncomfortable and even took the time to use an alcohol towel to prevent my hair from sticking to the tape so it did not hurt at all to remove it. Never in my life could I imagine myself voluntarily, happily, paying money to have a needle inserted in my arm. Well, that happened today. The Drip Room is a very relaxing, rejuvenating, cool experience. Although extremely clean and professional, the experience felt safe without feeling overly medical. In addition, I do believe this will be the first time in my life that I have not bruised from a needle going into my vein, which is a reflection of Shirley's incredible abilities regarding needles. Ladies (and guys who care about these things) - this place is not just for IV drip bags. I think Shirley may be one of best injection specialists in town (three of us went in together for the first time, therefore we learned a lot and all got different treatments). This place is awesome for regular maintenance and first timers who have always been curious about IV therapy. I checked out the menu online before I went in, which was helpful. This is probably one of the most incompetent places I have come across. There is some guy at the front desk who seems really unprofessional and arrogant and the doctors and staff all look really young. Apparently they think that $400 plus bucks a month for 'drips' are reasonable and when you do these drips you literally feel no different. The place is small and is tucked away in an alley way that looks unsafe at night. This was more hype than anything. Save your money. Don't go here. read more
