Because they are a nuisance, the insurance company covers their removal, otherwise it is a purely cosmetic treatment that requires your credit card. I had 3 people take care of me, they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was my first time visit so including paperwork and stuff, it took less than an hour to get my procedure done. I am lighter and happy that I have no skin getting irritated by the seat belt, shirt, or just scratching it. Oh! Yes, they were gracious enough to provide me with a mask to follow their regulations.

Apparently, Sarah left for the weekend and I would not be able to get my results until next week when she returns. The office refused to provide any details on the biopsy. I'm writing this review not knowing if my biopsy was cancerous or not. Of course the office charged $100 dollars additional for the biopsy. I will not return to this practice.

I can barely remember what I had for dinner last night let alone a conversation over 11 months ago. The receptionist is amazing as well. She is funny and always keeps me laughing. Once you schedule your next treatment, they will call and remind you so you don't forget. That's not the best part. One time, somebody cancelled and they called me to tell me that they could take me earlier that day. Who does that?? Amazing. While sitting in the waiting area I noticed that they also do something that is called Cool Sculpting. This is where they freeze away stubborn fat. This can be on the stomach area, oblique area, thighs and so many more. I cant really speak on it because I only go there for laser hair removal. It does look pretty cool though. To sit and wait for a half hour past my appointment--when I just signed something stating that this would not happen...No, I do not agree with that.
