They also carry a wide selection of skin and body products, so I browsed their services while waiting. Once Monique invited me back, I had a wash and blowout. WOW--my hair came out amazing! They've had every opportunity to honor and be respectful to a customer who spent decent money who spent close to $4000 with them and didn't receive what they paid for. I paid for the procedure and I took time out of work because I was told that it was going to be an aggressive halo resurfacing and I never got that. I got a halo go and glow. I did not need to take a week out of work. I lost money in that area. I repeatedly tried to reach out, even sent certified letters to get them and they refused. They can put all of their gaslighting responses to people who have issues with them instead of realizing that people have options when it comes to elective procedures. And they should be thrilled that anybody would go to them, and they should respect their customers and they don't. So all of these ridiculous comments that they leave trust me believe every negative comment you see on here and my experience is that they alter the reviews because they tried to get me to change my review in order to get my deposit back in those are facts. And I have documentation proving that. Any decent company if they didn't provide the services that you paid for would refund the customer. They wouldn't argue and fight with them. So I don't care they can keep responding with their lies, but we will see each other in court and I will get my refund that way.
