Tuff Tub came to our rescue when both of our Kohler sinks cracked from one corner to the center drain. Both were leaking into the bottom cabinets, and one was structurally damaged. First they re-inforced the under side of the one crack, then ground the cracks, filled them with (?), sanded everything smooth, then sprayed a finish coat on. They like new sinks! We had a little problem with bubbles in one sink. They stood behind their work and came out 2 days later and fixed them. (It takes 2 days for the coating to dry before they can be re-touched.) The Good: So my place had a shower with cracks, chips, and peeling all over the floor. I wanted to replace the whole shower but a remodeled shower would cost me around 15-20k and I didn't want to spend that much, so I just lived with it......for years. Then I was just searching for other options and found Tuff Tub Refinishing. Arlan answered all my questions and he genuinely gave me some good feedback and assured me that my shower would look good with just a refinish. I've been burned by so many contractors that I froze like a deer in headlights, but I went with it. He said he could get somebody out in a few days. Henry showed up and said the shower looked good but the floor needed a lot of work. He scrapped, sanded, and filled it for hours. I would check in to see the progress and it was just working so hard to make it perfect. It came out looking brand new, if you have a shower that just needs some TLC and you don't want to redo the whole thing check this place out and Arlan will set you straight. The Bad: After the final spray you have to wait at least 48 hours, I was told maybe 72+, so I'm going to wait a few more days before I use it. The smell was strong but only lasted a day or so, window open and vent fan running help cleared it out. The Ben: I use to dread using the shower now I can't wait. I think I will smile everyday when I'm in there now. I just hope that it was hold up, I heard it should be 5 years, maybe 10 if I take good care of it. read more

I can not say enough about the integrity and responsiveness of this company. I first reached out to Tuff Tub to convert my Jacuzzi tub into a soaker tub. They're one of the few companies in the area that do it. Along the way I discovered I had a lot of water damage in the wood and drywall behind the alcove walls and needed to pull everything out instead of converting my tub. Even though Tuff Tub didn't get to refinish my tub, they offered me solid advice along the way, and referred me to a tile guy that could replace my water damaged tile. I needed to refinish the porous travertine tiles in my shower as it had water stains and hard water deposits in the grout. Arlan gave me an accurate quote and what to expect. Very knowledgeable.
