This Walmart is large. They frequently move things around but they do have a large selection of both fresh food and dry goods as well as all the other usuals. The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. When you do find someone they are less than pleased to assist. Wish I could say nice things about this location but they make it hard! read more

This store is always well stocked and clean. Staff are always stocking the shelves. This store has a small garden section in the back. They have nice plants and also have pots. My only complaint is that most of the time they don't have several registers open. It is usually one or two. There are self check outs available, but sometimes there is a long line for self checkout. This store has the best seasonal items which you can't find in any other Walmart store. Seasonal items in this store get five stars. For parking, this store has the best parking lot when it comes to Walmart. There is always parking available and finding a spot is not an issue. read more

I live walmart, their app & the convenience it provides. This has happened several times now where walmart delivers our groceries & the packaged fruit or packaged cesar salad mix arrives within expiration date BUT the perishables are clearly old & expired. I feel bad leaving this review but it's not even worth the drive back to the store to return it. It defeats the purpose of the convenience altogether. read more

Walmart pickup only review. I have been doing pickup since Covid. There used to be an amazing person for pickup but I haven't seen him for some time. The past 6 months pickup has gone down. Today the chicken juices leaked all over everything. Not just other meat, but plastic containers, the reusable bag and vegetables. There are times that when I get canned goods, all the cans are dented. Finally talked to a female manager today. When a manager says there's not much they can do, they are not a very good effective manager. When the manager says, "please don't repeat yourself again" - rude just rude!!! Another thing I learned is that when they put the groceries into your bags it is a courtesy. Their job is to put the items into the car, not necessarily into your bags. read more

Let's face it we come to Walmart for a broad selection and lower prices. That I am good with. And I usually know what to expect when shopping here. However today I just had to voice my concerns to the store of misleading product shelving. Here's the situation I go to various areas of the food section to find products are not displayed over their correct price labels on the shelf. For instance, the queso dip has all 5oz jars over both prices labels for both 5oz and 23oz, so it can be confusing as to which is the price and what is in stock. Oh and on the app it says they are both in stock, in reality this is not the case. Same for the other dips. Just a small case you say? It was all over the dairy section too. The unsweetened teas were placed over the sweet tea prices. Same for different sized strawberries. This makes for the customer fishing around for proper information and products. I know this is for the visual aesthetic of walking down the aisle and the appearance of a stocked store looking better than having voids but I say leave the voids where you are missing the items or pull the price labels off the empty shelf and fill it with adjacent products. Then I can just see it clearly. This time around I happened to see a store member taking a photo of the shelf after he organized it and I simply asked him if it was the practice to intentionally do this. He said yes. Yes the managers tell them to do this so it looks better. Push them forward and cover the holes even if it doesn't match. Well he was just doing what he was told so I asked the manager if this is actually the policy and do they find this helpful to the customer. After the blinding eye rolls and head tilt attitude, she bluntly said "yeah we are fine with it". I asked so having products over the incorrect prices and labels is fine and you think this helps the shopping experience? "It's just what we do" is her response. With a side associate chuckling behind her. Welp might as well just put the oranges on top of the lemons if we nothing matters here. SMH. Wow I don't even know why I bothered wasting my time asking logic here. Apparently it's all about the appearance and not the actual accuracy of the items. So it's Walmart right, so for the most part expectations are mid. This store gets the job done. They have most of the items that we need. Order pick up is quick and easy and the people bringing items are friendly and helpful. When I have to make a return, the process is quick and easy as well. But the one thing that I do not like is the door "greeters" on your way out. They check receipts like Costco. Some are super vigilant about it, others not so much. I usually use Walmart Pay because I don't like using my cards. I also don't like to print receipts because it's just wasteful. Well that can sometimes cause a problem with the "greeters". Sometimes I have trouble pulling. My receipt up quickly and so that's annoying. On my most recent trip and older male "greeter" with white hair hassled me so much about my receipt. I was on my way out to get a pick up order so I had that pulled up and I didn't want to keep the pick up person waiting. The greeter insisted that I pull up my receipt. Ok no biggie. I find it and show him that I just did a purchase and the amount. He insisted that I open the whole receipt, which has never happened to me before. Usually they just look at the barcode and move on. I scrolled through it quickly then he said, "do you think I can see it if it's going that fast?!" That's when I realized that he wasn't just "checking the box" like most of them do. But he was actually checking if I was stealing! We went back and forth for a minute. Then I left feeling super weird and uncomfortable. Like it's never that serious. Anyway they shouldn't offer electronic receipts if they aren't going to make it easy for guests to leave the store. read more

This place is hot and miss for a Walmart. My family and I frequently come to this one because they have a relatively good grocery selection. Nothing fantastic though. Small garden center. No autocenter. The real dagger here is the service. I have had some ridiculous encounters with people seemingly employed there, and also have had people charm me and my kids. I never go here cause it's in the opposite direction of where I need to go. It is a smaller Walmart or at least it seems. They do have a grocery portion, bigger than the old road location. I came to grab some things and the sign says one price and when I rang it up (via self checkout) it was cheaper. If the newer price was posted I would have purchased more. Also this Walmart is stocked up, which is nice cause most of them are usually empty. A bunch of workers on a Sunday too, some were friendly. read more

Walmart Employee, Max, Discriminated and harassed me the moment i parked my car. I've never seen this guy in my life and I and my family have been giving our business to this walmart for 10+ years. I pulled up 30 minutes ago to return an item i bought and replace it with another. It was at 11:55 pm that i parked, sent a text, and turned off my car. At 11:56, someone knocked and told me "i had to leave". I asked why, and he told me i wasn't aloud to be there. It was a regular parking spot with other vehicles. I grew up by this walmart and my family is very well known in the community for a local charity we operate. I'm not new here, and i have given them a lot of business and know the staff. I've never seen this man before. It turns out, he was knocking on RVs and other vehicles he believed were camping there, and clearly discriminated against me without asking any questions or even using his sense; the result was wrong doing. When i took his photo and asked him to confirm the store policy, as my intention was to speak to management about this, he said "i'm calling the cops". I'm considering litigating with how harassing this experience was and unprofessional and unwarranted. Sure, he made a mistake. But he did everything wrong from then on. In some ways this is a decent walmart. It is clean and usually well-stocked. But over the last year I get the feeling that they really don't want people coming into the store to shop. They make the in-store experience extremely unpleasant. A big part of that is having soooo much stuff locked up. Why would I go to the hassle of getting something out of a locked case when I can order it from Amazon and have it today or tomorrow? But the worst part of shopping here is the white-haired man at the door. He is simply incredibly rude. It seems he can't read or understand the digital receipts, so he takes that out on the customer. Once again we go to this Walmart and people with disabilities be aware. We cannot stand in line with those very slow poorly train checkers so we do self check out even sometimes we have 30 items we do it because it's still quicker today my mother who's almost 90 and his handicap was checking out in self check out my wife and I were waiting For her trying to help her and the ladies that govern self check out trying to push us over to aisle 17 which was open and when we didn't move, they started badmouthing and being rude once again. Seriously Walmart? TWENTY THREE reserved spaces for grocery pick up? Do you really need this many parking spaces reserved for grocery pick up? Every time I'm ever here only 4-5 of the reserved spaces are occupied. MAYBE consider the accessibility and convenience for ALL of your shoppers? It makes way more sense to me if you move the location of your grocery pick up spaces to the FAR end of the parking lot. I was shopping at Walmart and I Always come here to get my groceries and I had recently broken my wrist and I had to get a case of water, I'm never the one to ask for help but I couldn't pick up the case , so I had asked a worker there by the name Kaden he seemed busy but he went out of his way to help me out and he had put the case of water in my cart and I wanted to recognize him because he was very respectful unlike most kids these days and I really appreciated him , I hope this gets brought up to him so he knows he a well mannered respectful kid. read more

Never in my life have I felt so offended from behavior of workers. I came grocery shopping and decided to bring my little brother with me. Because my brother was with me they would not sell me the alcohol because I was going to give it to my child brother. It was ridiculous and I walked out and decided to not buy any of my groceries. Restrooms are at the front of the store next to the Nail Salon. There are no signs identifying location. Note men's room is a mess. 2 stalls ans 2 urinals. 1 stall out of TP. No paper towels in dispenser. Floors are wet. Staff is helpful and responsive to questions and directions. Store has wide aisles and well stocked and clean. read more

The store is always in the process of being stocked, this time at noon on a busy Saturday. This means that the isles have abandoned half boxes, pallets, and other debris from unpacking making movement difficult if not impossible. Employees avoid eye contact so they don't have to offer help. If you do go directly to an employee they don't know what they sell, or where it's located. They may wander around aimlessly beside you though if you want moral support before you give up and leave. The checkout person (male, early 20's) was too busy on his phone to greet us but it's okay, we waited for him to finish his scroll so we could be checked out, also with no eye contact. Overall this was he last I can come here. It's gotten progressively worse. Go anywhere but here! No customer service, low employee moral, dirty/messy store and unpredictable inventory. read more

I'm finally boycotting Walmart. It's absolutely ridiculous how many items they are locking up now. My husband and I just waited in an aisle with 8 other families just trying to get deodorant, which they lock up in a box. So apparently, from deodorant to laundry soap, I'm supposed to be inconvenienced to wait for someone to grace me with his or her presence to unlock the cabinet and then either get the selected item from a different cash register upon checkout or have someone unlock the individual lock box at the register. Amazing Walmart. Lori the cashier (left tattoo on arm) she was super nice and helpful. She has a great attitude and amazing conversation. While we were shopping in the groceries section by the mini seafood section this lady was fixing the food and stocking them. She was an African American and tall. Very sweet lady. Was on the line trying to contact the bakery for over an hour for a cake order. I called at least 15 times. I then called the store number a few times only to be answered by a super rude and rushed employee who told me the bakery is closed. It's 2 pm on a Wednesday? I received such great help from an employee by the name of Hunni... she was very professional and very knowledgeable as to the item needed. Hunni then asked for Lyriq to assist me. Lyriq happened to be a Premium Associate working inside Walmart... let me tell you how amazing she was ... extremely personable she listened as to what it was that I needed and also recommended a few additional items that I ended purchasing. A customer service employee called Abril at Walmart Kelly Johnson yelled at me from her desk while I was on line to return something because my dogs started barking. I didn't know that employees at Walmart are allowed to treat customers that way.She yelled that dogs are not allowed at the store when they bark which I agreed and calmed my dogs because they saw another dog. My dogs were not barking anymore and she still yelling at me and treating me saying that if I wanted her to call the manager. At that moment I was confused if she stilled talking to me because she was looking to another place ( I didn't know that she has a vision condition) and my dogs were calm and she still complaining and yelling at me. When I finished returning the items the manager ( who never told me her name by the way) came to me and I explained to her everything and told her that that's not the way to speak to the customer and that one my dogs is a service animal. She agreed that was not ok from the employee, but do you really think the employee will have any consequence? She will still doing the same but I won't shop there anymore even though I used to buy my groceries every week for the past 7 years. My daughter has tattoos and her boy friend is black.They went into by sun block razors and bathing suit bottoms while there they also wanted to buy a 12 pack of beer. The cashier carded my daughter she showed her id. Should have been all good then. Nope the cashier then carded her boyfriend who is older then her. Both over 21 then she asked my 16 year old son for his ID. He was so confused. Then someone by the name of Allison a Coach and Sharon a team lead came over. Said because they were under 40 and her brother was with her shopping they wouldn't sell them the beer. We go to Ralph's Vons all places shopping as a family and never once has anyone treated my family so poorly. I work asset protection and they for sure Profiled my kid and her boyfriend. NOT OK!! They did not have back backs or fit any of the steps you need to profile. We will never go into that Walmart again. Also Alilson and Sharon are awful with customer service. Per Walmart policy they stated they can choose not to sell to them. So I asked what they were doing that made them make that decision? Allison did not have a answer to my question. Today unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with one of their employees His tag showed his name was David , supervisor. Me: Can you please tell me where I can find swimming caps?
