Products under the incorrect price tags.

Let's face it we come to Walmart for a broad selection and lower prices. That I am good with. And I usually know what to expect when shopping here. However today I just had to voice my concerns to the store of misleading product shelving. Here's the situation I go to various areas of the food section to find products are not displayed over their correct price labels on the shelf. For instance, the queso dip has all 5oz jars over both prices labels for both 5oz and 23oz, so it can be confusing as to which is the price and what is in stock. Oh and on the app it says they are both in stock, in reality this is not the case. Same for the other dips. Just a small case you say? It was all over the dairy section too. The unsweetened teas were placed over the sweet tea prices. Same for different sized strawberries. This makes for the customer fishing around for proper information and products. I know this is for the visual aesthetic of walking down the aisle and the appearance of a stocked store looking better than having voids but I say leave the voids where you are missing the items or pull the price labels off the empty shelf and fill it with adjacent products. Then I can just see it clearly. This time around I happened to see a store member taking a photo of the shelf after he organized it and I simply asked him if it was the practice to intentionally do this. He said yes. Yes the managers tell them to do this so it looks better. Push them forward and cover the holes even if it doesn't match. Well he was just doing what he was told so I asked the manager if this is actually the policy and do they find this helpful to the customer. After the blinding eye rolls and head tilt attitude, she bluntly said "yeah we are fine with it". I asked so having products over the incorrect prices and labels is fine and you think this helps the shopping experience? "It's just what we do" is her response. With a side associate chuckling behind her. Welp might as well just put the oranges on top of the lemons if we nothing matters here. SMH. Wow I don't even know why I bothered wasting my time asking logic here. Apparently it's all about the appearance and not the actual accuracy of the items. I hate to say well don't expect a whole lot from Walmart but yeah, maybe don't.

Came in with a grocery list in mind, found the items quickly and used the self checkout to pay. Restrooms were pretty clean and they had a good selection of fresh produce.

They made me wait in a long line to checkout while many self checkout registers were open and empty, because I had more than 15 items.

Which Walmart in area has better women's clothing section? Camping Gear? Grocery Dept? In Santa Clarita/Valencia?

In my opinion the one on Carl Boyer.

This Wal-Mart is one of the nicer ones, very clean and well organized, but is still a Wal-Mart so you get what you get.

The food court area inside is spacious and clean too. Foods aren't fancy inside food court, but you can recognize the ones similar to other Westfield shopping mall food retailers. Yes, you can walk around outside too. Plenty of shops to look at. You can easily spot signs to public restrooms by the escalators. This is a safe and convenient shopping mall for Valencia and Santa Clarita residents as well as Magic Mountain visitors and travelers. I saw one Boba beverage place that sells fruity smoothies. Lots of potential in this plaza. Q store fashion shop is much smaller than others. Charlotte Russe store still exists. There are lots of discounts and deals here at the retail stores. Great place to wander around and browse. It was a good visit during this trip. Cashiers especially at JCPenny were well trained and experienced employees. You can find decent priced clothes with yellow tags on clearance racks and more. Good value. I didn't see huge crowds here as people rarely shop at the malls due to highly inflated prices everywhere, but this Valencia Town Center is worth getting your stretches.

VTC is within vicinity of three streets, McBean Parkway, Magic Mountain Parkway, and Valencia Blvd. It is a good size outside shopping center. It has two floors. Parking is plenty. Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. I didn't have to walk too far in to get to them. Thank you! I didn't get a chance to peruse this center much during my visit. I hope to one day be back to explore it a bit more. An average of 15 minutes waiting on a Saturday afternoon. The dressing room was a negative experience. Racks are filled with unwanted clothes. You have to hang your clothes on a rack for the associate to count them. Penny, according to her name tag, was rude. No greeting and inspecting my items like I'm trying to hide something within them. Changing room stalls were filled with dust and hair particles. When leaving, penny was still there. She caused a back up demanding everyone (those exiting and entering) put items on the 1 rack so she could count them. Also emphasizing that the cameras are watching us. Seems like penny needs training on customer service or to be kept on stocking duty. Such an unpleasant experience with her that I didnt want to bother trying on some other outfits I found. So, may update what the return process is like. But happy with the cost and quality of the items I found. 4 office pants for less than $90
