I stopped by this Walmart location yesterday morning right when they open. I came to get a yoga mat and used the app to know where it was at which was very easy. I checked out the outdoor area to get some mosquito spray as well. The store is very big inside and has a lot of stuff. Things were organized nicely and there employees throughout the store ready to help. I checked out their car detailing supplies but most were behind a locked case. They also have a electronics area which looks pretty great. They had the self checkout area closed so I paid at a cashier station. read more

We've been to the Walmart super center up in Santa Clarita but we come to this Walmart every now and then just for some quick checks on stock. We're figure collectors and were very surprised to find some new figures. Typically they sell out quick, especially the location by us. Stock on the Pokémon Jazwares figures were nice, lots of dupes but still, stock is good! We were surprised to see some of their new cityscape sets as well. We were here just for the new Jazwares Harry Potter sleeping plushies and were very surprised to find them since they just came out! Figured people would've already been all over them. Anything and everything! You have virtually no staff (paying them peanuts), almost everything is locked up, pressing a button to call a staff person to open a cabinet takes forever, and I don'twant to wait that long. I guess you're focused on shoplifting, but you're losing sales! You need more roving staff for loss prevention, but you think that's too expensive. What's really expensive is losing sales, because I'll never shop there again! You might as well close the store. ("One star" is too high.) read more

Reviewing a Walmart? I am lol. I needed a certain Chefman coffee espresso maker for a gift on vacation and had to drive an hour to get it. (Traffic made it an hour normally would have been 40 min from Woodland Hills) Arriving it was clean and I felt safe. (I noticed Cali Walmarts have tons of stuff locked up including this coffee maker at this location, but help was nearby and didn't have any issues getting it) The plaza is expansive in size and had plenty of stores like Ross; Michaels, Marshalls; 5 Below; Nike Outlet-and the view is gorgeous as it's nestled in surrounding mountainside. Many restaurants as well, just take a drive up the parking lot. We settled in on Finneys which I reviewed. Good food. Glad we came here. I'll include a video I took outside the Walmart. Trying to get a tire changed was like pulling teeth. It was hard to get someone on the phone prior to arriving, then difficult to get help while waiting in the lobby of the tire center. My hope is that service gets better, because I love my tires. read more

Everything! First of all if you cannot honor an online transaction/return/WITH RECEIPT! Why are you allowing online transactions? I hope these two uncaring individuals remember me I bought 110 pairs of leg warmers online and Walmart sent me only two pairs. The receipt even said the online receipt even said only two pairs were shipped of 110 yet I was charged for 110 I had the receipt the online transaction and these people refuse to honor my return because they are saying that the weight for 110 pairs of leg warmers is too heavy for their system to process so what am I supposed to do when I need 110 pairs and they only sent me two???? whose fault is that it definitely isn't my fault if I'm holding the receipt. This is a complaint for the manager or the pharmacy, whomever controls the schedule. It doesn't make sense to shut down a whole Department so everyone can have the same lunch... the other departments don't shut down everyday at the same time for lunch. They wouldn't shut down the tech section or they could miss out on a tv purchase, but apparently people getting their prescriptions isn't as important. The manager, or pharmacy needs to figure out how to schedule different lunch times, there's many people in this section at a time. There's at least 3 people always in the pharmacy... only 1 needs to stay. Please make the proper changes, because people can't walk around the store and wait for everyone to get off lunch to get their medications. Thank you. Time is important, if you go to Walgreens or any other store with a pharmacy they don't close the whole department for lunch. read more

I had the most rudest experience from an associate working in the girls department name DEVINA . As an associate you don't ever tell people to control there kids. I was looking around in the clothes mind my business when she proceeds to tell me to control my kids when they were doing nothing wrong but being kids this is very ridiculous. Management needs to do better at hiring & training their employees at Stevenson Ranch would not recommend shopping at this location. read more

I really like this location , but I have to say Kandy who works by the self check out is probably one of the most helpful people I have ever met or seen working in a store ! This is a small Walmart and doesn't have everything you're looking for it's either out of stock or is only sold in the bigger locations. The grocery section is tiny but the actual store is pretty decent size. They have self checkout lanes here as well as regular ones. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This Walmart has the worst customer service a proper greeting of hi or how are you Seems to be way too much to ask of these high-end workers. Instead customers agreed with a what do you want ?!? Customers are treated like it's a bother for them to actually do their job. I asked for assistance in finding a TV I'm greeted with "what do you want?" I asked to speak to the manager and he tells me he is the manager!His name was Cesar. I was in disbelief that a manager would actually provide such poor customer service. They must be really hard up for workers because I wouldn't leave this guy (Cesar) in charge of an ant farm with such customer service skills and nasty attitude . I like that this Walmart is located right off the 5 freeway. The parking lot is huge, so you'll have no problem finding parking. Customer service is not the greatest. This is going to be an unusual dessert review. But the Patti labelle peach cobbler and sweet potato pie can fool most people for homemade. For the cobbler, heat it up in the over with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on top. Actually that will also be amazing on the pie as well! Overall this Walmart is well stocked and clean. The only downfall is a lot of items are behind glass so you need to wait for an employee to assist you. (Makeup, deodorant, some medicines, car cleaning products, these are just some of the few locked up items) Wait times fluctuates based on how busy the Walmart is and they usually have one person working that assigned area. They do have a Domino's pizza inside as well if you are in the area and looking for a quick hot food option. read more

Was at Walmart in Stevenson Ranch on Thursday and I saw a group of 8 Latino's enter the store and immediately the Mother of these misfits tells the 14 year old boy to hop on the scooter and follow her around THE ENTIRE STORE. At one point the 14 year old picked up his little sister so she can ride with him. They ended up with two carts worth of shit and the scooter basket was brimming with crap...this punk rode all over the store making circles and going backwards in the Isle. When I went to the front of Walmart to complain, sure enough an disabled woman's scooter malfunction and she couldn't get another one because the punk kid had the only working scooter. When I talked to 5 different Walmart employees about this, they said 'yea we know. We tried to stop them but we but THEY don't listen so we just let them! Absolutely horrible experience at this Walmart auto repair shop,people stay away from this shop...instead of fixing what they have been paid to do ,they have learned how to try to manipulate you with fancy talk so they will not take responsibility of their actions (mistakes)after 3 trips to this shop they finally said they see the leak.that they caused,even though they said they don't see a leak from the oil plug supposedly they had it in the video and finally they are saying yes it is from the plug,they send me to a VW store that is almost 20 miles away and paying $20 for the plug I came back they changed the plug even though everyone i talk to outside of the Walmart auto repair shop said it is not from the plug. I went to this Walmart with my roommate to purchase a small air conditioner. We did the self checkout, however, we needed a little assistance. Upon check out, we needed help inputting the serial number and a carry out. The gentleman working the front helped us with both. He scanned the serial number and called for a carry out. I did not get his name, however, he was very helpful. The young man who helped us to our car was Nick. He was very helpful, he got the air conditioner in our car, he asked if we needed help with our bags, and took care of our cart. Great experience!! read more

They do not list customer service hours anywhere on the website and trying to return something is impossible as the customer service center supposedly closes at 7 pm which is not convenient for people that work until 6:30 pm. Even though I rushed to get there before 7 pm and made it at 6:45 pm the Customer Service center was conveniently closed. Also when you need something that is locked up it is impossible to find someone to help unless it's in the cosmetics/toiletries. This store deserves 0 stars. I have shopped in this store for over 10 years and unfortunately a few months ago I was injured by an employee. The employee pulled a palette of eggs into my hip and ran over my foot with it. Not only did she not apologize she went about her day stocking eggs. To add insult to injury, they do not accept responsibility if they injure you. I never got an apology or a follow up to see if I was ok. It is YOUR responsibility to keep yourself safe at Walmart!
