My workplace hired this company for duct cleaning. We have been getting our ducts cleaned every 2…read moreyears for a decade now and this is by far the best job we've had done. There were 3 men that showed for the entire week. One who worked the equipment in the ceiling, one who worked the equipment on the ground and a younger man who went behind and cleaned the vents and returns. From my perspective, this is the most thorough any company has cleaned our vents. Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either. Even though they may seem higher priced than other companies, you definitely get what you pay for. And Alpine does an excellent job! Definitely hire Alpine for your residential and commercial needs.

I had made a arrangements for a friend to be at my house in the window given to me by The Duct Squad. 40 minutes before the window, I spoke with Simon, who told me he was going to wait a couple of hours to "see if the weather got better" before coming to do the job. I'm certainly able to get to my job this morning, and I expected the same of him. It was quite obvious that he hadn't reviewed the information I had provided. I decided to terminate the engagement with the Duct Squad, and will find a more reliable company to work with.

Unfortunately I purchased a home with an Aqua Systems softener. It has an issue which resolves with bypassing the unit. But since I cannnot reach anyone over the course of several hours and 12 calls, addressing the issue on this softener won't be happening, and I'll have another brand installed. Likely EcoWater, but definitely not anything associated with Aqua Systems. Called Indy Soft Water, immediate answer and they are sending a technician to evaluate my system as well as install another system today, should I choose that route.

Broad Ripple Appliance came highly recommended by a friend, and they absolutely lived up to it. Scheduling was quick and easy, I spoke with Brad, who got me set up for a next-day appointment. They do charge a standard $70 diagnostic fee, which felt fair. Brad gave me a heads-up call before arriving and showed up right on time. Even better, he came fully prepared with the tools and the replacement part needed, so he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. You can really tell he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he even shared some helpful maintenance tips for the future. Best of all, the dryer was fixed the same day, and reassembled properly this time, with no "extra" screws left behind. Fair pricing, friendly service, and high-quality work. They do accept credit cards, but recommend cash or check to avoid a 3% fee (which gave me a reason to dust off my checkbook). Highly recommend, and we'll definitely use them again--hopefully not anytime soon!
