I also received a complete explanation of the process that would be used and the scope of the work, the material safety data sheets on the chemicals, and "Five Mold Myths" which really helped put the whole mold issue in perspective ("it's not the next asbestos"). The team answered all my questions, always returning phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint. Between the heat and the old part of the crawlspace the job took longer than anticipated, but they never cut corners or rushed to get done - in fact, they had to come back the next day to finish because they wanted to make sure it was done properly. They worked hard, did a very thorough job, cleaned everything up, and the bonus was how polite and considerate they were. I would highly recommend this team!

They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. Very disappointed :( Recently got my air duct cleaned in less than a week…read more During the service, the technician left multiple dirty fingerprints on my white walls, which I had to clean up myself, some of the prints I couldn't get rid of and now leaving some marks on my wall. Additionally, one of the floor tiles in my utility room was damaged during the appointment. I also noticed that trash was disposed of in my outdoor trash bin which contained standing rainwater because I had not yet brought it back after trash collection. This created an additional mess I had to handle. Furthermore, over the weekend my utility room became very hot and steamy, found out the patch covering a hole cut during the air duct cleaning had come off. I immediately contacted them, and they sent out a technician to come fix it. This time the technician was very helpful and he re-taped the patch; however, the hole is larger than the patch itself, leaving only tape to cover the opening. Also, turned out the previous technician didn't use the right tape to tape it properly; that's why it came off. Now I am concerned that this will cause heat leakage and increase my electricity bill. I shouldn't have gotten my airduct cleaned :(

Scott came out to do a simple dryer vent cleaning. He got a lot of lint out but had one hunk of…read morewhat appeared to be lint that was not cooperating. He used a vent camera to find and show me that it was a break in the dryer vent at the 90 degree bend with what appeared to be insulation. I was crushed. It had to be reconnected in the soffit. Scott said he could do it! He had the tools and other parts. Well it was more involved that he thought but he kept at it and fixed it completely! Tested air flow and all is good. This is one talented individual who will do a great job. He's professional, communicates with you from start to finish so you know what's going on, charges reasonable rates, and is very conscientious. Could not be more happy!
