What a fun and beautifully decorated place with a very cool vibe to grab a drink and some grub. They have a ton of seating options and even showcase local artists and their masterpieces. The options are endless... from espresso drinks to dirty sodas and even a kids drink menu. It was hard to choose what to get! I opted for a large iced wild berry hibiscus. It was delicious! Finally got to try the infamous cafe. I was welcomed by two lovely baristas at the front and they made me feel like at home. I ordered the coconut cloud latte however but I tried the DALGONA ube instead. The latte itself is very smooth, not too sweet and the perfect amount of ube. My little brother got the dirty soda, I believe the sprite was the base and then mixed with some creamer; he loved it! It was so cool to look at, I mean, look at these photos! The space was absolutely stunning from the second you walked in. I loved the amount of sunlight you got in there along with all the colors. The aesthetic was 10/10. The coffee I have to say was my least favorite part. We came here specifically for the coffee and I have to say there was barely any flavor. My drinks was supposed to be a strawberries and cream espresso latte. All I could taste was the espresso. Both my friend and I agreed they put practically no ice in the drinks and they were warm. We did ask for an extra side of ice and it made it a little better. The food was fantastic! The smores loaded croissant was to die for! There was cinnamon in the croissant that made the flavor pop more. The avocado toast was also delicious! My only downfall with the food was it took 20 minutes to come out and there was nobody in there. 20 minutes for avocado toast is kind of insane. I would go back to give the coffee another try. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in my experience here. I really wanted to love it based on social media but it was so underwhelming. The decor and vibe is super cute but the staff is so incredibly slow and they need more training. More than one I heard the girls ask "where is this?" "How do I make this" "does this go in there?" It also looked like the shop was being run by 4 teenagers with not an adult in sight. It was 10:00 on a Saturday, 3 customers in front of me and I waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks and no food. My pumpkin caramel latte didn't taste like pumpkin or caramel and my husband's cold brew with caramel cold foam had zero caramel in it. My kids shared a cereal milk drink that was drinkable and ended up in the trash. Maybe with some training and some managerial direction they can pick themselves up and make some great coffees. read more

I don't think the service is good at all - I understand that this is a new spot but you'd think the owner/manager would be more present to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I went in for the blackberry sage drink with a shot of energy and they were missing half the ingredients. 2 of the 3 of the employees were scream talking on the phone with their boss to give her a list of missing items all while there were 3 people waiting to order. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my drink and they were serving 3 people before me even though they came in after. So I love this place! When I arrived for the first time, I came through the back entrance and got a full look of this coffee place. It's clear that the decor, seating, and ambiance were thoughtfully planned out. There was ample seating, nice artwork and fun music. For the menu, Don't let the wild combinations of ingredients deter you from trying their speciality drinks. (they do have regular coffee choices too) I got the peaches and cream latte and I said to myself, I'm either going to hate this or love this. This latte was absolutely fabulous that I went back at opening the following day to get another one. I cannot wait to try more items. Also, every employee that has helped me was super kind. The second time I went I had my son in the stroller at a table and the employee brought my drink to me so I didn't have to move with my baby to pick up the drink from the counter. I visited The Rich Pour for the first time today after reading about it recently. I had the iced Vietnamese coffee and the eggplant panini. The Vietnamese coffee was shockingly strong and had an excellent flavor. The eggplant panini was seriously one of the best ones I ever had; it was flavorful and not dry at all with a little oil infused into it. It was perfect! Also, the service was excellent (everyone was pleasant, helpful, and patient) and the decor was beautiful. I look forward to trying more drinks and food items. read more

First time and a very bad experienc. The decor is pretty and original. The food horrible and expensive. I ordered a certain salad. They didn't have the main ingredients. They replaced for what looked like a half head of romaine lettuce, a lot of crouton, and 4 pieces of grilled chicken. The cost of that inspired lettuce was $20. Asked for napkins. They didn't have napkin. Just gave me as per my request, paper towel. They are new, but didn't open yesterda. Why they don't have the ingredients for the options on the menu? Why they have to run out of napkins. They are not such a demand that the owner or manager can't have in storage. Why charging an insipid container of lettuce the same as a salad with strawberrie, blueberrie, etc. I don't plan to go back and I don't recommend this place. read more

I went a few times to give this place a fair chance but I can wholeheartedly say that this place is overpriced and not worth your money at all. The drinks taste watered down, the expresso tastes bitter and grinds are still in it. A few times I went they were out of various syrups and food items. The baristas were fumbling around trying to make the drinks and remember what they are out of which I do not blame them for (I blame management). Often they seemed understaffed. Maybe it is because they are newly established but the staff needs to step it up as far as taking orders. Part of my order was a simple toasted bagel and it took almost 20 minutes to get it! And it was terrible, besides. How do you screw up a buttered bagel??? I've been trying to work my way through the drink menu and haven't had one yet that I didn't love! I tried the Berry Rich salad today, as well, as it was so good!
