Such a cute little coffee shop!!!!! The ambiance was funky, I loved it. There's a large table, couches, and a few additional tables and 2 small tables outdoor (2 seats per table for the 2 outside). The service was great, very helpful if you're undecided (which you may be because there's so many options!!) the coconut iced coffee was yummy, along with the watermelon refresher! The decor is beautiful and the overall vibe is great! Love the different types of seating and the variety of items on the menu. We tried a bunch of different things from sweet to savory and enjoyed them all! Love that you can grab a drink and a bite and sit down and enjoy it versus other similar venues. The space was absolutely stunning from the second you walked in. I loved the amount of sunlight you got in there along with all the colors. The aesthetic was 10/10. The coffee I have to say was my least favorite part. We came here specifically for the coffee and I have to say there was barely any flavor. My drinks was supposed to be a strawberries and cream espresso latte. All I could taste was the espresso. Both my friend and I agreed they put practically no ice in the drinks and they were warm. We did ask for an extra side of ice and it made it a little better. The food was fantastic! The smores loaded croissant was to die for! There was cinnamon in the croissant that made the flavor pop more. The avocado toast was also delicious! My only downfall with the food was it took 20 minutes to come out and there was nobody in there. 20 minutes for avocado toast is kind of insane. I would go back to give the coffee another try. But will definitely come back for the s'mores croissant. read more

Wow! I've visited this place a few times now, and I find myself falling more in love with it every single time. In fact, I loved it so much that I decided to host my birthday party here. The Rich Pour is truly a gem and one of the most unique businesses to come to Massapequa in recent years. The owners and manager are so down-to-earth, and they were incredibly helpful and informative when I inquired about hosting my event there. I also didn't realize they could offer liquor service after hours, which made me want to host my party there even more. On top of that, the food is absolutely amazing, and the coffee is just as impressive. Everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and delicious, making each visit even better than the last. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in my experience here. I really wanted to love it based on social media but it was so underwhelming. The decor and vibe is super cute but the staff is so incredibly slow and they need more training. More than one I heard the girls ask "where is this?" "How do I make this" "does this go in there?" It also looked like the shop was being run by 4 teenagers with not an adult in sight. It was 10:00 on a Saturday, 3 customers in front of me and I waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks and no food. My pumpkin caramel latte didn't taste like pumpkin or caramel and my husband's cold brew with caramel cold foam had zero caramel in it. My kids shared a cereal milk drink that was drinkable and ended up in the trash. Maybe with some training and some managerial direction they can pick themselves up and make some great coffees. read more

I don't think the service is good at all - I understand that this is a new spot but you'd think the owner/manager would be more present to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I went in for the blackberry sage drink with a shot of energy and they were missing half the ingredients. 2 of the 3 of the employees were scream talking on the phone with their boss to give her a list of missing items all while there were 3 people waiting to order. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my drink and they were serving 3 people before me even though they came in after. This place has so much potential but they need more management present, especially since it's so new. It's not giving it a good look. read more

So I love this place! When I arrived for the first time, I came through the back entrance and got a full look of this coffee place. It's clear that the decor, seating, and ambiance were thoughtfully planned out. There was ample seating, nice artwork and fun music. For the menu, Don't let the wild combinations of ingredients deter you from trying their speciality drinks. (they do have regular coffee choices too) I got the peaches and cream latte and I said to myself, I'm either going to hate this or love this. This latte was absolutely fabulous that I went back at opening the following day to get another one. I cannot wait to try more items. Also, every employee that has helped me was super kind. The second time I went I had my son in the stroller at a table and the employee brought my drink to me so I didn't have to move with my baby to pick up the drink from the counter. This new coffee / beverage place will blow your mind! We've been here about 5x already and travel 35-40 minutes just to dine in this amazing, funky place. We usually find a seat on the chic sofa or at the large dining table while we wait for a personal table to open. Each time we've visited we've witnessed nonstop patrons coming in from both the front and back doors. It's crazy, the word is out and the place is pumping! They are adequately staffed with friendly, pleasant employees who offer suggestions if you're overwhelmed by the abundant, creative menu options. The music provides a trendy vibe, but isn't intrusive and allows you to have pleasant conversations with your party. The drinks are aplenty with so many options sure to make everyone happy! I visited The Rich Pour for the first time today after reading about it recently. I had the iced Vietnamese coffee and the eggplant panini. The Vietnamese coffee was shockingly strong and had an excellent flavor. The eggplant panini was seriously one of the best ones I ever had; it was flavorful and not dry at all with a little oil infused into it. It was perfect! Also, the service was excellent (everyone was pleasant, helpful, and patient) and the decor was beautiful. I look forward to trying more drinks and food items. read more

First time and a very bad experienc. The decor is pretty and original. The food horrible and expensive. I ordered a certain salad. They didn't have the main ingredients. They replaced for what looked like a half head of romaine lettuce, a lot of crouton, and 4 pieces of grilled chicken. The cost of that inspired lettuce was $20. Asked for napkins. They didn't have napkin. Just gave me as per my request, paper towel. They are new, but didn't open yesterda. Why they don't have the ingredients for the options on the menu? Why they have to run out of napkins. They are not such a demand that the owner or manager can't have in storage. Why charging an insipid container of lettuce the same as a salad with strawberrie, blueberrie, etc. I don't plan to go back and I don't recommend this place. read more

I went a few times to give this place a fair chance but I can wholeheartedly say that this place is overpriced and not worth your money at all. The drinks taste watered down, the expresso tastes bitter and grinds are still in it. A few times I went they were out of various syrups and food items. The baristas were fumbling around trying to make the drinks and remember what they are out of which I do not blame them for (I blame management). Often they seemed understaffed. The food came out subpar, I ordered an expensive avocado toast and it tasted like nothing special for the price. Save your money or spend it elsewhere (I personally enjoyed the Grind)! read more

Love this spot! We went opening week it was super busy but the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time to get the order correct. My son has a bunch of allergies and they had a lot of options for him which is amazing because a lot of times he can't enjoy the places we enjoy. The inside was decorated perfectly. Cute place that is for sure, BUT the staff has no idea what they are doing. Forgetting orders, not knowing what they have available and actually a confusing experience for us . Maybe it is because they are newly established but the staff needs to step it up as far as taking orders. Part of my order was a simple toasted bagel and it took almost 20 minutes to get it! And it was terrible, besides. How do you screw up a buttered bagel??? I've been to the Rich Pour at least three times a week since it opened and I LOVE it! It's such a cool atmosphere. I've been trying to work my way through the drink menu and haven't had one yet that I didn't love! I tried the Berry Rich salad today, as well, as it was so good!
