I am on recreational travel and stopped in here for my first time on August 7, 2026. Today I wanted to have a hearty breakfast and I certainly got one here. There is great parking, nice natural light. It's clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu has many choices for breakfast and lunch. I went with steak and eggs. Very happy with my choice and it also included sides of hashbrowns and pancakes. I enjoyed their fresh squeezed orange juice also. The prices are reasonable. I had scrambled eggs and they were light and fluffy and tender. The steak was cooked exactly how I had requested and was tender and flavorful. The hashbrowns were perfect. There's one of their small advantage. They open early. So if you are an early riser and want a great breakfast, come here. read more

3rd time here and always a pretty well run operation. Nice and open space. Usually busy when I've been there so great to see that in any local establishment. Now onto the food...I found my go to spot for chilaquiles! So good with a couple of great sauces. Everyone else's food seemed to be well received and I do like the fact that it balances expected breakfast fare with some more creative options. Booze available also! read more

First time here but I was impressed. I was feeling chicken fried steak but most places are just pretty meh. This surprised me and was actually pretty good. It was on the saltier side is my only complaint. The sour dough toast was amazing. I don't usually like restaurant toast. The price for the quality was impressive at about $14 for this meal. I would return for sure. My friend got their cheesecake french toast and it was also very good. The service was quick and friendly. I wouldn't drive to Wichita for this meal but if I lived here, I would be a regular. read more

I so wanted to take a picture of the food and forgot, as I dug right in! I had the Chipotle steak omelette, side order of Banana bread french toast, and the Mimosa flight. The Chipotle steak omelette was delicious. The Chipotle sauce has a little kick, which was great for me because I love spice. The steak itself had a good flavor. The Banana bread french toast was delicious too! Sweet and didn't even need syrup. The Mimosas were good. They tasted like they didn't have alcohol in them and could use a hint more. However, the flavor was good and they had plenty of flavors to choose from. The service was great and they were busy. We were told we would be waiting 20 mins for a table and it ended up being less time. A plus. Every time I have come to the easy egg the food has been amazing. However, today added a whole other layer: customer service. Piper is absolutely wonderful! She's so kind. So sweet. Bubbly AF. My day started out blah. After chatting with Piper--my day is so much better! The food, once again, was perfect!! This restaurant is always super clean, too!! Overall, The Easy Egg gets a 3.5 out of 5 stars. I had the Traditional French Toast combo. The food was great, nicely seasoned and sweet. I asked for eggs scrambled with cheese but they just put a square of cheese on my eggs while the person I was with got their eggs nicely scrambled but we got the same type of eggs so this could mean that they were in a rush. The service was good, some people were waiting for a long time while workers were just walking around or socializing but when they were doing their job they were well done. read more

Excellent food, servers are very friendly, and the decor is very nice. Had a spicy jalapeño egg scramble with hash browns and a Nutella crepe which was really good. The only thing is this place can get very crowded and it's likely you'll have to wait 10-15 to get seating and due to this crowd, the service can be a little slow. The banana bread French toast is DIVINE! You only need the side for $3.99 for the table because it's so sweet. I had the Denver omelette with hollandaise on top, absolutely delicious. I've been back three times and tried the jalepeno chicken omelette which was great. The sauce isn't too spicy, tried the chipotle sauce too and it was great. Haven't had anything bad there, prices are great. Got a mimosa flight and it was yummy, coffee was good! New favorite breakfast spot in town. Been to east and west location. read more

Amazing place for breakfast/brunch! I love their Mexican influence with all the chilaquiles, chorizo eggs Benedict, burritos, churros, etc. Great staff and fresh food. I've been eating at The Easy Egg since they were in Haysville originally. I still drive to where they are now because the food is so great.

Well. We love breakfast. This morning we strayed from our typical lunch date location and tried the easy egg instead. The service, was wonderful. Our waitress was fantastic! The atmosphere is beautiful. But it's LOUD. Not just the music, but 5 tables of people sounded like 35 tables of people. I have a feeling this is due to the structure of the building more than anything. There's nothing to absorb sound, so it's extremely loud, even with limited people inside. We really struggled to hear our server. We also struggled to hear each other. We were not the only people in the room to make this comment. We were the last to leave - and it was STILL super loud with just the wait staff cleaning up. Again, I feel strongly this is the structure of the building and not having anything to absorb the sound. Food wise - the banana bread French toast was incredible. So decadently prepared and served. Super rich. Loved it. The sausage links taste like they are boiled. So I advise against them. Even the hubby mentioned they tasted boiled so I knew it wasn't me. It's - hmmm - the taste was comparable to boiled hot dogs (which are so gross, sorry not sorry) so I guess that's where I got the idea that the taste was more boiled and less..... any other cooking method. Hubby had biscuits and gravy, that looked delicious. So, I helped myself without permission and can confirm that they were delicious. Nice flavor. Covered up the (assumed) boiled sausages boiled flavor nicely I will say, despite the noise - what sets this place apart from other similar breakfasts/brunch/lunch locations is that they serve mimosas and other alcoholic beverages. I opted not to try one, today, but I do fancy this concept. read more

After a poor experience at the W. Kellogg location, we were hesitant to try the east side location. However we had a co rideable better experience all the way around. My wife a]had the combo platter and enjoyed it. I tried the Halambre skillet, which had a lot of flavor. However, it was quite spicy and if you don't like some heat might not be the best choice. read more

I had the concha bread French toast. It was so good. Definitely not carb friendly but a unique twist on French toast. I did the combo with 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon. I definitely recommend at least the bacon to offset the sweetness. We had Daija for a server and she was terrific! read more

We have eaten here several months ago, and the food was fair or better on quality today. It was not first of all they have discontinued the seniors menu, but they told us that there was an item that we could order that we would get half of what was there one egg one piece of sausage so on so then the waitress came back and said her manager said they no longer do that so we had to order the larger breakfast for $15. My wife's orange juice you could look through it. It was so watered down and it was terrible.
