The women are so friendly with great energy. Appointments are a mess, made an appointment for two at 11:00. Get called back saying she made a mistake in scheduling, 11:45 instead. We had obligations and couldn't make the 11:45, was told what about 9:45, I agreed. Get called back, 9:30, ok no big deal. We arrived for our appointment and were given the "couples" room, uhh we need separate rooms, my friend has a jealous wife!! This was an issue, masseuse calls the owner, who made our screwed up appointment said we didn't ask for separate rooms....i said TWO 1 hour massages, if I wanted a couples massage I would have asked for a couples massage. After going back and forth for at least 10" we were given separate rooms. Good god, so stressful!!!! I received the Salty Mermaid massage, which is a 90 minute massage with a Salt foot scrub and hot scalp treatment with Gigartina seaweed, lavender and gardenia Mineral-rich salts from around the world buff away roughness, while shea butter and wild Gigartina seaweed nourish for silky-smooth, glowing skin. Where to start... first of all, once you walk in they have fun things to look at and purchase. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The rooms are very nice and calming. I have had about 30 massages in my life and I can confidently say, this is as the best massage I've ever received. Rain was incredible!! I told her I wanted hard pressure and she did exactly that. She was using techniques I've never experienced before. She made me feel so comfortable and really got into my problem areas. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. Michelle knows how to find the troubled spots and her technique is amazing. If I live on Kauai, Aloha Moon would be my go to spot for my regular massages.
