It has plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and heat lamps for the cooler winter months. Very spacious. Inside, there's a full bar and restrooms. Tons of room, big dance floor and DJ area. The bar and staff are great. We had a VIP table here for NYE. But it's not just for parties. You can visit here whenever. Often, we will have a celebration dinner of some sort at 1700 Steakhouse downstairs. One time, for Judez birthday, they not only provided us with a bottle of champagne, but then afterwards they escorted us upstairs (10th floor - El Mirardor), and gave us a free drink or two on the rooftop. One last thing, we happened to be seated between the entry area and the side dining area, at one point a server came up to our table and apologized for needing to close a curtain partition. We always try to support locally owned establishments but we can't recommended STARLITE to anyone. Finally, I will say the staff was very good, it's just a pity that they have to serve inferior food.
