One of the sizes comes out in an odd oval shape that fits the platter on which it is served. Odd but cool. More recently, a group of us stopped in for fish fry and whatever else was on the menu. Our waitress actually ran to get a cinnamon shaker from the kitchen to please one of the more finicky eaters in our group. The service has always been excellent. I had the fish fry and salad that night, and both were very good. If you are looking for some Italian dishes, pizza, or fish, you can't go wrong here.

Having read reviews I was leaning toward the beef sandwich, while my dining partner wanted pizza. When the bartender said those were her favorite menu items, we decided to get one of each to split among us. Good choice! The sandwich was packed with meat and cheese. I could have drank the au jus; it was so good. While it was $22 (with fries), it would have been a big sandwich for most people to finish. The pizza was fantastic. The only pizza I enjoyed more was from a place in Nashville. The crust was top notch. The toppings were generous and prepared well.
